Can't recommend these guys enough. My laptop screen cracked and I called literally everyone else in town before trying Cracked Devices, I was either given outrageous quotes, was lead on, or dismissed because they couldn't be bothered to source out a new screen. Went to Cracked Devices and they were absolutely lovely, managed to locate a screen for me, and fixed my laptop so that it looks brand new again. I first got a recommendation from my current trusted computer repair shop for Cracked Device, and after a bit of comparison shopping, we brought my daughter's iPad in for analysis and repair. The repair tech analyzed her iPad for free and confirmed my suspicion (the plug in port was damaged), provided three different repair scenarios (two of which were for no cost-effective repair possible on her 5 year old iPad, and were basically for minimal cost) and a competitive cost for full repair. I want to start with my gratitude for these folks, I had a micro soldering issue on my mother board on an old iPhone, no one in island are capable of such fix but these awesome people know a fella down in Montreal, and had it fixed for me in less than 2 weeks, tho the price was very hefty, and once putting things back they missed a lenze and broke the glass, it came out to work as all i wanted was access to my WhatsApp that got do able by using a backup to restore a new phone, and using a new number to activate.

I had my iPhone screen replaced and they broke or unhooked one of the microphones, which was fine, also the screens touch was off and I was not happy at all with the quality. They did replace the screen again and fixed the microphone issue, but once bagain I'm having screen issues at times. I was happy they were willing to fix their mistakes, but I don't think I will go back if I needed more repairs done to a device.

My Galaxy S20 FE got run over in a parking lot and was crushed on one side. I took it here instead of replacing it. These folks answered all my questions, charged a fair rate, and fixed my phone up good as new in just half a day. Quick turn around, great service, excellent workmanship. Can't really ask for much more. If you've got a phone with damage it's worth it to check them out before deciding on a replacement.

Price seemed reasonable. My cracked screen is on a screen in a case for my phone. It all still works and it's just a case so I don't know if it's worth repairing, might just stop using this case. But repair here is still cheaper then the replacement option.

I went there for a seemingly straightforward repair(screen and battery) i had to return to the store 5 times for problems with the screen(light spot) and inoperable touch ID Its now operating correctly. They said we could send it away to Montreal and fix it but at my cost. Stay away

They ripped off a button on my phone and then made me pay for it to be fixed when they went to fix my screen. In the process of fixing my screen they also damaged my phones ability to connect to the network, I tried everything to fix it, tried a new sim card but nothing worked and I had to buy a new phone. I do not recommend them, stay as far away from this place as possible.

I brought my tablet in for a look at a random shutdown problem. They diagnosed the problem, reported the solution, asked me if I wanted to fix it myself or have them do it (I've fixed it in the past). It was faster and less expensive for them to do it. And now instead of throwing it away and buying another, I've got my old (and still very top line) tablet back in perfect order! Could not be happier! And it provided hours of entertainment during the power outage after Hurrican Dorion.
