On m'avait dit que cela prendrais un a deux jour puisqu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de travail à faire, mais je n'ai reçu mon ordinateur que plus d'une semaine plus tard (je suis aller le porter lundi le 25 janvier et j'ai pu le récupérer le 2 février).Ca me n'aurais pas déranger si le travail avait été fait correctement, mais ce n'est pas du tout le cas. Le câblage n'est pas bien fait, je pensais que le une heure et demi de travail que l'on m'a chargé était justifié, mais après avoir vu que le gars a mis 4 tie-rap et foutu le reste en pêle-mêle dans le bas du boitier, ce qui doit avoir pris 10 minute top, je me demande bien pourquoi on m'a charger autant de temps. Il a aussi cru bon de débrancher l'un des câble PCIE qui donne le courant à ma carte graphique, une EVGA 3080. C'est honnêtement la partie qui m'a le plus dérangé dans toute cette histoire. J'avais installer la carte avec 2 câbles pour le courant de la carte graphique, car EVGA précise qu'il n'est pas recommandé d'utiliser un seul câble en daisy-chain et que cela pourrait jouer sur la performance et la longévité de la carte graphique. Lorsque j'ai appelé pour me plaindre la dessus, on m'a seulement dit que c'est comme cela qu'ils le font tout le temps et que ça marche. Ce n'est pas parce que ça marche que c'est la bonne façon de faire et le fait qu'on m'ait parlé comme si j'étais une cruche juste parce que c'est mon premier ordinateur est completement insultant. Les cartes graphique de la série 3000 sont connues pour nécessiter beaucoup de courant et c'est pour cela que les manufacturier recommandent deux câbles par carte et le fait qu'un endroit qui ne fait que monter des ordinateurs à longueur de journée ne sache pas cette information, monte les ordinateurs de façon sous-optimale et ne voit rien de dérangement la dedans est la raison pour laquelle je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec eux. Maintenant, il faut que je redéfasse mon ordinateur et que je reconnecte le câble, ce qui fait que j'ai complètement payer dans le vide pour le câblage. Le technicien a aussi fait les mises à jour windows apparemment, je me demande bien ce qu'il a pu mettre à jour puisque j'avais déjà fait celles-ci lorsque j'ai installer windows la journée avant d'aller porter mon ordinateur chez STO. Il changer la courbe des fans et la vitesse de la RAM tel que demandé, rien a dire la dessus, ça a été fait, vu la simplicité de la chose, cela m'aurait étonnée que le technicien soit incapable de faire ca. Maintenant, à propos de mon wifi 5Ghz, malgré le fait que celui-ci soit supporter par ma carte graphique, le technicien n'a pas été capable de l'activer. J'avais donc l'option de défaire mon ordinateur au complet et d'envoyer la carte mere a MSI pour un remplacement, ou acheter une carte wifi supplémentaire pour 70$. Si j'avais vu l'état du câblage de mon ordinateur avant de prendre la décision, j'aurais juste envoyer la carte mere chez MSI pour faire réparer le wifi, mais pensant que le câblage était bien fait, je ne voulais pas le défaire et avoir à repayer un 100$ pour le faire faire à nouveau si j'enlevais la carte graphique de l'ordinateur, alors je leur ai dit d'installer une carte wifi. Maintenant qu'il faut que je paye quelqu'un d'autre a nouveau pour faire faire mon câblage, je regrette cette décision puisque tant qu'à avoir à refaire le câblage, je vais envoyer ma carte mere chez MSI et je me retrouve donc avec une carte wifi inutile qui m'a couté 70$, en plus du 100$ de technicien que j'ai payer pour ce service horrible.
