Excellent service! These guys actually pickup and deliver your desktop or laptop if you need it repaired. I don't drive because I'm visiting and going to school and I don't have a car. But they actually came to grab my laptop and had it returned to me within a few days. How can you beat that? My life is on my phone and my computer and I needed it for school. They fixed my dead computer and took care of a huge headache for me by picking it up and getting it back to me- FIXED! I've gone to these guys for my PS4 and my laptop and I'm never disappointed.

Sometime last month, I was having troubles with my computer. It seemed someone else was sharing it with me without my permission. I noticed some of my information which I had in my confidential file went missing on two occasions. At first, I thought Iwas responsible until it happened the third time. I was worried sick because I had some really vital information regarding work in there which was high profile and should on no account be shared in any way, but I didn’t know what to do. After a failed attempt with the IT department in my office, I did a simple google search and found Mission repair centre and with great reviews too. After making complains at Mission, one of their staff ran a check on my computer and discovered it was hacked. This confirmed my suspicion, but left me confused as to how such could have happened. Fortunately, I was reassured it was going to be fixed and in no time. Mission took care of it, cleaned it up without losing any files and interestingly, also put securities for FREE. Terrific and highly recommended.

Their work is 100% AWESOMEEEEEE........LOVE HOW THEY FIXED MY LG G3. The screen was broken . They charged me for the screen but while fixing my screen they found a flex cable which was damaged. They replaced this flex cable without any charge :)). I am really happy . The customer service was phenomenal. I strongly recommend this business to anyone who need to repair their cell phones ... kudos to you Mission Repair Centre...you have gained the customer for the life time :))

I don't usually write online reviews, however, considering the level of professionalism i experienced with Mission repair, I think it's only fair they receive credit. I am highly cautious of taking my devices to repair shops, as I have a history of being ripped off (Some vendors were so low as to replace the parts of on my devices with unoriginal one's). As such, when I first took my laptop to mission repair, I was very way. However, they did not charge no one extra dollar for anything that did not need to be done. They usually charge a diagnostic fee, and more often than not, if the issue is not that big, they will fix the device for you within that cost. This was a huge help, since I am a student and I could not afford hefty parts and labor costs. The team at Mission repair is highly professional and experienced at what they do. They will diagnose the problem for you, and explain it in in a understandable way. The customer service i experience was exemplary, the technicians take time to listen to your concerns, and convery potential problems and solutions to you. You have my business for sure. Keep up the good honest work

TOTALLY made my day. My PS4 had a software issue. Don't know where to go. Search on Google and this is the nearest place I can find. We went almost everywhere in the city. No one gave us definitive answers on replacing my girlfriends touchscreen laptop screen. Some places charged to even look at the damage. These guys took a look right away, gave us options, and the time to fix was a quarter of anywhere else. Be careful of how much places can take advantage of you, but Mission Repair won't. Recommending and definitely coming back.

I experienced my worst night so far this year in April, 2018. Never have I had it so bad that I recorded both a shattered iPhone and an iPad screen within seconds of wrongly placing the pouch containing these valuable items at the balcony of a 1-storey building, while preparing to go for my night shift at the nearby hospital. The only thing I could recall, seconds after, was the sound of the pouch dropping off the balcony and hitting the cemented floor. Sadly, I thought to myself; “this is the end.” As a professional Nurse, I usually pride myself as very meticulous when it comes to handling items as I do when handling patient needs and records, but hey, guess what! Mistakes do happen... ‘this could have been anyone you know?’. Firstly, to be frank, that night shift was almost ruined. I never imagined a shift without my gadgets. My iPhone keep me company at times when I am off my rounds, and I take out time to play games and listen to music. Most importantly, my iPad serves me the greatest purpose of helping with study for my nursing exams and updating my knowledge with the latest discoveries in my field. Well, I believe that explains why I call this experience my “worst so far” in 2018. A tiny glimmer of hope came after I rushed down my apartment to pick the gadgets and realized they were still intact except that the screens were shattered so much that their inks had spilled out and soiled the screens. I summoned courage, took the gadgets, tucked them back into the pouch, and left for my shift. To cut my story short, my burdened heart became lightened when I got to the hospital for my shift. My best friend and colleague who was also on same shift noticed my countenance, despite my feigned composure, and asked to know why I wasn’t looking happy... I simply tucked my hand into my pouch and handed the gadgets to her. Immediately she realized it was a damaged screen, she told me she would love that we both visit Mission Repair Centre, and that it was the perfect repair shop to handle the damage. At that point, my spirit was lifted. I got to my shift, but anticipated the visit. The next day around 12noon, she came by my house and we drove down to Mission Repair. Upon entry, I recall I complimented the ambience and serenity, but most unforgettable was my customer service experience. They were very accommodating. The tech who attended to me was very professional and easy to talk to. After his diagnostic check on the gadgets, he was very swift to allay my fears. He confirmed that I only had to replace the damaged screens and that the gadgets would be back to life. I made the payments, my gadgets were fixed, and I’m the happiest Nurse alive! One word to describe their service is “EXTRAORDINARY.” Top notch as described!

I had my computer plugged across the room while I worked on it one night. I didn’t know my dog was approaching, he tripped on the wire and the computer slipped from my hands to the ground and the screen broke instantly. I was very upset knowing how laptop screens could be really expensive to fix. I contacted Best Buy for a laptop screen replacement and I was quoted $450 to replace the screen. Oh my God! this is way beyond what I can afford. Out of annoyance, I abandoned it, hoping to put it up as scrap for sale whenever the opportunity presented itself, until it dawned on me to surf the internet for competent hands. In just a few minutes, voila!!! I found Mission Repair Centre. At first, I was skeptical, but to my utmost amazement upon my visit, I was quoted $189 including labour. Interestingly, the screen replacement also came with a lifetime pixel warranty but no accidental/damage warranty. Mission Repair Centre is the best thing that has happened to me.

There is nothing as comforting as having Mission Repair Centre as trusted partner. Recently, I had reason to travel for a business presentation outside Winnipeg, but unfortunately, I had my laptop screen shattered due to the rush. Surprisingly, I didn’t have reason to fret. I immediately called up the event facilitator, narrated my ordeal, he gave me a spare laptop which I connected to my hard drive for my presentation. I never bothered to look for a repair option while I was away because I didn’t want any repairer handling my laptop except for mission techs. In the end, it was a win-win. The presentation was successful and I was back home in time to visit mission. They had my screen replaced in no time and my laptop looks just like brand new. I’m glad I found mission repair.

I had my Predator Laptop LCD replacement done in 2 days thanks to the speedy service from Mission Repair Centre. I am never generous with reviews, but after my experience with mission, I must say I have found them to be truly excellent in their service delivery. I took my Predator Laptop LCD for a replacement after the system fell from my table while I rushed to answer the door and mistakenly twisting my ankle against the charger. I took it to a nearby store but left after I was told it would be fixed in 3 – 5 days. “What? That’s a lot of time I yelled”. After making a quick call to my friend, he requested I took it down to Mission repair centre. I did and in two days I was called upon to receive my laptop. They were indeed honest, customer friendly, and most of all, very transparent people. They also helped clean the entire laptop for free. Highly recommend

Amit explained exactly what they would do, and how they would determine if it was going to be worthwhile carrying out a repair. He told me when to expect a call with the diagnosis and that's exactly when he called. He gave me a complete assessment of my laptop, an estimate of the repair cost and an expected completion date. Okay, I’m giving these guys another 5-stars! Not that they need it but I’m giving them all the same! They’re just awesome! This is the second time I am using their service and I must say I’m more impressed now hence this extensive review. The first time, I had a terrible virus problem that rendered my laptop unusable. Sent it in and it came back perfectly restored. This second time however, there was click, click, sound that kept coming from my laptop and it refused to come on. The two shops I went to because they were closer said my hard drive was gone and so were all my files…the horror! I had all my life in there! Where was I going to start from? I was about to give up completely when on a whim, I decided to give missionrepaircentre.ca a call. In all honesty I expected to hear the same verdict. I sent it in on Tuesday and got it back in three days flat! They rescued all my files, installed a new hard drive and put all my files back in and I got a student discount as well! As a video editing expert, I am always very careful to ensure safety and proper storage of several angle shots from every movie set since that is what I work with in order to ensure great output. It just happened that one Tuesday evening while walking back from the studio, a heavy rain suddenly started and drenched me from head to toe, including my hard drive. Unfortunately, I had very important files that needed to be retrieved, worked upon, and delivered in less than a week, but due to the damage, my laptop was unable to see the hard disc each time I inserted it. I became very agitated and immediately phoned a colleague and he recommended Mission repair centre. A client’s job worth about $2500 could have been lost forever, but they took time to listen to me and reassured that all my data would be recovered. In less than 48 hours they had managed to recover all my files, and to cut the long story short, I was able to beat the delivery deadline. Their support was immense and they kept me informed during the process. They were very affordable too! I am really grateful for the help. My client is happy and I have never been happier. In the end, it was a fantastic experience.

