Bought a $200 keyboard for my iPad. Spilled a smoothie on it. Company wouldn’t try and fix it. Apple wouldn’t try and fix it. Best Buy wanted to charge me $99 just to look at it. Lukas looked at it for free. He did his best to save it and told me if he couldn’t he wouldn’t charge me. He couldn’t because the company who makes the keyboard are ridiculous and don’t offer replacement parts..but the amount of time effort he put into trying, cleaning it, searching for parts all for no return on his investment...I mean this is a good man right here. The least I could do is let you all know: if this man can fix it he will and he will give you a fair and honest price!

Le nouveau proprietaire escroque volontairement les clients sous pretexte qu'il peut charger impunement le prix qu'il veut sur des biens de consomation dite labile... Il vend un ordinateur Vieux de 3 generation en mentant que ce dernier est neuf. Personellement victime de cette ruse honteuse quand j'ai acheter une tour dordinateur pour un prix derisoire de plus de 2200 $ (voir image) . Le même ordinateur flambant neuf chez plusieurs competiteur competiteur reconnus avec des pieces neuves et bcp plus a jour sous garantie coute beaucoup beaucoup moins Cher . Digibean ne dispose d'aucune politique de remboursement , ni de garantie .... Une plainte formelle a été deposé aupres de la protection du consommateur ... Nhesitez pas a faire de même si vs avez été victime . Merci

Probabily the most overpriced place to buy a computer, one of their system is priced at 3500$ when its a 1800-2000 $ system (including scalper prices for the graphics card ), has an incopatibility between the motherboard and the cpu, as a non knowing customer you would buy the system and not realise these kind of incompatibilities. Paying 3500$ for a 3 generations old cpu (ryzen 2600x)build is unaceptable when the cpu is 200$. Stay away from the prebuilt computers at this store

Excellent service. Excellent. My computer died at about 10:30 am, I had a new, rebuilt, "industrial" one with all my files transferred to it hooked up at home before dinner same day (and for NOT a lot of money. Extremely reasonable prices). Lucas is a great guy, super helpful, and obviously totally trustworthy. I am never going to a Best Buy or any other big-box store again for computer-related anything.
