This store is one of Windsor's very own, No question asked! The owners are super welcoming, professional and courteous. I literally walked in the store looking for monitor to do school project with and although they didn't have any in stock, the manager gave me two of his old ones that he no longer need... for FREE!! And he wished me well for exams! Such a great tech place with great owners, Definitely worth the 5 stars!

I had troubles with opening the screws of my laptop and they gave me a fair price and replaced the screws. Problem came after because I wanted to replace my ssd and ending up having trouble again but if I was to go to any other person they would charge more money but he was great. He gave me a really great price and I am really happy that he helps his customers like that. I recommend him 100%

Went because my laptop was not connecting to the internet, I was told that there was water damage around the wifi card and cleaning would fix it on the day I dropped it off I was told to pay $60 if it worked and $40 if it didn't as I already had $25 dollar credit with them. When it was time to pick the laptop up he changed the price to $120 and said the credit was no longer in effect after minutes of debating I ended up paying $110 which was not the price I was told to pay at first, giving 1 star because the laptop was actually fixed but customer service was extremely poor

I had to go back again for a different issue entirely, not the original work and, once again, Mr Kodi was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Tech Gate Computer Repair for Macs. Reporting in again. My old and tired laptop needed a new hard drive. Tech Gate is so efficient and I am very happy with the work they did.