Having had an unsuccessful encounter with 3 reputable repair shops in Winnipeg, including BEST BUY, I had given up on trying to patronize other shops. My encounter with the last shop while I tried to fix my computer (with a damaged screen) made me make up my mind never to try any other. This was the case until I found Mission Repair Centre. I am very skeptical when it comes to computer repairs and choosing a right repair shop since I have been burned a lot before. This time I researched a lot before taking my Apple MacBook Pro and my iPad 2 to any repair shop. I found 2-3 shops online with great reviews. So I decided to call them. One of these shops gave me the quote which was completely outside my budget ( the amount mentioned in that quote was sufficient to buy a new iPad ), another shop seems pretty rude over the phone and the last shop was Mission Repair Centre. When I called them I was extremely pleased with the way they were talking to me and hearing me out . I was really impressed with their customer service and wealth of knowledge regarding computers and electronics. I decided to give them my business and guess what i am soon not disappointed. their quote was reasonable, all the work was done by the Apple techs and on top of everything my iPad looks like a brand new iPad and my MacBook runs super fast as if I just bought it brand new. I only give credits where they are due. Mission Repair Centre you are the besttttt smile emoticon Thank you so much for your help and guidance smile emoticon I am so not going to any other repair shop as long as Mission Repair Centre is in business ( lol sorry don't take it in a wrong way I will pray that Mission stays here forever ). While visiting family in Winnipeg for the holidays, my iPhone 7 somehow found it’s way on the nicely cemented garage floor. I may have been drinking and didn’t realize the phone will not balance on my head. But anyway, I sobered up and was in a major panic. My sister-in-law suggested Mission Repair Centre, the staff knew her by name from repairing several electronics – clumsiness runs in the family. I wasn't sure what to expect when I took my very ill ( well - actually dead) computer in to see the experts at Mission Repair, but I had a lot of files on this computer after many years of using it and they would all be lost if I couldn't use it again. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable man (sorry, I didn't get his name). He assured me that they would be able to fix it and save my data, so I left it with them. A few days later, I was thrilled to get my computer back and it is running great again - even better than it had been before it broke down. The price was very reasonable and I will have no hesitation going back to see them if I have problems again.

This review is far over due. The customer service here is the best you will find in the city. I brought my iPhone 8 in for a screen replacement in May. Instead of just taking my money, first they made sure that I was up to date on current issues with apple products and the risks. I understood and let them work on my phone. There were factory defects that they let me know while working on the phone but were still able to get the job done. Although due to the current software revision the aftermarket screen would not work. It took a week but they worked with Apple California to rectify the issue. They probably spent about 10 times the amount of labour that usually needed for a screen replacement but did not charge me extra. My phone screen works now and cost me half the price of going to the apple store. The screen works perfect but I was a little disappointed that the colour isn't exact and isn't quite as bright as an OEM screen. I recognize this is not the businesses fault, and would be a similar issue with any other aftermarket screen. With that being said Mission Repair has excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to go back with other electronic device issues.

My iMac was powering on by itself and this continued uninterrupted for a few minutes before it finally powered off. I tried every trick I knew to boot it again, but I never got my desired outcome. I freaked out for a few hours because i had never seen anything like that happen. I couldn’t eat anything as I was troubled and I totally depended on my iMac for a number of jobs to deliver. To cut the long story short, I surfed the internet and found Mission repair centre as the closest repair outlet and decided to give them a try. I visited and the reception was great. The techs immediately attended to me and got the iMac power issues fixed. Ever since the repair, I haven’t experienced any issues. Terrific experience!

This is owing to the amazing service I have enjoyed from MRC. Due to my carelessness I cracked my iPhone screen. Sadly, it got cracked and I couldn’t even manage to read anything, nor see any pictures clearly. I visited Mission repair and they helped me get my screen fixed at a very affordable price. They are really terrific people. In approximately 24 minutes my screen was replaced and my phone works perfectly. They were open to answering all my questions and never complained at all. I am in awe of their professionalism, and most importantly, their patience.

After going to another popular service in Winnipeg I got it fixed for $170 and in less than 10 days. I wouldn’t trust this service because of the almost 3 times higher price than it suppose to be. Very unhappy about it.

Everyone told me that it was a hardware issue with my MacBook and I need to replace some parts. But these guys save my back and they are super quick and there is a software issue that gives me the headache. They resolved the issue within a day and save me a lot of bucks. Due to my previous experiences with console repairers, I have had reason to shun visits to any repair shops. This is because most times they come across as incompetent, and in other cases, unaffordable. This led me to keep two of my PS4 consoles when they developed issues with their HDMI ports. I purchased my Xbox 360 about 8 months ago and enjoyed playing with my friends every weekend. One Saturday evening, after we had enjoyed about 3 game-rounds of soccer tournament, we wanted to switch to an adventure game, but discovered that the CD we inserted wasn’t loading. We tried the previous soccer CD again, but it still didn’t load. After a while of trial and error, I called another friend of ours who had also encountered a similar problem with his console, and he suggested it must be a lens drive problem. He narrated his ordeal while he also tried to fix his Xbox360 lens drive until he found mission repair centre. He advised I visit and hinted on Mission’s “Save BIG on multiple devices” promotion, “Sounds too good to be true” I retorted. After much thought, I decided to take all my consoles to mission repair centre on Monday. To my surprise, thy fixed the HDMI ports on two of my PS4 consoles and replaced the lens drive of my Xbox 360 within one day. That was super-AMAZING! I went visiting my sister in Winnipeg, Canada during the holidays and took along my laptop. I discovered after unpacking my luggage that my laptop refused to come on even as I pushed the power button countless number of times. This was really frustrating. I took my iPhone 6S to Mission Repair Centre today, after water seeped in behind the screen last night. There wasn't much water, but the Apple Store told me my phone was done and I needed a new one. I then went to the store where I bought the phone to try to get my extended warranty out of them. After finding out that I'd be without a phone for 2+ weeks and possibly getting a refurbished phone (not what I was told when I bought the warranty), I'm sure glad I went to Mission for a third opinion! I brought my phone in at 10:15 this morning, and by 6:30, the phone had been cleaned, inspected, tested, and a new screen had been installed, making it like new for less than $200. I will never buy another phone warranty again. The process was so painless and simple with Mission, and they called me to keep me updated, not installing new parts without my persmission. Wish i could say I was satisfied with the screen fixing of my samsung s7 but the backing of my phone is coming off and not staying on only days after I got my phone back and my "back press" button isnt working so I cant just go back to a page i have to close it all and reopen whatever app or browser I'm using. Unprofessional. My 1-month old Samsung S7 was dropped in the river (salt water). I sent it for a clean-up which costs $60. The technician who received my order told that there are three steps of cleaning which will take about 1- 3 days depends on how much of the cleaning needed to be done. I came after one day, and another technician told that the phone is rusty and gone and wanted to returned my phone, without further cleaning. After i explained to him about the extra cleaning needed to be done, he agreed to continue. They never call me to pick up the phone on the 3rd day. I went back and he returned the phone and said the same thing. I was not satisfied and went to Cell Mechanics right after. The technician there told there are 4 missing screws and broken part of the cover of the motherboard, and the phone has to be cleaned with the condition of static ground because otherwise it can damage the phone.

I was partying too hard last weekend and dint realize that i spilled (and wasted :() a glass full of my favourite heineken on my MacBook. After this sad incidence I contacted Apple and they told me that the motherboard has to be replaced along with the palmrest and they gave me the quote of $1400 to replace these two things. I contacted several other companies and they were also quoting really high . Then I came across mission. I called them and talked to one of their techs. I loved the positive “can do” attitude of this tech and took my MacBook to him. The price he quoted me to fix the liquid damage motherboard was way lower than anyone else quoted me and I got my MacBook back , totally working, in six days. I have used desktop PCs and laptops for a long time now, and I've had very little problem that couldn't be solved by sitting on the phone for hours and hours with “over the phone” technicians who didn't care. (Trust me this is very annoying) last month had a blue screen of death on my laptop and I'd spent so much time almost getting it to recover only to be defeated by the machine, that I didn't have the patience for a call with a stranger who, despite telling me how much they appreciated my frustration, didn't. My experience with Mission Repair Centre was beyond amazing and exceptional. They not only repaired my laptop , but they talked me through the problem, their solution (BIOS update, malware cleaning, lost nothing), also gave me instructions for having a recover files disk (all windows installations unique to my laptop), and did it for a price that was MORE than reasonable. The communication back and forth was great, the personal attention was appreciated, and the turnaround time (a week and a half during this time of COVID-19) was much appreciated. I highly recommend Mission Repair Centre. If I need help again, this is certainly where I'll be.

He gives you alternatives & prices are reasonable (he spent hours trying to resolve a locked phone problem but couldn't so NO CHARGE and didn't try to make it up on the next unlocking.) He stands by his work: "just call if there is a problem." Remarkably he remembered my name two weeks later. Turnaround times are reasonable on the things that he can control. I like supporting local entrepreneurs rather than the big box droids. He invited me to consult him prior to future electronics purchases and I will. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Awful, Avoid and Stay Away. This place is basically run by kids that have no understanding of Customer Service. Dropped my device off on Saturday with a pickup scheduled for Wednesday. Called on Tuesday to confirm if device would be ready, gentlemen on the phone couldn’t care less and said “Um it says the date on the drop off form” My reply “Yes, just confirming if it will be ready” his response “That’s what the form says”. Rude and very bad I was unable to make it there Wednesday, so called Early on Thursday Morning to confirm if it was ready, as I was trying to organize pick up. Gentlemen advises... “Ummmm no it’s not even been looked at, should be ready for 2pm?!” Arrive at 3, still not ready, oh it will be another 20 minutes. Had to return again to pick it up. Very bad communication, very bad attitude. Store could use a cleaning. Avoid this place. Got the iPad home and discovered a hair under the screen. cannot be removed. Awful place.

Good and knowledgeable staff overall. Disappointed with the repair diagnostic I was given. I was told that my laptop didn't need motherboard board repair initially, so I went through with the non-motherboard board repair that they quoted me. Once I got it back I noticed a very key feature was missing from the laptop (Touch Bar was not working in my case). I returned it to them and they called be back after a bit and informed me that it did actually have motherboard damage and it needed to be repaired for the Touch Bar to work, and this repair would cost just as much as the last repair. Laptop works pretty good but the Touch Bar is an almost $1000 upgrade feature on MacBooks, and not having it makes a huge difference. Pricing was understandable, but I felt like I wasn't given a fair diagnostics check, if I had known the total repair was going to cost upwards of $1200 I would have definitely not went with it at that point. I might have had a bad first experience because they're reviews seem to be generally good. Take into consideration that some repairs might not be as easy or cheap to fix as others.

