I do not appreciate thee new policy where I must announce to the enter store, staff and all the people in line my full name, cell number, and home address every time I go in to pay my monthly bill. Eastlinks policy to verify identity puts me at risk for fraud, harassment, and home invasion anytime I have to stand there and recite my personal and CONFIDENTIAL information to all those strangers behind me. This is seriously something worth switching providers over, and causes me great anxiety.

Excellent service from Patrick as we finally ditched Bell. Eastlink is saving us $50 each month for a better service plan. The service rep who set everything up on the phone was awesome as well.

Not sure if this is the right spot to put this review since I was dealing with a tech and not the storefront location. At any rate I had some recent trouble with a storm knocking out part of my power causing electrical issues and frying some of the internet lines. Eastlink got me a tech out 2 days later. Morgan the tech that came was absolutely excellent, he was polite, reassuring and got everything fixed up quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and we're actually getting a better signal and speed than before. I hope any management takes notice and gives him the kudos he surely deserves.

Was told by an Eastlink rep, that my son could add his cell phone, to our Eastlink account. But we would have to go to Charlottetown to do this. We live in Souris, we drove to town to set up his phone, for them to tell us his phone isn't compatible. It was a huge waste of time and money. We were not impressed.

Spent 1.5 hrs on the phone asking if they could review my bill and offer a better price before I shop around. I was paying $205/mth, after 1 hr and 21 minutes the rep had an offer. I would have to sign a 2 yr contract (I have none now), keep all the servies I now have and my bill would be $238/mth. She said that was the best she could do....so after 1.5 hrs I could keep my current services and pay an additional $33...I asked her if there was anyone else I could talk to ...nope...disconnect in for TV and Cell Service!

Eastlink’s service used to be good, but over the past year I’ve had issues with my internet randomly disconnecting. I recently moved and wanted to change the address associated with my account, only to be told that my new modem had to be mailed and would only arrive about a week later. As a veterinary student currently doing courses online from home, this is unacceptable. I’m considering switching providers because of the service.

Worst place ever. I repeat DO NOT BUY INTERNET OR ANYTHING FROM THEM. WORST costumer service. I am new in pei and I was just looking for internet for my kids and they reported me to the police. seriously the worst. I explained my situation to them and why I cannot come out of isolation and they had the audacity to report me to the police when they ask me to come out to collect my wifi when I clearly said I can't. THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY people.
