The staff damaged my phone's SIM card tray, then being told give it back to me and I should buy the iPhone XS for 500 dollars by the manager。100% not recommend for cell phone service

The store had a 50 dollar data transfer cost.Telus does not. Recieved a 600 dollars phone bill. I was never in formed of tax change Policy. paid 350. Was threatened about losing phone number also Telus help line said no. I will bring phone back. This is a contactor store. Telus has no standards for service for these stores. Big disconnect. I am done with Telus.

Great staff once you can get to speak to someone. Everytime I go in, I usually end up having to wait for 20 to 30 minutes before somebody can assist me.

Service is good but waiting time is unbearable at times! Don't ever go in when your on a time crunch trust me you will be in there for at minimum 15 mins just for the waiting part. But great employees for a fact.

Very rarely answer their phone. Made an order for a phone, they told me 1 week. It is now 3 weeks and still no phone. When I finally get ahold of them they have no further info they can give me. When I asked to speak to a manager they have none on duty. I was told they have one managet for the store and they won't be in again for two days. They refused to contact the manager and have them speak to me so we can work on the situation. Beware this store.

Terrible experience tried to return a new phone case that broke within a few days, I was told the store had a no return policy, even with proof of receipt. Experience became even worse, but do not want to comment publicly on it, not good.

Store doesn’t stand behind their promotions placing the blame on TELUS and TELUS placing the blame on the store. Frustrating experience to say the least. We won’t be back.

First time I was at your store the young lady was great. I came in to purchase the phone and by the time she tried to enter it in the system the price changed and you folks would not stand behind the initial quote. I have since called in twice and was treated by other employees quite rudely. It is all about customer service, if I had employees like the last two I would fire them, If I come in again and recognize the other gal I am going to offer her a job, she is excellent and deserves to work with people that get it. Have a nice day