Super friendly guys ! Straight forward service! The best customer service I have experienced in a long time! FAST and RELIABLE repair for my 2013 iMac . My iMac’s screen went blank and I couldn’t get it to turn on. I called 6 different repair/ service centres in the city to diagnose and hopefully repair my iMac and no one was willing to put an effort to even listen to what I have to say. Without thoroughly checking my iMac these places were only giving me two options – a) either go and buy a new iMac or b ) spend over $1000 to fix the “unknown” issue which caused my iMac’s screen to die. I did not know what to do since I did not want to spend an arm and a leg just to fix this old 2013 iMac of mine and I did not have enough money to buy a new one. Accidently, I end up on the website of Mission Repair Centre. I thought I should give these guys a call and see what they say. I called them and this place ACTUALLY LISTENED to what I had to say. I literally spend over 30 minutes with the tech over the phone. He explained to me what might be causing the issues and the price to fix it. Their quote was waaaayyyy less than $1000. I got bit of a hope and took my iMac to Mission Repair and left it there. I got a GREAT NEWS after few days from Amit ( one of the tech’s at Mission) stating that the LCD connector has gone bad and that need to be replaced and this is a common issue with older iMacs. The price he quoted me was less than couple of hundred bucks. I wanted to be sure and asked him if this will solve the problem , he said absolutely! He also mentioned that if this doesn’t solve the problem they will not charge me a single penny for any of their efforts. I gave him a ‘go ahead” and after three hours I got a call stating that the iMac started up and the screen is back and the iMac is working fine. I am really really happy!!!!!! For anyone that has been having any kind of issues with their Apple line of products I would highly recommend checking this place out first before going to any other repair shop in the city.

Incredible service. My iPad Mini's home button broke several months ago and they repaired it overnight at a very reasonable price. Just yesterday the screen began having phantom touch issues. They ran a full diagnostic, fixed the problem, and replaced the glass screen within two hours. I'm really very careless and clumsy especially with gadgets. I've dropped my iPad countless times, but was always saved by the padding of the protective case. This time I was unlucky I guess. The iPad fell with the face almost perfectly parallel to the ground. I picked it up, and just as I imagined, the screen was shattered. I went online and found mission repair. I visited the centre around 3:30pm and by 4:20pm I was set to go with a new iPad screen installed, plus a screen protector which should protect the screen the next time I drop it installed at no extra charge. This is the place that Apple doesn't want you to know about. Mission worked on both my 2014 iMac and 2010 MacBook Pro. Both were running very slow. I took them to Apple first and they told me I have to buy a new one because my machine can't be upgraded. I looked on google and came across Mission. They were able to provide the upgrades and tune ups for my Mac computers. Now both of my devices run fast. They had super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I personally felt that they truly cared and gave me the best service. I am very happy that I decided to go check them out.

I was hanging out with my friends one weekend and in a bid to show them a couple of pictures I had snapped during my date with my new girlfriend, my phone dropped and the screen got broken. Truth be told, I hated myself for my mistake despite my careful treatment of the device since it’s purchase but then one of my friends who had experience the same issue recommended I visit Mission Repair to get my damaged screen fixed. Few moments after narrating my plight to the staff of the Mission Repair upon visiting, they swung into action. In just 15 – 20 minutes my iPhone screen was fixed. I was amazed! This is the fastest I had ever noticed. To think that they only just showed me the screen that was about to be installed a while back, and told me about the warranty I was entitled to (i.e. what is included (pixels) and what’s excluded (accidental damage) in the warranty). They were honest and transparent in their service that they even told me where the new screens were coming from and what’s their grade and quality is. That sounded reassuring! They displayed excellent and top notch customer service at every given point in time. Mission Repair Centre is the true definition of professionalism. Highly recommended!

My son had his first birthday few weeks ago and the moments that were captured in pictures and videos were stored up on my laptop as a form of backup, but unfortunately, my laptop crashed and it was impossible to recover data stored on the hard drive. I was devastated and confused. I had no idea on what to do. I took it to a company that specializes in computer repairs but no result. They took the hard drive and charged me for data recovery, of which I paid in full, but didn’t recover the pictures and videos of my son’s first birthday. After several weeks with no result, I was told my hard drive was completely dead and they were going to have to refer me somewhere else where they will charge over a grand to retrieve my pictures. I was disappointed because I didn’t have that kind of money. I took my HDD to Mission Repair Centre on the recommendation of a friend and surprisingly, they were able to recover my son’s pictures and videos within a day for a fraction of the cost of what I paid initially to the other company. It was a life-saving experience with mission.

This guy tried to scam me on a tablet repair. Buyer beware. Older galaxy tab 10 wouldn't turn on or charge for over a year. I brought it in with the cable and everything. The guy took it around the corner where I couldn't see him then came back in a few minutes and told me it would be $60 to open it up and assess - then add to that parts and labor to fix the problem. I figured I'd take a crack at fixing it myself, so I bought a new cable and charger somewhere else. I google searched the model and issue and the first result was this: "-Disconnect charger -Hold power button and volume up button for 30 seconds -Keep holding buttons while plugging in charger -Hold buttons for another 30 secs -Release power button keeping volume button pressed -Tab starts to charge" -received reply- Time and date stamp within the hour of leaving your business on the photo receipt. You don't remember 4 hours ago? Why did I waste 10 minutes standing there while my tablet and clerk snuck around the corner? To plug it in like they did at the source and immediately see it started charging? It grinds me more that you lie like this. I have nothing to gain here. I write glowing reviews and usually nothing if I get a messy big Mac - but you actually are committing fraud, that's not a quality issue that's now a society issue.

About a week ago I brought in a laptop which wasn't charging anymore. I was able to wiggle the cable and make it work before but it stopped charging entirely as of last week. I didn't want to buy a new laptop yet and figured I would take it in to get a second opinion. Was it the cable? Or the charging port on the laptop? I googled computer repair on google and Mission Repair Centre came up with already high reviews. I talked to he employee why I was there and she suggested to plug it in first before we make any decisions. Turned out it worked fine when she used a cable she had at the store and so we knew it was the cable not the charging port. She even was able to look for me where to find another charging cable for the exact laptop and everything. The cable just came in the mail recently and it works like a charm now! Even when I offered to pay her for her service she told me I didn't owe anything! The service was excellent and the staff knowledgable and just want to fix your problem. Not make an extra buck or two. The shop itself was very clean and modern looking. If you have problems with you computers this is the place to go!!!

The other day I caught the nasty "System Check" malware. I panicked and i restarted my laptop. I couldn’t believe that my laptop, my C and D drives, and my external drive were all wiped clean. It's devastating when expensive application, decades of photographs, and years of work disappear just like that. We found Mission Repair Centre here on google, and we figured that someone who had nothing but 5-star reviews had to be good. Amit relieved my worries right away by explaining me that the virus didn't actually delete my files; it just hid them. My laptop, although about 3 years since purchase, is about the most valuable asset to me. It was very instrumental to me while I was preparing for my final year project. At least up until it fell from my hand mistakenly, just two weeks to my project defence. The screen got broken. With much agitation, I called up my lecturer to inform him of what had happened, and he immediately asked that I look for a repair shop as soon as possible. After staying up all night searching online for a reputable shop offering very affordable services, via my phone, I finally found Mission Repair Centre. I was there around 10am the next morning, and by the next day, my PC LCD screen was replaced and at a very affordable price too. This was in contrast to the ETA of other companies I had looked up earlier. Most had slated 2 -3 weeks for the replacement, but mission did it in just one day. Interestingly, my laptop LCD also come with a lifetime warranty. I also got free tips on how best to keep my LCD screen safe. That’s what I call great customer service. I’m most grateful for the help. MRC all the way!

I would highly recommend this place. My phone was S8 . I left it in the car for 4h and when I pick up the phone its screen was black. I thought the reason was my phone was frozen ,but he told me "it was not that reason". He explain me kindly what was wrong. If it was repaired the price would be about $305.00 and he suggested to me . "it was better to check how many months left on my phone contract. if it was less than 6 months then purchase new cell phone better than repairing S8 and also he told me where I could go get old phone's data to new phone. He is very" honest "and "kind".

Amit is simply amazing - he was able to handle a very complicated gaming PC rebuild for me in very little time, and at a very fair cost for his time and expertise. I think he enjoyed the challenge. I possibly could have bought a brand new PC by the time I was done purchasing high end parts for my video creation and editing system, but that's a different story - I'm very pleased with the impeccable outcome related to the repair. Mission is an interesting place - while I was there Amit and other techs dealt with a variety of clients, and in every case (including mine), focused on the most efficient, practical and cost effective repair/fix possible. I wish I'd known about Mission and Amit a long time ago. I'll definitely return to mission repair centre for any pc / laptop/ cell phone repair or upgrade that I can't do on my own. My MacBook pro-2017 had liquid damage. The battery wasn’t working and both the keyboard and trackpad were unresponsive. They fixed everything within a week. They had to order the trackpad and the keyboard. But I got everything done under the time frame they mentioned. Highly recommended for MackBook repair.

