I had ,had some repair work done at another place(Mike's computer) and the moment I returned home the machine would not work correctly I of course called and spoke with them and they asked me to return the machine which I did 3 more times and it still did not function correctly . I walked in this place and within 5 mins the folks here knew what was wrong and had it repaired and updated within and hour. This is the place to go if you need work done. Brought in my laptop to have a diagnostic completed by Austin Mitchell who advised me that my mother board was fried and that there were many refurbished laptops to consider ($300-$450) within the store. Took this laptop for a second opinion and was advised that the mother board was NOT fried but rather my charging cable ($40) was needing replaced. The lack of effort to dive deeper into what the problem was and quickly offer options into their refurbished inventory indicates that proper care and support was not taken with this customer's experience. Word of caution to the consumer that second opinions are vital to avoid the pitfalls of costly inaccurate advise. Experience Computers, you'll have do better.

Austin was very knowledgable in Malware, and helped us understand what was happening as users. Austin got rid of the malware promptly, and even helped us set up safer security with awesome randomly generated passwords. If you need any computer help at all, we would suggest going here. They were leaps and bounds more knowledgeable than "Mike's Computer Shop" or "Ryan's Computer Repair". We will be repeat customers for any further issues.

Ive had a few issues with my gaming laoptop recently. Corrupted hard drive, overheating, etc. Experience computers was the only shop I could find that stayed open during COVID19, and it was extremely helpful, as I needed my computer to finish my online school semester. Austin helped me with every problem that arose as best he could, and gave me the best advice he could offer for how to maintain my device in the futute. It was very comforting to know i could trust him and that i was giving me correct information and tips.

Today April 11th 2019 I showed up at Experience Computers at around 3 pm with my laptop that stop booting up, the screen was broken too but that is not why I brought it to be fixed. I went in with out an appointment and was greeted with such friendliness by Nick, Austin took my laptop fixed the problem and went above and beyond by fixing my screen too. I was overwhelmed with gratefulness by the selfless thing he did. I was taken care of like I mattered. AND my laptop was fixed the same day ???? I highly recommend this business for anything tech related. Not to forget to mention very affordable rates.

We are so lucky to have such an excellent computer specialist right here in Chilliwack!!! I had previously dropped my computer at another shop and they had it for 6 business days and were not able to fix it and basically had stated that my laptop was pretty much done. Not willing to accept that decision I figured I would get a 2nd opinion so I called Tom at Experience Computers and was pleasantly greeted by Tom who stated, "bring it in and we will have a look at it, right away". I proceeded to take my MacBook Air in and Austin started to look at it, within a couple hours I got a phone call explaining his diagnosis. I went back today and was ecstatic to find out they had repaired it, I am currently typing this review on the repaired laptop. I am so pleased and cannot express my complete satisfaction with the service and professionalism that this shop offers. I will highly recommend this business to anyone that is seeking repairs or solutions to computer problems.

Already was sceptical. But used them cause they repair ps4's. For 2 weeks I had to keep calling them cause they would never call me to let me know what's going on. Then turns out it's the hard drive. So I request it back. 2 months later still don't have my console back and haven't heard a word from them.

I Brought in my Macbook Pro into Experience Computers, it was giving me the "spinning wheel of death" that Austin had said. I brought it into them right in the morning and they had it diagnosed withing 2 hours upon me bring it in and they had it out the door within the same day. I had recently brought it to Apple and that was a horrible mistake they Quoted me over $800 to get it fixed and they had no idea if it was going to work. Austin knew what it was right away and it was more then half the price then apple quote. He was vary polite and courteous. I wold not chose any one else in town!

I took my desktop in for a hard drive check and when I got it home they had made I so that I could log onto Microsoft. They did not tell me that I would lose all my bookmarks, my password program, my favourites, sounds, deleted wanted programs and installed unwanted programs. It was a total disaster and I will never ever do business with this outfit again. Experience Computers have made an unprecedented and much welcomed visit to my home and made things right with my computer. I am impressed that they care enough to make a customer happy.

I brought in a pair of Bluetooth earbuds in the hope that they could be repaired. It was extremely unlikely they could be fixed and they told me that but they were still willing to try and fix it only charging me if the job could be done. The job couldn't be done but simply the fact that they were willing to try shows they care about their customers If you want a store that will go above and beyond even when it seems impossible I couldn't recommend Experience Computers enough.

A while ago I took my laptop in for repairs. Unfortunately I have a mac. The estimates I received from other places (Bestbuy, London Drugs) for repairs ended up being half of the estimated value of the laptop itself. I was referred here and the cost to repair it was very reasonable and they did not charge me more than the estimate. The staff appear knowledgeable and were able to repair it on the same day.
