These guys were amazing, my phone screen was completely shattered, and they had it fixed within a half hour, absolutely amazing service!!! He offered my the wifi password while I waited, gave me a NEW phone case completely free of charge, and they were super friendly, these men and women work hard, despite having to deal with frequent angry customers, definitely will be recommending them to friends! Best cell phone place ever. Also they have chairs inside so you can sit down while you wait. Most of all, instead of waiting until Monday to get the phone, he asked the guy in the back to stop what he was working on, to finish mine, absolutely the best customer service I could ever ask for. (Shout out to the guy who fixed this phone up lickity split!) I wouldn't be able to type this fast without him!

I’ve been here multiple times for service but on this occasion they failed to properly install the screen as it separated after only a day of having it home. It is separated all the way around. The area around the home screen is starting to crack and chip so I will have to get it fixed again already.

We needed to get my wife's cellphone up quickly last fall after a needed repair, as she relied on her device for work purposes. The technicians at Cell Tech repaired the device promptly, and with high quality results. Unfortunately about five months later the same issue with the device returned. Even though the device repair had passed the warranty date, the technicians repaired the phone again at no cost to us. They were in no way obligated to provide the free service, but they wanted to stand by their service. As a result of that kindness and quality service, we will be sure to return to them in the future when a member of our family has a cellphone issue. They were a pleasure to deal with, and extremely down to earth. They are a great local business and I wish them well in their future endeavours.

Was in need of a screen repair on my phone, tried this place. Outcome was a poor experience. Stated they would email me a quote and estimated time of repair after handing my phone over. They never did. Was told the screen needed to be ordered and arrive in 3 days. Ok no problem. After checking in 3 days later...phone still not fixed. Checked in every 1 - 2 days thereafter or whenever they told me to. When checking in...I always got this response, "Come back in an hour, tomorrow, or in a couple days." Each time (about 5 check ins now)...still no fixed phone, no clear indication for a pick up, and each check in time provided to me was always wrong. I'd prefer an honest response upfront instead of the multiple excuses/stories and vague times to come back. Just passing a week now and still no phone.

I brought my Samsung 4 to their store in June because I was getting a "No sim card detected" message on my phone several times a day and would have to reboot the phone numerous times so the message would go away and so my phone would connect to my phone provider. They guessed it was the sim card holder which they replaced. I picked up my phone later that day and when I got about 5 km out of town, the message appeared again and my phone wouldn't connect. So back to the store I went. This time they replaced the antenna. So I picked my phone up again and when I got home, guess what. " No sim card detected". I live a half hour from the store and I was frustrated plus things got busy at work so I just put up with it, rebooting the phone several times until the message went away and my phone connected. I just got tired of driving there and getting annoyed that things weren't getting fixed. Well it got worse this September and I brought it in again. You counting? Yea this is the third time. So this time they guessed it might be the sim card tray, which I thought they just replaced back in June but oh well. So I had my wife pick it up this time and when I got home from work and tried my phone, guess what? "No sim card detected. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!. So the next morning I make the half hour journey back to the store again for the 4th time. I had a suspicion right from the get go that it might be the mother board so I had them replace it. Later that day I picked the phone up and finally, there was no more "sim card not detected" error. Yeah finally. So I brought it home but to my dismay noticed that my SD card was no longer functioning. All my pictures and music on my 64 gig sd card were wiped out. I removed the sd card from my phone and plugged it in to 2 different computers but the card wouldn't even show up. They fried my card. I was just listening to music on my phone the day before. grrrrrrrrrrrr. So after 4 trips to the store and $180 dollars later ($130 in repairs and $50 for a new sd card), I am so angry I could spit nails. I think if they did a proper diagnosis on my phone they would of realized it was the mother board right from the start. If your looking for a set of earbuds of maybe a cover for your phone then this store could fill your needs. But as far as phone repair? Well you be the judge, but for me NEVER AGAIN. This experience left a very lasting Impression, hence the name.

I brought in an iPhone 8 Plus after being told by one of the major cell company’s it was ruined for hardware issues. Thought maybe they would offer me some money for parts. They said it was only screen damage and fixed it. So I had recently purchased a new $800 phone I didn’t need. Asked how much they would give me for it and the price they offered was the same as people were asking on kijiji without the hassle of having to find someone legit to sell it to. They could have just agreed hardware damage and I would have sold them the phone for parts super cheap. But they were honest and fair.

Staff is very friendly but I would not recommend their services. Had a my screen repaired twice and each time it was not fully seated in the casing of the phone this left room for the screen to flex and caused damage to the display. The second repair only lasted two weeks and they would not stand behind their work, blaming the quality of after market replacement screens. I understand not covering physical damage to repairs such as drops but the screen was clearly not installed correctly. The glass has not cracked there is only damage to the display from it flexing. I’m now out over 200$ And still have a damaged phone. I will say was offered a new screen at a 30% discount but was not guaranteed this won’t happen again and have no confidence in their ability to repair the issue. Again very friendly staff, no issues there I just do not recommend them as they don’t stand behind their work.

They got the job done. Initially I was worried. I received the phone back with replacement screen, but it was malfunctioning. I went in today(a week later) and was worried when I was told it was the proximity sensor. When I returned many hours later, I was informed that the screen had malfunctioned.