I took my macbook in after I spilt tea on it, and my computer refused to boot up. I for sure thought it was over and done with but instead of taking it to apple where I knew they would charge me almost full price of the computer, I decided to take it here. They told me it would be less than a hundred bucks to take the whole thing apart and clean it out, and hopefully everything worked after. Although I was quoted a time estimate of 3 days and it ended up taking a week, I couldn't be happier because my macbook is fixed and needed no other repairs. We went almost everywhere in the city. No one gave us definitive answers on replacing my laptop's touchscreen. Some places charged to even look at the damage. I found these guys online after reading all the terrible reviews most of the computer repair places had received regarding computer repair. Decided to go with Mission Repair instead. The techs at Mission repair Centre diagnosed the problem with my computer (custom built desktop) within 8 hours (Hard disk was damaged) and called me with a cost efficient solution the same day, with modest labor prices. The tech (Jason) also priced out a full rig upgrade to me, which I was considering as an alternative to replacing the current computer. Despite my eagerness to upgrade, I asked Jason his opinion on if he thought a full upgrade was necessary at this time as I had a decent built. Jason told me that it wasn’t, and that I could maximize my current Computer use and upgrade in a year or so. This show’s that technicians at Mission are extremely honest businessmen as they could have easily sold me on the new build. When I went to pick up my computer, it was in better condition than the day it had been built. Jason had systematicaly re-wired the whole unit and tied up any unused wires. I could tell that Jason treated my computer like it was his own. He plugged the computer in and gave me a walk-through of all the changes he made. I highly recommend Mission Repair Centre. The techs there are very passionate, honest, and trustworthy. They conduct a legitimate business and I will for sure be going back to Mission when I decide to build a new Computer

It’s really frustrating discovering your screen had gone broken when you have tasks to complete and submit at work the next day. I had to replace a cracked screen and a bad LCD display of my HP laptop which I discovered must have gotten damaged when I mistakenly dropped my laptop bag on the ground upon returning from work that day. I quickly ran an internet search on my phone for a reputable repairer nearby since I didn’t have much time and voila, I found mission repair centre. They had very great reviews also. The next morning before going to work, I drove to their office and told them what had happened and in no time they got the screen and the LCD display replaced and at a very affordable price too. Their service was indeed as excellent as described. Later on, I discovered that a colleague of mine was charged much higher at another local repair shop for a similar case just a week before. I have no hesitations about recommending their services to anyone. Overall, excellent price, excellent delivery – awesome experience. Interestingly, I got my office task completed and delivered to my boss’ amazement, all thanks to mission repair centre.

They also have great hours of operation open till 7! everyone else in Winnipeg is either open till 5 or 6 another benefit. If this was 12/10 customer service and quality service experience. Once I tried using my MacBook, I realized it refused to come on even though it indicated it was working. I put it off and on severally before it eventually displayed the white screen. Sadly. it stayed stuck on the white screen for days as I went about looking for a competent repair shop. My search for a professional repair shop yielded no result until I found Mission Repair Centre. They were a great relief to me as their customer service is second to none. They listened to my problems, ran an extensive check on my MacBook, explained what exactly the problem, and fixed it within a couple of days. I was experiencing a power issue with my iMac and didn’t seem to understand what the problem was so I took it to the nearest apple store, but to my surprise they couldn’t fix the problem. I tried two other stores but the outcome was the same. Just when I thought to give up on it and purchase a brand new iMac, a friend suggested I gave Mission Repair a try. I was told by the Mission Repair staff that I would be contacted in 3 days after a diagnosis was conducted. To my surprise, in 2 days they discovered the problem and I was called and informed that the problem with my iMac was as a result of a bad bios chip on the motherboard. I asked them to proceed with the repair, and immediately ordered a new chip, soldered it, and in no time my computer came back up again. They have proven to be the best Apple computer repair place in the city.

Spilled a bunch of beer all over my Macbook keyboard. After a few days of drying up the computer in a bag of rice with silica packets, and it not starting, I took it to Mission Repair. After the diagnosis, I was given the option to just replace the keyboard for under $200, which was successfully accomplished in a few days. I'm very happy about this service. This business was great and fully lived up to the 5 star ranking. Friendly, knowledgeable, ethical and professional. They did data recovery for us for an old Mac Desktop and Dell Laptop. They gave lots of information on what to expect, explained everything in detail and I had everything back in 5 days. If you need to recycle your unwanted and old electronics then they will do that for you for “free”. I appreciated how transparent the pricing was and it was well worth it. The PS4 console I got my son for his 18th birthday started to malfunction - the blinking white light indicator pulses continuously before powering off. Didn’t think I would have any reason to fix my PS4 until the HDMI port got broken when it suddenly fell. When I visited a repair shop, their quote was way beyond my budget. My holiday was becoming boring because of this, until my friend asked that I visit Mission repair centre. Frankly, I have always heard people talk about how their faulty phones, iPads, laptops, and other gadgets were fixed, but I never knew how good they were with fixing consoles too. I took my PS4 to them expecting to be told they couldn’t fix it, but surprisingly, they proved me wrong. In about 3 hours it was fixed. I was stunned! They went further to clean the entire console and applied extra thermal paste for which other places have charged me before. I guess I have found a better option for my game repairs, thanks to MRC.

I recently spilt water onto my MacBook Air. I brought it to apple right away and was told it could not be repaired as there was too much damage. After telling this to a friend of mine they suggested I bring it to mission repair for a second opinion. They assured me the tech there was apple certified. My cat somehow pulled my shift key off my laptop. I struggled for a few weeks without it but finally researched computer repair places. Mission Repair was rated as one of the top 3 in Winnipeg and was close to me so I called them. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and explained all the possibilities. Daughter spilled booster juice in laptop bag and failed to tell me. 3 days goes by she says my MacBook Air is not charging. I take it to apple they say “good luck” this is fried. Buy a new one. I take to mission and they charge a nominal fee and tell me the whole process and assure me if they can fix they will call me with up front costs. Very knowledgeable and helped a tech illiterate like me to understand. Anyways were able to fix it and return to normal operating mode all in reasonable time frame and for a good price. I would go to these guys again for any electronics repair. Very reputable and forthright with you right up front explaining process. Wish all businesses were like this. Update. Daughter was watching netflix 6 months later. Tipped over into the sink when she bumped it. I took it in immediately the next morning and once again had it back within the week fixed perfectly :)

First off I will say that they repaired my computer and it is working fine. Unfortunately, it is the other stuff that gets them a poor rating. It took 5 weeks to get my machine back. * Jan 21 I brought my computer in was charged $68 to look at it (AKA diagnostic) was told I'd have an answer in 3-5 business days * Called on the 6th business day and it still wasn't on the bench. Was called back at the end of the day and told it was the mother board. I was asked to prepay the part and labour cost ($430). As well I was told the machine would be ready between Feb 7th and 15th * I called on the 14th and was told the part was not in and was expected to be in between the 14th and 19th * I called on the 21st and was told the part was not in but should be in on the 25th * For the first time in this whole transaction they initiated a call to me on the 25th to say the part was still not in. * They called on the 27th to say the part was in and it might be ready later that day or first thing the next morning. * I picked up my machine on the 28th and it is working fine. I feel a few things could have gone better. 1. Calling me more than me calling them. 2. An accurate set of promises. 3. An accurate timeline. I choose local because, the other option (From Dell), was for them to box it up send it in and get it back in 10-15 days for about $360 no matter how small or big the problem was. This seemed like a gamble and I erroneously assumed a local business could do it faster and maybe (if it was a small problem) cheaper. They were neither. I choose Mission because of their top google ratings. As I look at those reviews now, I see the top stars are from people with simple issues like viruses, CMOS batteries, cracked screens etc. OTOH the low stars are ( like most google reviews) from a handful of cranks but quite a few from people in the same boat as me. I do not think they mean any harm but if I had known it would take this long I would have chosen another option. Next time I am getting the the gold plated platinum Pro warranty from Dell.

“keep your iPhone safe and secure” was the only precaution my dad ever gave me when he handed me a new iPhone for my 21st birthday. That really kept me going until I attended my best friend’s birthday party. I was hanging out with some friends and while they were getting naughty and passing my phone around, one of them mistakenly dropped it while running down the stairs and the screen got shattered. It was a sad time for everyone because it was so sudden and unplanned at that. I really couldn’t tell my parents I thought, since the warranty didn’t cover external damages I had to find a way around it and very fast too. One of my friends who had witnessed the tragedy immediately recommended I visit Mission Repair centre to get my damaged LCD screen fixed. After narrating my ordeal to the staff of the Mission Repair upon my visit, they took a quick look at it and in about twenty minutes, my iPhone screen was fixed. I was thrilled! This was the fastest I had ever heard of. They showed me the screen that was about to be installed and the warranty only covers pixels and excluded accidental damage. They were really professional and transparent in their approach so much that they even revealed to me where the new screen came from and what the grade and quality is, that sounded reassuring! They are indeed top notch.

I think these people are some sort of wizards of modern technology. My MSI laptop was dead for months. I took it to Best Buy and they said my laptop is "irreparable" and I should buy a new one. One of my co-worker suggested Mission's name. I took my laptop to Mission and within 25 minutes the tech there diagnosed the problem. The problem was the broken charging port. Mission ordered the part and I got back my laptop within a week . I am highly impressed with their work. They also cleaned my laptop inside out without any charge. I highly recommend this place.

