J'ai dû rappeler pour qu'il m'informe que son collègue à ramener le téléphone chez lui et qu'il était en voyage. J'ai donc attendu 2 semaines pour son supposé retour de voyage. J'ai rappelé et il m'informe que la pièce n'était pas là alors que son collègue me disait que la pièce est déjà arrivée et qu'il manquait juste le téléphone pour la réparer. J'ai débarqué là-bas, ils m'ont fait perdre mon temps en me faisant croire que l'écran a été placé et que ça ne marchait pas. J'ai juste demandé qu'ils me remettent mon téléphone même si l'écran ne marchait pas. Ils étaient incapables. Ils m'ont proposé un autre téléphone que je n’ai pas accepté. Au final j'ai perdu mon téléphone, mes 300$ et le comble ma sim international avec laquelle j'ai enregistré la majorité de mes comptes.
