Took my Dell laptop in because it wasn’t working and I was hoping to be able to save stuff from the hard drive. Laptop would turn on but was encrypted somehow and I couldn’t get into it. Brought it to Cellphone Tek in Wallaceburg and left it to be looked at. The owner was so nice and explained he would look at it to see what could be done and how he might be able to figure out the hardware backup to safe my stuff because he might have to reset the computer. A couple hours later he called and it was fixed. All my stuff was there and he fixed the encryption problem. I went back up to get it and the service charge was even cheaper than he quoted because it was a quick fix. Such amazing service, he was so polite and so helpful. This place will be one I will be recommending for everyone to go to. Such great service and so nice to deal with. Thank you for the amazing service!!

I was disappointed that the employee seemed uninterested in locating a suitable phone case for two of our phones. Just immediately said that he doesn't have any cases without investigating what type of phone we had and whether or not he could order it.

Dropped my iPad and broke the tip of the charge cord off in the charging port. Cellphone Tek had it fixed in an hour and installed a new screen protector as well all for a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate to take my electronics to them for repair in the future. Two thumbs up.

I had my iPhone 11 screen replaced beginning of July. Today, August 16th I grab my phone out of my locker from work and it's all black and has lines going everywhere. Took it back as my receipt claims there is a 60 day warranty. They refused to fix it and insisted I paid for another screen. Their warranty doesn't cover physical or water damage, they claimed the screen underneath was cracked but they didn't even investigate to confirm it was, whats the point of a warranty then? Also, ripped my screen protector off that was perfectly fine and kept it? Absolutely do not recommend, don't waste your money here.

Huge RAVE to CellIphone Tek! I dropped my phone yesterday and it stopped charging. I brought it to them today, and within 3 hours from drop off, my phone was not only completely repaired, but they replaced my screen protector too! 3hrs and $50 total?!