Earlier today, upon arriving at my destination after a 45-minute drive, I successfully got a parking space without stress, which was quite unusual. But sadly, just as I was trying to get out of my car, my iPhone fell from my lap on a concrete floor and the screen got damaged completely. I recall my first experience with Mission Repair was a few months ago when I was having a bit of problem trying to recover files from my Hard drive, but all my efforts proved abortive. I googled for help with the issue and found them with excellent reviews and decided I would give them a try. Trust me, first impressions do last longest! They fetched all my files and ensured no file was lost. I guess that’s where my confidence in Mission Repair Centre grew. So with my damaged iPhone screen, I couldn’t be bothered. They have become my first choice repair shop amongst other top-flight repair shops in town. That faithful evening, upon returning from my business meeting, I drove down to MRC and their warm reception wasn’t lacking as usual. I tendered my iPhone to the tech and in less than 20 minutes, I was on my way out with my iPhone in perfect shape. For me, one attribute that sets MRC above the rest is their customer service. They are very polite and professional. They always strive to ensure that customers leave their facility better than they came. They are truly amazing people. WOW !! all I have to say is WOWW!! Love the work these guys have performed on my iPhone 6 and HP Laptop. My iMac 2015 started to run really slow and one day It stopped booting. All I saw was an apple logo whenever I tried to turn it on. I took it to mission. They took my Mac in for the diagnostics. Loved their explanations and friendly nature. They called me after few days to let me know that the Hard drive is bad. With my permission they installed a new hard drive and also recovered all my music , pictures and files from the bad hard drive. My iMac works better than before. I was to travel for a conference meeting in three days when unfortunately, I mistakenly sat on my laptop while packing my luggage. Apparently, I never knew it was on the bed and covered with clothes. I screamed and immediately jumped up and quickly picked up the laptop and opened it, only to discover the ink on the screen had spilled and the screen was damaged. With just three days to go and the laptop containing all that would be needed at the conference, I was so confused. In a bid to find a solution, I called my brother in Winnipeg to ask about where he fixed his broken laptop screen a few months back, and he referred me to Mission Repair Centre. Frankly, I must say their customer service was really awesome. They fixed the screen in just 2 days and I was called up to retrieve my laptop. Mission Repair Centre was recommended to me by a colleague. My IPhone 7 screen got broken after I mistakenly dropped it about 3 feet (sigh....) onto a hard bathroom floor, to the point that the entire screen was black, stopped functioning and small pieces of glass went missing. The screen was replaced within an hour of me getting there. I picked up my phone and it was working perfectly and hasn't failed me since then and it’s been 3 weeks .This place is affordable with great customer care , and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who need phone repair services. I wasn’t referred to Mission. Solely found them on Google and a convenient location. Took my Mac in to have a new version of Microsoft Office installed prior to me going to the latest IOS update on it. Ahmit Bhasin has done a number of these upgrades but couldn’t get the Key he downloaded to activate. He felt terrible that he couldn’t execute such a simple task and asked if I could leave my Mac overnight. The next day I came back and he was still unable to download and operate a new version of Office. He then walked me thru the purchase from Apple, and we did it on my credit card. However, Ahmit would not invoice me any labour for the 2 days he worked on my Mac. I will certainly go back to Mission Repair for my future needs. In one word I would describe Mission Repair as SUPER-FANTASTIC!!! I am not a tech person and usually feared damaging any of my gadgets, but when my Gaming desktop stopped working and started to show me the black screen and my LG G5 touch stop working, it was like my whole world just came crashing...Obviously, I could be termed “sick and tired.” This changed when I found MRC... they saved my life. Fixed: Broken LCD screen and a flashing folder sign with a question mark on my 2014 MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display MAGNIFICENT A+++ Service! After all the wonderful things my friend had to say about Mission Repair Centre, I decided to take my broken MacBook which had a broken LCD and a flashing folder sign on my screen. As soon as I entered in the store I was greeted by Amit and Elvis. After talking to them I read and signed their diagnostics service form. Left my laptop there and surprisingly after a day, Amit called me and mentioned the ETA and the price to replace the LCD and the Hard Drive that has gone bad. I must say Amit was extremely helpful ! He really tried to make sure that I understood what’s going on with my machine. It truly made me realize that he genuinely cares. After receiving a “go ahead” from me , they started work on my device and performed their magic much swifter than I expected. In about 3 days from the check-in of my device, My MacBook was ready for testing and was ready for pick up! At Mission repair, the techs are very accommodating and ensure you are satisfied with the quality of their service. The reviews may be true, but they do try to BS you . I had bought a Joystick,but had trouble installing the drivers. I have Windows Vista. Asked them about this. They said I wasn't able to install the drivers because I had Windows Vista and would need a new computer. I contacted the joystick manufacture and with their help I was able to install the drivers .on VISTA.

So, I repaired 2 MacBooks with them (a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air) one with a broken screen (MacBook Pro) and the other with water damage ( MacBook Air). The customer service at Mission Repair is awesome I must admit. The techs are so easy to talk to, and they really helped me out a whole lot. I was starting to get really upset the moment I discovered how loose the hinge of my Apple Air had become. This became a huge cause for concern considering the cost of purchasing a new one. I visited the Apple shop to get it fixed, but to my amazement, the quote I was given was outrageous. They also highlighted a few faults my device had. Something just didn’t seem right with my visit to the Apple shop and I needed to get a second opinion, so I looked online and found Mission Repair Centre on google. I visited Mission and after the diagnosis was conducted, I was told the problem was a little bit more severe than I thought. I had been advised that my MacBook will be ready in 2 days, but apparently, I had to wait a few more days because of the complexity of the repair. One thing I must point out that I was communicated with every step of the way. Their quote was much lower compared to that of Apple and they did fix the hinge issue for good. In the end, my device was 100% fixed, and I was offered a $60 discount on the repair. It was a win-win situation for me as I got to keep a part of what I had planned to spend. Great job guys!

I was looking to fix my PS4 and XBOX 360. I called few places in the city but everyone told me that I have to wait two or more weeks to even find out what the problem is. I started looking online and came across Mission Repair Centre. They had a lot of good reviews so I decided to give them a call. The tech I talked to was very helpful. He told me that they will properly diagnose the system and find the problem within three business days and as soon as they find the problem they will give me a call. He also told me that all the work is done in house and that if the parts needed are in stock they can fix the systems within the same day however if the parts need to be ordered then it may take up to a couple of weeks to arrive.I was really impressed by the way he was explaining the entire process to me. He was extremely transparent. After listening to all my options carefully I decided to bring my Xbox and Playstation 4 in to be fixed. I was very surprised when I got a call the next day stating that they found out what was wrong with my consoles. My PS4 needed an HDMI replacement and my XBOX needed a new power supply. They replaced the HDMI of my PS4 the same day and I received the new power supply within 6 days of ordering it. I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Mission Repair. Everything was EXACTLY the way it was explained and quoted to me. The time , the cost - everything was to the point. I am extremely impressed by their work and by the kind Staff at Mission Repair. Keep it up. Before leaving the store the staff asked if I was happy with everything and if I could possible take a moment when I got home to write about my experience. I don’t usually post online reviews but because I had such a great experience I felt inclined to let others know about this great business.

The best Cell Phone repair place in the Winnipeg !! I took my iPhone 6+ to Mission to have it looked at. One day the screen just stopped working. They told me they could take a quick look at it for free to diagnose what might be the problem. The Apple tech took the iPhone in the service room and within minutes came back and asked me if I have had my iPhone repaired somewhere else before. I told him yes at another location in the area I had previously had my screen replaced a few months back. Ten he showed me that few screws and metal cover plate was missing inside and because of that a cable had disconnected from my screen. I felt furious at this other store in St. Vital area where I took my iPhone. I asked this tech how much new screws and a metal plate would cost to replace. He said I don't have to worry about paying anything. He will install these parts for free. Within 20 minutes I had my iPhone in my hand looking and working like a brand new iPhone. I am so extremely happy with the service I have received here. I highly recommend this place.

I was greeted by a guy who thought that i dont understand anything about software and requested 60 dollars just to diagnose my laptop without fixing it which i actually think is so expensive as he kept insisting that the harddisk got busted and i know what the real issue is but dont have the tools to fix it you lost a possible new costumer in less than 1 min inside the store. Edit: sorry for the late reply i actually got a registy fix which turned out to be a software issue as i said but it took me a long time to know the issue so i think the diagnosis part is logical but a bit expensive as i have done it for free and the guy should have explained a bit more why 60 dollars for diagnosis to convince my to pay such an amount so it didnt end up in a misunderstanding between me and him.

Despite my work being interrupted due to my laptop screen going blank all of a sudden, Mission Repair Centre was the perfect solution to my problem. Within a few days, the problem was fixed. I own a $6000 Alienware laptop, and one day the operating system crashed. I am in st. James area, so I took it to two different computer repair places nearby. Both these places came out with the exact resolution that I need to change the motherboard of my Laptop ( one place even said that I might have to replace the RAM after the motherboard replacement). I received the quotes, which were $1700 and $1880, from these tech shops. For instant, I thought I should buy a new Laptop, but I saved my money for four years to buy this Laptop. I wanted to give my Laptop another shot, and then I found Mission. I called and talked to Amit over the phone. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. He said he had to check in my Laptop for diagnostics. I paid for the diagnostics, and I AM SO GLAD that I went to Mission. Amit called me within two days and told me that there was an issue with the motherboard. He explained precisely what it was and said he could fix it and I didn’t have to buy a new motherboard. I was beyond happy when I heard these words from him. He also said that their policy is “ NO REPAIR NO FEE”. If (by any chance) he is unable to repair the motherboard, he won’t charge for all the labour he has spent on fixing the motherboard. I had nothing to lose, so I told him to “go ahead” and guess what guys, he fixed the motherboard! Charged me $189 to fix it. I am so happy. He saved me lots of money, and on top of all this, he gave me a pretty good warranty as well. His customer service and knowledge were second to none. Great service! I am moving back to China and needed a place to recycle my laptop. Mission Repair Technicians not only just recycled my laptop but also cleaned it and deleted the entire data infant of me before recycling it. Mission repair center services are highly recommended for anyone who is interested in getting very swift and affordable services at all times. I discovered my system cooling fan was blowing continuously and really very loud and it was starting to a piss me off. Upon enquiry from different repairers, they kept saying different things and calling giving series of outrageous quotes. Some said $350, others said $450. I called mission repair center and I was asked to bring down my computer. They proved to me how professional and knowledgeable they were about computers. After their diagnosis was conducted that same day, which cost just few bucks, I was told the problem was with a sensor to the fan that cost just about $120. That’s super-affordable! I really don't know why the shop has so high rating. They have really bad customer service and cannot fix the laptop. The technician was really rude and arrogant. I went to fix my laptop, all they did was a full diagnosis then I just need to reinstall windows. I reinstalled windows then a few days later my laptop had the same problem. I went to this shop again to check my computer. The technician just kept blaming me and said it's like you go to see a doctor, doctor says you are healthy, but can you blame him if you get sick again?!! I just went there to fix my computer, not to listen to a speech and I didn't complain about them at first. I just left this store with anger then went to BEST BUY to fix my laptop. I got very nice service and even a free windows installation. I thought I'd pay more, but it turns out this small shop charges not less than Best buy this kind of shop. SO DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!! I believe most of reviews and ratings are just lies! --Well, I cannot reply you in google review, so I just write it here. I don't know much about computer, but I can tell others that you just need to reinstall windows. It's a solution that every one knows. My laptop did work for 4 months then had the same problem. This just means you did not solve the problem at first. I just wanted to fix my laptop since I've already been there before. But all I got is the rude attitude and arrogant speech. That's what I complaint about. AGAIN, don't go to this store!

