Brought my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on. He called me a couple hours later and said he didn't know what was wrong with it. When I picked it up, I asked him if it might be the switch. He flipped the computer around and said there was no way to open it up without destroying it. I thought this can't be right, it was an expensive laptop. Don't tell me it can't be fixed. When I got home it took me less than 2 minutes to find a video that showed me exactly how to take the bottom panel off, without "destroying" it. Definitely will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. Oh, and, ZERO stars, not one like I had to show to post this. And now he responds that he didn't charge me for looking at it. Um, yeah, you charged me $11.30.
