I am very frustrated. I drove all the Listowel to get my phone dealt with and the store was closed. No sign on the door or anything. I was told it was open everyday 9am-6pm so I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Not a happy customer.

Very happy with my decision to visit Schneider's! These guys really know their stuff. I went in for some accessories, and ended up also getting some great advice for free about something that was happening to my phone. I've know a few people who have also got their screens fixed here, and no problems whatsoever.

Very poor communication at this location. Said he called his boss to be advised on what to do regarding my refund lied didnt call nor did I get my refund when he didnt even place my order for a unlock code. Also said he would call me back in 10 mins and didnt recieve a call back and i tried calling them and he ignored my call until they closed. Would never recommend this location to anyone !! Still waiting on my refund !!!

I took a phone here to get the screen fixed. A week later I got a call that it was done. I went the next day to pick it up and the doors were locked (this was at 4:30 in the afternoon), so I went back the next day only to be told that the tech who was working on it took it home when it should have been done in store. When I called the owner (Brent) to find out what was going on he hung up on me. I ended up waiting for over 2 hours to bring it back to the store in listowel. After waiting for two and a half hours I recieved a text saying he is in London to pick up the phone. Why was the phone taken to London when it was supposed to be fixed at the store in listowel? This is not a very trustworthy company and I would advise everyone to not give them any business.

I've never been, it was only through phone calls I've dealt with them. They do price matching depending on how much, which I found absolutely amazing. So that's where the 3 stars come from. But sadly they were not great on the phone, he didnt explain everything to me in full the first time. So when I called again about getting my phone screen fixed, he added something more from what he had already told me would happen. Not overly happy with how he dealt with it. Kinda was calling my a liar when I said he never said that before and he said he had the day before. But again if you need something done and want a decent price, go here.
