These guys are brilliant, personable technicians of the highest order. I had a GPU cryptocurrency mining rig that was in catastrophic shape, nearly unusable due to poor construction and years of use. The kind and competent staff at TechBytes not only brought it back from the dead, but got it operating better than it ever had before - all in good time, and all for a decent price. The TechBytes are amazing!. I had them come out to my properly and do some Aerial Photography for me, The guys are laid back, great and what they do, and man the customer service is off the charts! Its really cool to see the drones flying around, a must have experience. They even provided me the Photos without charging additional fees like other companies! Highly recommended! I also asked if they could help with my Two Nvidia Shield Android Boxes while they were out, as I seen they service those on their website, Not an issue at all!. They took care of me and my boxes are now once again running great! I will from now on be coming to these guys for any computer repair as well any other tech needs. The staff are Skilled and have excellent customer service! Another Satisfied Customer!

I overclocked my system incorrectly because I didn’t realize AMD didn’t have much capability to do that in comparison with Intel. Chris was a huge help in explaining and fixing everything for me. He was able to reset my BIOS and my PC started working again! I would recommend this place for tech help, knowledge and great customer service!

I highly recommend TechBytes as I have worked indirectly and directly with the entire staff at a previous employment. They are extremely knowledgeable ranging from all services that they offer on their website. They do everything! from Drones, 3D printing, Android Boxes, Troubleshooting and software integration to custom builds (servers and pc's) They even go as far as doing custom tubing PC tubing which was always interesting to watch.

Initially had another tech company look at my laptop and completely messed it up (missing components of my operating system) Chris was super helpful and had everything fixed. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Chris went out of his way to explain what was going on in an easy manner. Super happy with my experience and 100% going back. If you have any desktop or laptop issues, these guys KNOW what they are doing. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!

I recently reached out to TechBytes to inquire about building me my first computer. I told them my needs and my price range and Chris promptly provided me with a quote. Very early on into the process I knew they were going to be good to work with based on the quickness of their responses and the detail of their emails back to me. Being a first time PC owner I had a lot of questions and never once did I feel like I wasn't being heard or that I was annoying them. They were so patient and thorough with me throughout the entire process and now that I have my PC I literally couldn't be happier with it. Chris checked all my boxes and even threw in some cable combs. You may pay a little more for a custom build especially in this climate with the chip shortage. But believe me you are not going to get the level of customer service and support these guys can offer at a big box store. I would recommend them to anyone and they have a customer for life in me.
