Aujourd'hui le 8 décembre 2016, je suis aller en magasin parce-que j'ai un problème avec un de mes écouteur qui fait de l'interférence. Mon but est tout simplement de changer ma paire d'écouteur et de quitter les lieux comme il me l'étais mentionner. Le vendeur de la source du nom de Donald, ma mentionner d'un aire arrogant' '' la première année la source n'est pas responsable, il faut que tu t'arrange avec Monster directement". Je lui explique la situation il me dit que ce n'est pas son problème est que je doit m'arranger avec monster. j'ai mentionner au vendeur que j'avais perdu ma facture il m'a regarder d'un aire moqeur et ma dit" ta perdu ta facture en plus". Il ne m'a pas offert de me réimprimer la facture. Je me suis senti intimider par le vendeur du là source je ne recommande pas se magasin à personne. Je suis retourner cher nous tourmenter avec une paire d'écouteur défectueuse. Sans aucun numéros pour contacter monster car le vendeur ma dit de m'arranger avec mes problème.

I give it a 1 and they are lucky. If you have a return to do with an extended warranty they will stall you and if they don't have the product you are there to exchange they will try to offer you a cheaper product, how insulting. Then if you try to request a gift card for the amount that you paid they will refuse. Then other employees will join in like they are ganging up on you. I was told "I was a pathetic person" and they threatened me to get security to throw me out. Then I was told by another employee that the store was a private store and I had to get out right away. That's what happens when you let kids control the store with no management supervision. I had to got to plaza St Hubert in Montreal to exchange my product and it took me 5 minutes to do so without a problem or aptitude like the store in Chateauguay. Those employees in Chateauguay have a bad aptitude and no customer service abilities what so ever. Never go back there again.
It can be either a hit or miss as the staff are sometimes rude and unhelpful whilst other times are the opposite.
