On m'informe que je peux acheter une carte mère en magasin et le 35$ sera crédité. Je retourne chez moi commande un processeur compatible (pour la mise à jour) à prix modique et fais l'intervention moi - même pour me rendre compte que cette carte mère fonctionne très bien. Tout ça pour réaliser que le technicien n'avait tout simplement pas de processeurs compatibles en magasin. il ne pouvait pas dire qu'il ne le savait pas, car j'ai pris la peine de lui fournir une liste. Suite à cette histoire je ne peux pas généraliser sur tous les techniciens en magasin mais sur un seul en particulier...