I recently got an iMac and enjoyed using it as it doubled as my personal and official computer. As a freelancer I work day and night to keep my customers happy, but one night as I was working, the computer suddenly powered off itself and never came back on. I didn’t seem to understand what the problem was so I took it to the nearest apple store, but to my surprise they couldn’t fix the problem. I tried two other stores but the outcome was the same. I became frustrated because I had wasted a lot of time and money. To crown it all, my deliveries were running late and I was losing job offers as a result of this. In my frustration I confided in a colleague, another freelancer, who did a search online and found Mission Repair Center. He suggested I give them a try and without hesitation I took my iMac over. To my amazement, in 3 days they had found the problem. They informed me that the problem with my iMac was as a result of a bad bios chip on the motherboard and immediately ordered a new chip, soldered it, and in no time my computer came back up again. Apart from the fact that Mission Repair saved me thousands of dollars from purchasing a new iMac, they also saved me a lot of offers I was on the verge of losing from my online business. They have proven to be the best Apple computer repair place in the city.

I would not trust this place at all. Took my computer in. They did not warn me about having to wipe the hard drive to fix it. This caused us to lose a very important program that we had from a company that is no longer in business. Worst part is that they made a back up but erased it after the computer left mission. They said it is law that they have to erase the backup once it leaves their place of business. After making many phone calls to government of Canada and the consumer protection agencies, no law can be found. They have caused us to lose very important information. They can not be trusted with computers used to run businesses! More lies in their reply. I did get angry and raise my voice which i regret but no threats of any kind was said. They did not ask what need to be backed up as two of our programs required direct back up from the program.. New hard drives are cheap and could have repaired the computer with a new hard drive preserving the data on the old one. Many of the files they backed up were now corrupted and no longer useable. I t only asked for my backed up data which they erased citting a non exsistant law requiring them to do so once the computer left. I most defiantly did not ask them to buy us new software or recover the old software.. Big whopper of a lie there. Many other very reputable computer repair companies told me that they would not have repaired the computer that way. All I did was drop of the computer stating that it was slow. I was not asked any other questions nor was I explained any risks involved. Other repair companies told me they would have done so.

I brought my computer tower here to get repaired as I was having some really low frame rate in everything I did and my cpu was overheating. They did a diagnostic and were able to fix it for less then i was expecting! It did take about 6 days for them to do the diagnostic, but that was within the time frame they gave when I first went in. And they did seem to have a lot of people bringing stuff to them. When it came to the actual repair, I was able to get my pc back the next day after they let me know the issue! Which was great! I'd recommend Mission Repair as they had great customer service, worked to the timeline they gave and seemed pretty affordable.

EDIT: My laptop finally arrived today after being charged for shipping they didn't deliver on they also didn't finish doing the work that I paid for and introduced a new fault in my laptop I Cannot emphasis how strongly I would avoid going to them for repairs. Photos attached of work order and the clearly not repaired part. While I haven't recieved my laptop back from them yet, the service I was provided and my dealings with them was frustrating at all stages. From being assured issues (specifically around data) that occured wouldn't; to paying for a kind of shipping that they didn't use (opting instead for cheaper, slower, shipping). I felt, and feel, repeatedly mislead. They went significantly over quote for the work, changed their language repeatedly, and overall handled the situation poorly. When my laptop arrives, I hope the quality of their work far exceeds my dealings with them.

Within 2 hours of taking in my broken computer, I am now able to write this review at the comfort of my own home, on my own computer. Amit and Jason were both amazing and did everything they could to accommodate my need to have it fixed ASAP. After several attempts trying to get my laptop at home repaired, as I had no clue of what went wrong, finding Mission Repair Centre was a great relief to me. My laptop dropped one time when I had to attend to my baby girl and it just blacked out. For several months, I couldn’t find a repairer and so just locked it up somewhere in the house until I was referred to Mission Repair Centre. In no time, they ran a diagnostic check and found out the hard drive was corrupted and the crash had left a crack in the screen which I didn’t observe initially. Mission Repair dies indeed offer the best customer service I've ever experienced! I'd been having problems with my laptop and iPhone for months and finally decided to get them looked at. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Takes time to explain everything as well as make sure you understand what they are telling you. Iwas having such a unique problem with my photos on my phone -,they had not seen this problem before- but they did not stop working on it until they found the problem and took so much extra time to make sure my photos would not be lost . Very patient, very kind and supportive. My 5 year old laptop is better than new and faster than ever! I took my Apple MacBook Pro ( 2010) which suddenly develop some problems ( cracked screen, a track pad that barely worked on one side only, and it was getting very very slow.) These guys did an excellent job . I must confess it feels like brand new. The pricing, service and repair time was superb. As a person who relies very heavily on a laptop for school, it was very worrying when the battery stopped working before exams, especially since the battery was not very common and I was desperate to have it replaced as soon as possible for exams. After finding Mission Repair Centre online, I sent them an email and got a prompt response later that day. They were very helpful and showed me exactly what was the problem with the battery. They were able to contact international companies to get a new battery and had it shipped ASAP. After arriving, they installed the new battery as well as cleaned the inside of my laptop and replaced the thermal paste. Overall, they're very helpful, the customer service is excellent, and my laptop is working in perfect condition.

Service was Excellent!!! I accidently spilled the coffee on my Dell P66F laptop. It worked for a bit and then died completely. I went on YouTube and even called Dell and did everything I could to troubleshoot and fix the problem but I couldn’t get it back to life. At that moment I decided to hell with this laptop. I will buy myself a new laptop. All I wanted was the data to be recovered from my dead Dell laptop. My friend told me that I should take my dead laptop to Mission because these guys have fixed couple of his computers in past and he really trusts them. He even said that if someone can recover the data from my dead laptop then only these guys can. I initially wanted to take this laptop to memory express where I have been going for last few years but then I thought let’s see what these guys can do and how their services are. I went to Mission, left my laptop and was waiting for their call. After 3 days I called them back to see when I could pick my laptop and the recovered data up I was surprised when they told that they could fix my dead laptop and make it work again for about $120 and they also fixed my loose charger port that I had broken months before! Amit is extremely friendly and was a tremendous help. Laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up in less than a day. They also emailed me the status of the repair when the repair was done which was very helpful. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND MISSION. This is my new “ go to “ repair place.

My Macbook probstopped working without any warning. I just bought it in july this year. I had no idea what happened to my macbook or what went wrong. I did a bit of a research and found Mission . After speaking with Jason on the phone I was hugely assured of their competency , knowledge and integrity. Since they are on Pembina, it was pretty straight forward and simple getting my MacBook to them. It transpired the fault was as Jason suspected. My Macbook was fixed in three days which was pretty quick and was returned promptly without any fuss at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommed this company.

I thought my laptop's power jack was broken because my laptop was not charging properly. I took it to Best Buy on Pembina to have it checked and repaired but these so called Best Buy "Geeks" told me that I should buy a new laptop from them because my laptop can not be fixed. I asked them if they checked the power jack and they said yes but the problem is coming from the motherboard and that is why I need a new laptop. I just wanted to get a second opinion so I took my laptop home and after doing some research online I decided to give Mission Repair Centre a try. I took my laptop to Mission to have it checked again on May 23/2018. Front desk customer service rep Amit was terrific!!! The staff of mission repair centre was EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and WELCOMING! They called back on the same day and were genuinely honest and said that the laptop is ABSOLUTELY FINE !!! and the power jack did not need repair, it was just loose . They could have told me that the jack or something else needed to be replaced to make money out of my pockets but instead they were very honest, and charged me only for their diagnostics fee. I was very satisfied! These guys are great! I highly recommend their services. My laptop was returned to me on the same day in a cleaned and perfectly working condition! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Mission repair center make provision for free antivirus software for laptops that are brought in for services and their technicians will also install and configure it. I also benefited a lot of discount from them. Their charging rate was cheaper as to compared to other computer or phone device repair centers that I have used – even though it was agreed that I pay hourly for the job that they offer to me. And this in so many ways reduced the amount of money that I paid to get my laptop, gaming console and my phone device back to good shape. Mission repair center technicians have been the very best I have ever used. There are very honest and are experts on the job that they do. They give your device the best time and attention in order to see that your device is back in good shape. Aside from the highly professionals that they have, they can also boost of a standard facility and instrument that they use to give the best solution to your device problems. I was able to know of their abilities because they have done several jobs for me more especially when they repaired my devices mentioned above after it developed some few problems. The damage was very bad but as God may have it; my device was put back in shape. The customer service in the shop was below average. I'm gutted at the way I was treated. Terrible! Terrible! traumatizing experience! I got my iPhone screen replacement done on 12/05/2017 and I was assured of 6 months warranty for product defects . On 12/14/2017 just 9 days after replacement the screen cracked from the speaker. The screen guard is intact without any damage, which clearly indicates that it is a product defect. I went with my receipt and the guy just glanced at the phone and said " I cant do anything about it" and that the warranty does not cover it. I tried to tell him that I did not drop the phone because if I had, it would have been damaged from the sides too and the screen guard would have been damaged too, but he shouted and asked me to leave. Then when I said I will write reviews and complain to BBB, he told me to come back tomorrow to speak with Jennifer, but he said she would say the same thing he said. I asked him to let me speak with the manager but he said he is not in the shop then when I asked him for the manager's number he said he didn't have it, then I asked him how could I contact him, he told me he is out of the country. He left me totally helpless. There were two people who had come for some service during this ordeal but when they saw how I was treated they left. So what does the 6 month warranty cover if it does not cover a product defect like this? This clearly proves that they use inferior products and charge higher. I went there after reading the reviews but didn't take the time then to read the negative ones, and how each one has been replied to. Biggest Regret! Please read the negative reviews too and see how and in what tone they have been replied to. There is no option to reply to your reply on this review so here goes: Its "your word against mine" or rather "your tech's and your word against mine" to the readers of this review. And yes you will try to turn it around and put it on us. That's human nature. As for the language and tone you claim that we used, it is unfortunate that you believed your tech or if you have video recordings that you claimed to have in your personal message to us, you would have heard the truth for yourself. You don't know me personally and so for you to claim that I was aggressive etc etc to assert your side of the story, is but expected. This $100 situation may be a lot for you but it sure is not worth any more of our time. Based on the nature and content of the personal message you sent us, we will not be dealing with you, as we don't want to uselessly bring harm to ourselves in order to save a few dollars. And there will be a lot more people like us who will just walk away after some time and you will get the monetary gain. As the universal rule goes, it is always better to get the Original instead of trying to save a few dollars. Big Lesson!! I will never be making this mistake ever again. As yes! what goes around does comes around, and it comes around in a much bigger way. So we should all watch out for it. My first gaming console was a PS3. Fell in love with the device and used it every day for several hours, downloaded several games and even had personal photos etc. stored on it. Imagine my shock when I came home only to have an unresponsive console. After googling and panicking for several hours I came across this site. Hopped in my car and went straight there the next day after 3 hours of what I considered critical surgery, the tech brought out my baby. And I was really happy to see it. We tested it there and the tech even helped me to backup all my personal data. After I was satisfied, I packed up and leave. Reached home and started panicking again because it wouldn’t come on. Called the guy back and he told me what to do (I had to reset the display). This is a great repair shop, I know they’ve helped me and I am sure they can fix your issue too.

