Recently I was in the market for a custom built computer. Send an email with my general requirements, within less than an hour had a quote back. Fantastic customer service. Full disclosure, I have used Signa in the past, but moved out of the area, searched locally, but didn't have but confidence in going anywhere else. I remembered the customer experience from a number of years ago, and it is just as fantastic now. This team know what they are doing and I would highly recommend their services. Hello Signa Team, I just wanted to tell you all that this is the fastest PC I've ever owned.... That's saying a lot considering I've been working in IT for 30 years. I've installed about 20 games that range from first person shooters to strategy games. Halo infinite, battlefield five, battlefield 2042, battlefield one, League of Legends, fortnight, Apex legends, the list goes on and on.. I'm running all these games on ultra settings. No joke, every single one. Machine fan settings are set to silent. The box never gets hot and it's as if the machine is not even breaking a sweat. For those of you out there that think the 3060 TI won’t play every game, think again! It’s only about 7% slower than a 3070. Bottom line is the 3060 Ti is an amazing do-everything card! So far I have not had any issues whatsoever with any game. Thanks for all the help, guidance, and advice. Totally worth the price. You guys are now my number one gaming Toronto PC builder. If anybody ever needs a gaming PC I will definitely send them your way. I'm hoping you all have a very very merry Christmas and a happy new year and a happy holiday season!!

I contacted Signa for help building a new computer. I ended up buying one of their custom pre-builds. Jack spent about an hour via live chat helping me decide which specs I needed for my new gamin pc. I bought my computer and 2 days later it was hand delivered by Chen and Greg! I can't say enough about their fantastic customer service. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely be contacting Signa for all my computer related queries in the future. Greg & Jack at Signa are awesome! great great service! and support too. ive been dealing with them for over 25 yrs. i bought ‘many’ PCs from Signa over the years. 30 or more for the company i worked for at the time and 3 Ps for my home too. My son’s last gaming PC lasted him 7-8 yrs, then we upgraded a few parts for VR and got another 3-4 yrs out of it! just bought a brand new 3080 gaming PC ++ and it was ready next day!!. it’s so beautiful!!

From start to finish I had a perfect experience. I recently bought a computer from another location in Ontario, and it was frankly very disappointing. They over promised, and under fulfilled, and always had an excuse for why - but never a good solution. I needed a second computer for my live streaming work, and I needed it quickly. I live in PEI, and don't have specialist computer options locally. I found Signa and decided to give them a chance. They helped me find the computer to suit my needs, and when I pressed them to give me a date on when they would have it ready, they gave me a very quick turn around time. Given my last experience with another company, I was concerned they were just over-promising to make a sale. However, not only did they meet their deadline, they beat it. I heard from them early, they shipped it early, and it arrived early. And they called at different times to give me updates. THIS is customer service. They have earned me as a loyal customer, and I will be returning to make future purchases. Highly recommend.

I've been super happy with the product quality and service I've gotten from Signa. They sold me a demo PC build for a great price that has worked extremely well. The customer service is unbeatable. Within seconds of calling them I am put on to one of there knowledgeable staff members. Forget BestBuy, Amazon or Staples, go to Signa because chances are they have better deals and their customer service is significantly better. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

So, my old desktop bit the dust last week and I was very nervous to buy right now because Ive heard horror stories from people about sky high prices during the pandemic. I looked at many pre builds online. I should mention that I don't know much about hardware and navigating computer land was daunting. I was worried Id make a dumb choice. I decided to look close to home before trying a big online company. I was nervous because as an uninformed buyer I know Im vulnerable to saavy salespeople. I found Signa online and was hard not to be impressed by the reviews. Even reddit was saying nice things about them. I was met on the phone by a pleasant guy named Greg, the owner of Signa. He answered all my noob questions with much patience and I never felt talked down to. Really cool guy. The desktop I was interested in was a refurbished machine and I decided it was the one for me. They have a convenient payment system where you can pay chunk at a timee and they accept etransfer. The whole process was super fast and Greg kept in touch throughout and asked me at one point if I would like some rgb fans installed for a little extra. That made me feel at ease because Iwas worried they might try to add some extra costs without warning me. He even sent me photos of the process! I was so excited about that! I hadn't cared about aesthetics but they made me a gorgeous machine and I love it so much! The cherry on top was when they delivered it to my doorstep. It was just a great experience all around. The desktop run so smooth and every game I play looks and feels better than my old computer. I decided to wait a bit before writing this review to make sure everything was good. I have no complaints. Only praises. I am so pleased. They knew what I wanted and they delivered. I could not be more thrilled about this experience. Don't be put off by the number of complimentary reviews thinking there must be some catch or that they are paid reviews because they are really accurate. I can attest. Thank you Signa team! They built a computer for me during the height of the Covid pandemic in great time. If a component was unavailable they gave me options to change it with something appropriate. The computer has worked wonderfully, and I haven't had any problems. They worked with me on my payment when I had a banking issue. Great place to get a computer!

