Je dois aussi mentionner que l'entente sur le prix verbale par téléphone était différent lors du ramassage. Première chose qu'il mentionne, le veux-tu ton ordinateur ? C'est le prix... Donc un technicien sans parole...

Et tout cela sous prétexte qu'ils se sont trompés dans les coordonnées des clients. Ils ne voulaient pas nous rendre notre appareil parce qu'il se trouvait ailleurs dans une autre succursale alors qu'on nous avait confirmé qu'il était prêt et nous avions confirmé que venions le chercher. Bref, un gros n'importe quoi.....