After the initial diagnosis, they were able to tell me & explain throughly what was the issue & how it could be fixed! At all points of the process I felt appreciated & informed on what exactly was happening! Once the necessary part came in (which was delivered earlier on than anticipated), they were able to get my trackpad up & working that same day! They saved me from having to purchase a new MacBook Pro in a few months & I could not thank them enough! Amit was so courteous & was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Interestingly, I'm writing this 5-star review on my newly booted MacBook Pro 2012, and I have to say it runs great so far! My device needed an upgrade. Its problems were a handful. It was overheating, slow, and needed a new battery. The functions were failing, the battery was dying out too quickly, and I felt it needed an upgrade. I visited and showed the Mission techs the computer and they conducted a diagnosis and notified me about the need for a cleanup service, thermal paste installation and overall replacement of the battery. Since I have a good knowledge of all the parts that was needed to get my MacBook back to life, I bought all the parts from outside sources. The Mission tech quoted me $89.99 for the installation and Service Fee. I prefer to buy the MacBook parts myself despite knowing they can be arranged at Mission Repair Centre. Took about 2 -3 days for complete repair and upgrade. My MacBook processor now works with high speed, and my battery lasts longer. The functions now work perfectly like when I just got my MacBook. Mission Repair techs were very helpful, and I gladly recommend their service to anyone in need of help with their Apple devices.

Their communication was precise, I was getting consistent updates on repair status and item was fixed on time and works like a charm. I was in a situation where I needed my macbook's battery fixed in 4 days as I was travelling abroad. Mission repair understood my situation and they delivered a day before I left. At first I was hesitant to have to travel to your location only to be disappointed, or even to do a mail in repair (I know there’s many scammers out there). My Mac started having major problems shortly after upgrading to Mojave O/S. Problems included Mail settings, Mouse actions and, most serious, that Time Machine quit working, thereby preventing automatic backups. I had spent well over 5 hrs on telephone chat helps, without success, and finally started looking for a competent shop that understood that Macs were different from PC's. Previous experience taught me to be sceptical of so called, "expert" computer repairers. Mission Repair claimed to be certified in Mac repairs and I decided to try them. I was fully satisfied with the result. Jason identified the problem(s), and had my Mac running again as it should. I am convinced that Jason knows his stuff with MACS, and I would recommend him. Great staff! Super helpful. They got my phone up and running again within the day even with all the extra work they had to do, and the customer service was amazing. Only downside is its pretty expensive. EDIT: Staff was still great however, when fixing my phone they didn't put the screen back on properly so "it would be easier to fix again". Because of this the app drawer was opening and closing by itself and I had to take it back in to be fixed on the Saturday after. They will give you a time estimate of 40-60 minutes but take twice as long or longer. After getting the screen back on properly and having it back for a week I've noticed that now sometimes when pressing the home button it opens the app drawer which it never used to do. All in all, I only went there because they were the closest and it was an emergency. But I probably wouldn't recommend it.

I was lucky enough to meet Amit a good several years ago, he had done some repairs for me and had installed some drivers and programs at another time as well all without any problems. Like many (other) people, I have done some basic repairs on my own, and I have also tried some other computer "techs" always to have problems. To be honest in some scenarios I think I knew more than some of them! Amit and his staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They perform the repairs in house, this is where the other computer guys bring their customers devices for repairs! The tech who worked on my computer was named Harman, and I must say that he was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was given a quote which they stuck to (actually it was cheaper than I was quoted). I don't understand where some of these negative comments or reviews are coming from, maybe competitors or perhaps people looking for a freebie. Whatever the reason, remember, they aren't called Mission Repair Centre because of a catchy name; their Mission” is to “repair” computer and computer-related products with honesty and integrity. Very pleased with their work.

My fiancé got me an iPhone 6s last week as a gift for my 22nd birthday, and while at my friend’s bridal shower, the phone fell and the screen got smashed. I was so pissed with myself throughout the ceremony. How could this have happened to me in just a week of being gifted? What do I tell him? These and many more questions kept running through my mind, and while still in the moody state, another friend walked up to me and referred me to Mission Repair Centre. I was more than excited, but had to wait till the next day to visit. When I got to Mission Repairs Centre, I was assured it would be fixed and professionally too. What amazed me most was the speed at which the repair was done. Within 15 minutes, my iPhone 6s screen was replaced. This is the fastest turnaround time I ever experienced. Interestingly, the screen replacement also came with a lifetime pixel warranty, but no accidental/damage warranty. They are indeed professionals and very transparent in all of their dealings. This morning my elderly mother (91 years old with extreme hearing loss) was sent from Telus (Pembina Hwy) to Mission Repair Centre. She needed wi-fi access to download her IOS onto her phone. She also needed assistance with some settings. The gentleman at Mission Repair Centre was awesome. He was extremely patient with repeating himself due to my mom’s hearing disability to both find out what she was asking and help her with it. He donated extensive time to help her. I am extremely disappointed with the Telus employee who did not take the time to communicate with her as I believe they should have assisted her originally. I went to Mission to repair a scratched cell phone camera. I waited almost a month for the new parts to come in. This is a considerable amount of time because I use my camera for work. I was not told by the staff to expect this amount of wait time until we were nearing the 4 week mark. I finally got the camera repaired and about a week later the glass had broken. I went back to Mission and they explained that their warranty doesn't cover that. I was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I left pretty upset and the manager called me back to say he had thought of something they could do. I called back twice but never heard from him again. I went ahead and bought a new phone. I will give this place one star because the people seemed nice but I will not be returning. I'm glad other people have had better experiences.

April 12, 2021 Had to take my computer to Mission Repair as there was a trouble with downloading the current OS system. They re-installed the system and recovered my data. Within a week I had another issue and I caused a bigger issue trying to fix the problem Mission Repair fixed the issue again for a very reasonable price. Amit explained the issue thoroughly and explained how I could prevent such issues from occurring again in the future. I find Amit and other technicians at Mission Repair to be very professional, helpful and patient. I value the thorough explanations regarding how the problem occurred and how to prevent future issues. Amit told me if there were any issues, concerns or questions about any issues with the computer to contact him and he would gladly help. Thank you Amit and Mission Repair. 2 years ago I bought a MacBook Pro 3 years ago which has never worked properly. It crashed 8 months ago when I was in the Dominican. I had it "fixed" while I was there and it still had issues including being very slow to open apps or even to start up. I took it to Mission Repair and was very impressed by their knowledge, ability to help me understand the issues and honesty. I found their prices very reasonable. My computer now starts up quickly and opens apps almost spontaneously. I'm no longer frustrated with the Mac. I have confidence the Mac is now working at a 100% capability. Six months back I got a new Ipad for my teenage kid but recently during one of the camping he went out with a group of teenagers, he slipped and fell and the IPad scream got damaged. He didn’t know how he was going to tell me so I don’t get upset with him. So he stuck it up somewhere in his cupboard under a pile of clothes until I found it one Saturday while cleaning up his room. Initially, I was upset and I scolded him for not letting me in on it. For a while, I was worried about how to get a quality professional repairer to help fix his IPad until a friend visited, and while talking about it, she informed me of Mission Repair centre. She told me that was where she got her MacBook with a damaged screen fixed in quick turnaround time and at a very affordable rate. So I contacted them and their response was prompt and friendly. Mission Repair center staff portrayed high level of professionalism every step of the way. Their customer service is second to none. If you ask me to describe my experience with them in just one word, I will say; Extraordinary. They have given me a reason to trust.

Mission Repair Centre is incredible! I brought my macbook air to the Apple store in polo park as it wouldn't turn on, and wouldn't show a connection when placed on the power charger. Apple contacted me within 30 minutes of me dropping it off and said it was my mother board/logic board. Apple said they need to replace the whole thing and quoted me at $706.25 with taxes to do it!! I was absolutely floored and said a big NO to that and went on my way to Mission. They immediately asked how long Apple took to do a diagnostic on my computer, when I mentioned under 45 minutes they laughed, they said they would be very surprised if it was indeed the motherboard that needed to be replaced. After a few days they contacted me with fantastic news - It was only a couple fuses that blew around my power connection that needed to be re-saudered. I payed $119.00 vs $706.25. The difference? Mission took TIME to ACTUALLY look at my computer and figure out what the problem was, they kept me filled in with what was going on, and couldn't wait to call me with the good news. Mission takes amazing care of their clients, and are skilled in computers. I am so disappointed with Apple - if I didn't investigate a second opinion, I would have been out $600 bucks. THANK YOU MISSION! I will forever recommend your business to anyone needing repairs, you know your stuff!