Incredible! I'm not a client, but the team specializes in my system brands. On CANADA DAY they responded late at night to inform me on status of service. That meant everything to me for planning to get my system operational. Sometimes a simple email can guide and direct a client and the team did that for me without a dime passing hands. Oh yes, intangible benefits for me and the team there as I'll be heading their way with my clients for service when needed due to the follow-up and client care. Many would agree in IT service is t always top tier, here, seems to be status quo and I admire that. Go with confidence, these are decent and focused business people and I'd urge you to give them a try!

Had a laptop failure at an absolutely critical time - reached out to Signa, and they got me a top notch high end HP replacement, installed Windows 10 PRO upgrade on it for me, and I picked it up within 90 minutes of confirming the order. In a pandemic. Seriously impressive- and seriously appreciated. Out of curiosity--- I went looking to see if I could find a review that was less than 5 stars - and in a search going back 5 years I found hundreds of 5 star reviews - and 1 - a single one - where the guy was apparently annoyed because he couldn't get access to the store in the midst of pandemic lockdown #1. Pretty sure I view that as a positive - not a negative.

What a great company! They are responsive to the customer. I modified my order a full 24 hours after I had placed the order. They adapted to the change without blinking an eye, and they completed the order early, even with the change! They have answered all my questions. They include a nice product overview sheet, that helps if you have any questions upon setting up your computer. Very fast with email responses and phone call follow ups. I would definitely shop here again. And a free high quality mouse pad, very nice touch! A shout out to the crew: Greg, Chen and Jack are AWESOME to work with and all very helpful!

Let me start out by saying I don't normally write reviews. But in this case I had to make an exception because I wanted to share just how good an experience I had. I came to Signa to buy a computer for a specific project. Price was important as I am an independent contractor, so I was footing the bill on my own. Jack and Greg both spent time talking through various options for me on the website, comparing prices, and advising me on what I could do to get the best performance for my money. They then tweaked one of the online options for me that met all of my needs and hopes, and through the process they dealt with me fairly, honorably, and quite personably too! This is not the kind of service and customization you can get at a big box store! Would I come here again? Absolutely. These are real people, making real products, helping their clients and standing behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next machine here as well!

Built up a gaming computer and ran into issues. Called Signa while I was driving home and not only did they fit me in last minute to troubleshoot & fix the issue, they even stayed late to finish it up. Great bunch of people, wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call in the future.

This past Sunday, in the middle of the Family Day long weekend I discovered that the power on my desktop computer wasn’t working. As a result, I called Signa Computers and left a message for someone to call me to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to my home to diagnose the problem. Considering it was a long weekend I didn’t expect to receive a call until Tuesday. However, to my pleasant surprise Jack called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message. We discussed my situation and based on the age of my computer, decided that rather than attempting to fix my old computer, it was time for a new one. As a result, we scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my home on Tuesday evening to install my new computer. Shortly after hanging up, Jack called me back to advise that his technician was actually on another call this Valentine’s Day afternoon, and advised that if I wanted, his technician could drop by within the next couple of hours to install my new computer. However, prior to doing so, Jack advised that he would have to go into the store to configure my new computer so that the technician could pick it up prior to coming to my home. As a luck would have it I had no plans so Jack advised that he would go into the store, configure my new computer, and that the technician would arrive at my home later in the afternoon. Within two hours, Signa’s technician Nick, arrived with my new computer. Nick was the consummate professional as he patiently took the time to explain various aspects of my new desktop and copied the files from my old computer to my new one. I was very impressed by Nick’s knowledge and ability to explain various technical issues to me all in layman’s terms. When he left my home that evening, I had a new computer installed …… all within 5 hours of my original call to Signa. This was not the first time that I’ve reached out to Signa Computers as I have purchased computers from them in the past, and I can assure you it won’t be the last. Professional, knowledgeable staff, both in store and on-site with service that is second to none! Thanks to Jack and Nick, my computer “issues” were resolved within 5 hours on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a long weekend. Now that’s service!

