Bought my first computer here, after going back and forth to different shops like Staples where i'm never gonna buy a computer for sure. The thing is i ended up paying less for a custom made computer which suits my needs really perfect! Staff is great and knowledgeable and the owner David did really a great job with explaining everything and figuring out what i needed within my budget.

After spending several hours trying to troubleshoot an intermittent issue on a new RTX card setup. I have been impressed on how fast they were able to identify and fix the issue. They also keep a nice inventory of gaming pc components. Got a good after sales service with the video card, will definitively go back for any complex issues with my gaming rig.

I went to another store which they were able to set my ram to 4000Mhz and everything works perfectly so I recommend going elsewhere for technical problems Edit: everything was done with the same version of the bios they only created a new profile manually since the xmp profile was not working (Original) J'ai été pour un problème de ram qui ne fonctionnais pas a son plein potentiel, leurs technicien ma dit que ma ram était de la intel et comme mon CPU est un ryzen, ma ram ne fonctionnerais JAMAIS a plus que 2600mhz et que je devais vendre ma ram.... je suis aller dans un autre boutique qui eux on été capable de setter ma ram a 4000Mhz et tout fonctionne a la perfection je recommande donc d'aller ailleurs pour des problèmes techniques Edit: tout a été fait avec la même version du bios ils ont seulement créer un nouveau profil manuellement puisque le profil xmp ne fonctionnais pas
