(Translated) La Cartoucherie in Quebec gave me exceptional service both by phone at reception and technical service and they had remarkable patience with me following all my problems following the purchase of an Epson St-C8000 printer at price of about $ 1500.00 before taxes supposed to be a printer of excellent quality due to its price I thought that by purchasing this first choice printer due to its price I would have had exceptional quality on all the plans so at home I unpack this printer, try it and immediately afterwards I was not too sure of its print quality I made some printing for photo on semi glossy paper and after printing a scratch in the center of the photo printed photo of 8 "X11" and I made another try with a size of 4 "X6" same problem in addition to giving me small visible horizontal and vertical lines on the photos so I bring my printer to the store and I I was at least 2 hours with the technician to try to solve the problem by making different adjustments on the printer to try to solve this printing problem, nothing to do the problem was still present after doing all these tests on semi glossy and glossy paper but on normal or plain paper it was a bit better and the only good things about this printer it worked well with wireless and very fast printing and it really looks nice and compact for a printer that can print up to 13 "X19" but for the price of this Epson model it is really not acceptable I thought that at this price I would have had an exceptional printer on all points, I had made the 'buying this printer especially to print large format photos but for the print quality of this printer on semi glossy and glossy paper I especially do not recommend it but I do not know if this printer had a pro problem from the start but the technical service had checked this printer before doing the tests and the technical service had not found anything abnormal with this printer so after all this the shop gave me without hesitation a full refund of my purchase, I would like to thank the entire Cartoucherie team for all the support and exceptional service that brought me Eddy (Original) La Cartoucherie à Québec m'a donner un service exceptionnel autant par téléphone à l'accueil et au service technique et ils ont eu une patience remarquable envers moi suite à tout mes problèmes suite à l'achat d'une imprimante Epson St- C8000 au prix d'environ de $ 1500.00 avant taxes supposé d'être une imprimante d'une excellente qualité suite à son prix je pensait que en faisant l'achat de cette imprimante de premier choix suite à son prix j'aurais eu une qualité exceptionnel sur tout les plans donc rendu chez moi je déballe cette imprimante, j'en fait l'essaie et tout de suite après je n'était pas trop sure de sa qualité d'impression j'ai fait quelques impression pour photo sur papier semi glacé et après l'impression une scratche au centre de la photo imprimé photo de 8"X11" et j'ai fait d'autre essaie avec une grandeur de 4"X6" même problème en plus de me donner des petite lignes apparente horizontale et verticale sur les photos donc j'ai apporter mon imprimante à la boutique et j'ai été au moins 2 Heures avec le technicien pour essayer de régler le problème en faisant des ajustements différents sur l'imprimante pour essayer de régler ce problème d'impression, rien à faire le problème était toujours présent après avoir fait tout ces tests sur papier semi glacé et glacé mais sur papier normal ou ordinaire c'était un peu mieux et les seul points positif de cette imprimante elle fonctionnait bien avec le sans fil et impression très rapide et elle a vraiment une belle apparence et compacte pour une imprimante qui peut faire des impressions jusqu'à du 13"X19"mais pour le prix de ce model Epson ce n'est vraiment pas acceptable je pensait qu'a ce prix j'aurait eu un imprimante exceptionnelle sur tout les points, j'avait fait l'achat de cette imprimante surtout pour imprimer des photos de grand format mais pour la qualité d'impression de cette imprimante sur papier semi glacé et glacé je ne le recommande surtout pas mais je ne sait pas si cette imprimante avait un problème dès le départ mais le service technique avait vérifié cette imprimante avant de faire les tests et le service technique n'avait rien trouvé d'anormal de cette imprimante donc après tout cela la boutique m'a fait sans hésitation un remboursement en toute totalité de mon achat, je tiens à Remercier toute l'équipe de la Cartoucherie pour tout le support et le service exceptionnel qui m'ont Apporté Eddy