It took maybe a couple of months to decide, but the Signa team were very patient and helpful answering all my questions. Thank you, Chen, Jack and Greg! Update: 8 months later, I get an email stating "If you need our help, we’re just one email (preferred) or phone call away. If you have a moment, send us a quick reply to say "Hi" and let us know how you're doing." Is there any other business that does this anymore? The only regret I have regarding my purchase is that I didn't find them sooner over the last 25 years. They've certainly earned a life-long customer.

I am a new customer to Signa Computer Systems and based on my experience, they are my go-to computer company going forward. I had a number of questions before purchasing their gaming PC and Greg responded very quickly and thoroughly over email and phone. Some parts were not in stock (understandably) and Signa communicated with me every step of the way to ensure a timely build. What I'm most impressed was they added extra fans and upgraded the power supply at no charge. Also, the cable management in the case was very professional. And it only took 6 days (including the weekend) to have my PC built and ready for pick up. Overall, there is a personal touch at Signa Computer Systems that other computer companies don't have. The staff there are very friendly, passionate, professional, and genuinely want to help you.

My experience started over one year ago when I first began looking for a new PC. Of the many computer sellers, Jack from Signa Computers was the only one to actually take the time to listen to my requirements and tailor me a solution. His knowledge and confidence were very impressive and I was sure we would be doing business together. I didn't buy right away though and waited nearly a year until I was ready. Once again I contacted Jack at Signa. We discussed again what would be needed and his suggestions were spot on. The machine was built in 3 days and was plug-in ready when I brought it home. There were some minor annoyances however, with Windows 10 and its way of doing things. So when I called Jack, he was able to talk me through a fresh install of Windows 10. This took the better part of an hour using both the phone and by employing (with my permission) a remote desktop app. In my opinion, Jack, and Signa, went beyond my expectations to deliver exceptional customer service. All in all, a flawless experience. I recommend both Jack and Signa Computers very highly. It's true you get what you pay for.

Signa computers came to fix my standing desk wiring setups. My studio setup is ridiculous and Jason and Nick came, saw and they conquered our intense setups. I love my new desk setup, and my wife loves hers as well. I'm attaching before and after pictures of my studio setup for you to see how much better they look! 10/10, if you have a new home office, you should call Signa to set you up with a professional configuration. You'll thank them in no time!

I have six people working in one house and was having trouble with Wifi strength and printer connectivity reliability. Signa was the only company that responded to my outreach quickly. Within 24 hours the team was on premises analyzing my needs. Within another couple of days they had installed a new mesh Wifi system that has proven to be fast and reliable. Jason Sym was detailed oriented and was very focused on addressing our needs and issues. He really was professional and a delight to deal with.

After comparing value with the big block stores, I custom built a gaming PC through Signa's online website. A couple of friendly email exchanges and two days later, I had my computer. I recently had my computer of 10 years die on me. I reached out to Signa on a weekend, with nothing to go on but their stellar reviews. Not only did someone get back to me that same day, but I had a brand new rig, with all my data transferred over, within a week. Greg and Jack are patient, professional and they don't try to upsell you on equipment that you don't need. In my case, what I needed most was a processor upgrade with a new mother board; Greg suggested that I keep my old video card to save money. It has now been a month since I've received my new computer and it works like a charm. I have had no issues. It really was a pleasure dealing with Signa and I'm proud to support this local business. I would absolutely recommend them, and plan to deal with them again.
