I bought an ipad from them a few years ago. Was having fun once I got through the set up which they HELPED with by resetting the ipad. But sadly this 7th gen ipad never lasted over a year and is now completely dead. Hardly got much advice with how to get it fixed. Wondering if it really WAS a NEW ipad....I'm not battery abusive to my electronics. I miss having my coloring apps, but I am glad I still have my mom's first ipad and it's working decent.
