I had my laptop looked at by PC Wex regarding a ghost touch issue. After leaving it with them for a couple of days and undergoing several driver updates, the issue was not present. After picking it up however, the issue returned immediately and remains present. I contacted PC Werx and they were more than accomodating with providing a refund for the service rendered as well providing me with an estimate for the repair. Will be visiting in the future for any computer related issues I cannot solve myself.

But another team member stepped up and did everything in his power to rectify the situation. I took my laptop in for service The keyboard wasn't working on certain letters. After being in the shop for less than an hour they called me with the bad news that the keyboard had water and rust damage and a replacement couldn't be done since it is an older Laptop and parts are no longer available. To save me a ton of money buying a New laptop they suggested a wireless key board for a lot less expense which I did. I can not say enough about there expertise and for providing me with a economical alternative . I suggest anyone with computer issues call them as they treat you great and will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

PC Worx responded and offref same day pick up, free appraisal/investigation and we had it back repaired the next morning. They were amazing at communicating (and patient since I know nothing about electronics). I couldn't imagine a better experience. I went to this place about a year ago. I had forgotten about giving a good review till i found the pc werx card. Anyway i built my first pc and it wasn't working! I knew it was something simple most likely but i couldn't figure it out. I brought it in and showed the guy at the front and he took it, it took only a day for this man to figure it out lol. I came in and he charged a really GOOD price. Seriously if you have pc questions or need help building the pc or fixing the pc then go here you will not regret it!

Brought in my PC for internet connectivity issues a while ago. They said the reason for it was a virus on the computer when that clearly was not the case. Ultimately the issues was resolved due to an external factor not related to the computer at all. I wouldn't called this company trustworthy.

Ryan and Logan were extremely patient & helpful. I was told by a technician at another computer repair store that they could not recover my data after my hard-drive began to fail. They wanted to send me to some "data recovery specialist" in Toronto and warned me that it would be quite expensive. Logan easily recovered all of my data & then Ryan helped me review all my options to move forward. I decided on a new computer & Ryan quickly got it all set up for me....they are both skilled & caring professionals!

My sons gaming pc had the black screen of death after a windows update, we tried everything and couldn’t fix it. Brought it to PC Werx and after a free diagnostic test they determined the PC had approx 5000 malware viruses. The guys there were quick, professional and the price was great! I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin 3 times in the last two weeks. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient with those of us who have a limited understanding of computers. He was able to quickly recover what I thought was lost data, and he also helped me another time when hackers tried to fool me into thinking my computer had been infected by a virus and that all my data was lost. Justin was able to remove the files that had been installed by the hackers and showed me what to do to ensure an attack like this wouldn't happen again. He is awesome! Long story short, I came in to PC Werx to get my laptop screen to display something again as it was only displaying something when connected through an external monitor. One of their techs suggested a cable replacement which ended up not working and not only that, it left my laptop worse than when it initially came in. I didn't receive any apologies from the tech whatsoever when I first spoke to him, ended up talking to the manager/owner who was just equally as rude (yelling at me through e-mail) and proposed options which did not cover the cost of damages incurred to the laptop and even wants me to pay for more for a mediocre desktop tower. So just a warning for people looking to get their computers fixed after seeing the excellent reviews for this place, this business is not BBB accredited (which means Better Business Bureau is unable to force the business to resolve an issue to the consumer's satisfaction) and they do give out incentives to people who do leave 5 star reviews.

Dropped off my laptop and charger cord in June. I called weekly. Finally was told in September to pick it up because they can’t fix it. They also said I didn’t bring the charger. So in other words, they stole my charger cord
