For the record I spent hours and hours of ordeal (6 hours in total between Dell Canada and US between the different departments) to want to repair my computer at Dell (an Alienware which cost me a fortune including the screen was broken) who in the end announced that they could not repair the screen (because it is not guaranteed) and did not offer a solution at all. It was then that I stumbled across Informatique Kermit, and he repaired it in the blink of an eye like new (Computer drop off on Friday, recovery on Tuesday) I can only recommend, you will not be disappointed (Original) Excellent service et très professionnel. C'est le meilleur service que j'ai reçu à ce jour pour la réparation d'un ordinateur. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter. Pour l'histoire j'ai passé des heures et des heures de calvaire (6h au total entre Dell Canada et US entre les différents département) à vouloir réparer mon ordinateur chez Dell (un Alienware qui m'a coûté une fortune dont l'écran était brisé) qui au final a annoncé ne pas pouvoir réparer l'écran (car hors garanti) et n'ont pas du tout proposé de solution. C'est alors que je suis tombé par hasard sur Informatique Kermit, et il me l'a réparé en un clin d'oeil comme neuf (Dépôt de l'ordinateur un vendredi, récupération le mardi) Je ne peux que recommander, vous ne serez pas déçu