I made a grave mistake giving my iPhone to my 6-year old son to play his favorite game. This minute he was having a great time, but the next, he had my iPhone with its screen shattered in his hands. My cousin and I have had two OUTSTANDING experiences here, before today, and I should have written a 5 star review each time. My bad. We have had C's computer repaired twice and just now (like right right now) I have returned home with my 2012 Macbook Pro after having it "in the shop" for over a week. The logic board had failed on my MacBook 2 times prior, over the course of several years, and when it started showing the revealing signs of another logic board fail, and Apple told me my machine was considered "obsolete", I brought it in to Mission Repair Centre.Amit checked me in, immediately recognized my Macbook Pro's issues, and reassured me that they could definitely make things right again for me. AND THEY DID! I knooooow there are Macbook Pro and MacBook Air users out there who've had (or will have!) the same issues I was having, and will probably feel like their only option is to buy a new machine. DO NOT FEAR, friends! These guys will take care of you. In addition to marking my original concerns, they also installed a solid state hard drive to improve the performance and speed of my MacBook, which I am SO SUPER grateful for because my computer feels brand new again. I CANNOT recommend these fine folks more highly. Seriously.

Due to how careless I can be when handling my iPhone 7 sometimes, I have fallen victim of damaged screen most often than not. Each tim e I had reason to fix my screen at some of the reputable repair sho ps, I experience a total breakdown of communication for hours due t o the delays resulting from the repair. Some other times, I am bein g requested to leave it for repair and pick it up the next day. Thi s was not the case when I found mission repair centre. The last tim e I got my iPhone 7 screen damaged I was preparing for a trip to Mo ntreal and couldn’t afford to miss my flight which was scheduled to take off in about 3 hours. In my state of worry, I searched online for the nearest repair shop and voila! I found mission repair. I r ushed there and frankly, that was the fastest cell phone screen rep air I had ever seen. In about 15 – 20 minutes my phone was returned to me with a brand new screen. Surprisingly, I even paid far less than usual. They were extremely professional at their job and their how they deal with customers. Also I must not fail to recall that they showcase great customer service and treated all their customer s with great regards. Terrific!

I have had a lot of trouble with my PC. I use it for Flight Simulation and as a result need Hardware of better quality due to required rendering in order for it to run smooth. After a few Months of using my PC it started to freeze up while running the Simulation (It was a self-built PC). After a few back and forths, and a lot of trouble-shooting, Amit and his Crew put together a really nice, high-end Machine for me. It is running very smooth with crazy frame-rates. It does not freeze anymore while under load. Things that were replaced are the Motherboard and the GPU, plus they added some other things. I am really happy with their quality of work, their patience and their friendliness. I have dealt with Amit quite frequently in the past few months and all I can say is: very friendly service, knowledgable and takes time to listen to your PC problems and explain possible causes, etc. Absolutely a no-brainer recommending this Repair Shop to anyone. If you have problems with your PC or Laptop or Cellphone, I would advise you to not waste any time looking for another Repair Shop. I am happy to have have found this Shop; the good reviews is what I really liked, too! So I am leaving a positive review because this Company more than deserves it. I would give it 10 Stars if I could!!

I brought in to have my phone repaired after I had just finished buying a new one. The screen was shattered completely. If they would have completed an effective job, they would have noticed from impact it bent the frame. In which they failed to tell me anything. The back of the phone won't close properly because the frame is bent. So I took it the last 2 days to have them fix this issue again and they still couldn't find out that it won't glue back together because the frame is bent. I took it to a different repair shop to have him assess it and he was able to tell me within 2 seconds that it was bent. Now going backwards when I told the guy to pull up notes on the phone when they repaired it, he couldn't nor would he show me. He told me that the few months that it was sitting in my drawer as i had bought a new phone it all of a sudden bent. Hmm the impact of the phone when I had dropped it didn't bend. So they lied about the repairs and the damage. And I can't use it anymore. I will be suing.

I recently my purchased an android box from here. IThe staff was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me teaching me about my new device and how to get the most out of kodi. The kodi box is working super great and I am enjoying watching all my favorite shows and movies on it free. I originally went in to pick up a ups parcel as they are a ups access point and left with this great little smart box. I am really happy I went in there that day and will definitely be returning now that I know they are there. All around great friendly staff and great experience! Also if you dont have a kodi/android box yet you should definitely go in and see what thy are all about. Great buy, I will be getting a few more as Christmas gifts!

Not only did I get the expected service, I also got a brand new HDMI cable for free, courtesy of Mission Repair Centre. Isn’t that amazing? I had my PS4 Slim HDMI replacement done on same day I took it to Mission Repair. It was the fastest service ever received. Tell you what, every other repair shop I visited was very quick to give a time frame of 2 days to 2 weeks. Perhaps it was most convenient for them, but as far as I was concerned, it was such a long time and I was not willing to wait that long. To cut long story short, Mission Repair Tech did it in only a few hours. Also smiled out with a new HDMI cable for free. Best gift ever! Great customer service, Fast turnaround time, Professional service delivery, and Staff competence is their secret of Excellence I believe. I gave up on trying to retrieve important files from my old hard drive after I discovered it was corrupted. I never knew if I took it to the right repair shop, I stood a chance of getting my files back. This was the case until I took my HDD to Mission Repair Centre after finding them on google, during one of my random online searches. To my surprise, they recovered all my pictures and videos within a day. In my head, I thought I would be asked to pay a fortune, but I was dazed when I was asked to pay a fraction of the cost I imagined I would be requested to pay. Mission saved the day!

These guys saved my life. My ASUS crashed on me, with pretty much my personal life on it (papers, admin docs, videos, memories, etc). Not only did they have to deal with a complex ASUS, they pinpointed the problem, ordered the right pieces, and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Mission Repair Centre. I’ve never had a more pleasant conversation with computer techs before. Now, granted my computer was just fine seemingly; however they checked out a few things and BAM it worked. But, that's not all. They didn't charge me for any of it because there wasn't anything wrong with the computer and explained the most possible situation there . For me, taking time and explaining to a customer is number one. It helps them to know what possible issues there could be as well as giving. A personal touch to each interaction. Thanks guys. Awesome, honest customer service. Very straight forward about what the options were and walked me through everything. I am amazed at the positive reviews for this place. I tried to explain what was wrong with my pc and they proceeded to tell me a bunch of stuff that was totally wrong - for instance you cannot have two operating systems on a pc. I have two hard drives. I told them they weren't inspiring confidence in me and the guy got annoyed and hung up. Would be nice if they didn't assume they were talking to complete idiots. Response to owner comment: The tech implied I had a boot leg copy of windows - sorry implications of that nature annoy me. I went to verify my pc case had a serial number on my case and came back to the phone to slightly hear him saying something and then hanging up. I have no idea what he said but he was carrying on a one way conversation for the most. And no I have no desire to bring my pc there - I know what happened - he definitely told me you can't have two operating systems on a PC because they will conflict with each other - sure after I argued with him and demonstrated some knowledge he back tracked on that statement but even to make it was silly - good luck with that tech.

One of the 10 Disk drives of my home theatre dvd player wasn’t working and the disk drive lens assembly was also bad . I got my player back in a working condition within 3 days of dropping it off at Mission. It took them a little bit over 24 hours to arrange the parts needed to fix my DVD player. Loved the professionalism and friendly nature of the techs there. I highly recommend Mission for all your electronics repair needs.

I returned from work after a very hectic day and after taking a shower I resumed at my laptop to complete my take home task only to realize I could see the lights on my laptop were turning on, but my screen was dead. This came as a surprised because I had used it earlier that day before leaving for work. I was stunned for a minute and kept trying out measures to get it powered on. I took out the battery and inserted it again, but the result was the same. This was really strange. I took my phone and searched online for the closest repair shop and then I found two highly rated repair shops including mission repair centre. Before heading to work, I visited the first shop and for some reason proceeded to Mission just to be on the safe side. Upon consultation with mission staff, I was charged a diagnostics fee of only $60. Quite frankly, this was money well spent. The tech found out that there was a small connection that needed to be re-soldered. He did that for free!!! Charged under the diagnostics price! I remember being told in the first shop I stopped by to replace the motherboard and they gave me a quotation of almost $400-$500 (which was almost the price of a new laptop), but mission saved the life of my laptop. So with only $60 bucks I saved my laptop. This is the cheapest fix I have ever done on my laptop, isn’t this amazing! I am grateful.

After reading their reviews I decided to visit them. I was under the impression that they will keep my phone for a day or two but i got my phone back in less than half an hour. The blinking white light indicator on my son's PS4 console pulses continuously before it powers off. As a result, he couldn't get to enjoy the games anymore and this got him really worried. A neighbor's son also experienced this with his console and so referred us to Mission Repair Centre where he got his fixed. As soon as I contacted Amit, we were invited over. Amit ran a check and discovered what the problem was. Honestly, Amit is a very reliable repairer who is committed to excellence. He gave us a pickup date and didn't fail. I had a crazy experience sometime last month. Two of the files I was working on for a client suddenly disappeared. At first, I thought it was due to my carelessness, but this repeated itself with a third file. At that point, I knew my computer had gone haywire. I complained to my brother and he was of the opinion that someone else was sharing my computer without my permission. This scared me because I had very vital information regarding clients’ work. After a few days, my brother, on my behalf, did an online search for help and found Mission repair centre. He immediately requested I visit. Upon my visit, they did a diagnostic as usual and discovered my computer was hacked. I was right all along. Without wasting time, Mission blocked every privacy loophole without any file being lost, and installed securities for FREE! I couldn’t ask for more; they were spot on.

We are writing this review to thank Amit and Jason for the excellent service we experienced. We had an unfortunate incident where a drink was spilt on our Macbook Pro. Our first thought was to take it to where we bought it, we were given an estimate to repair which was the same price as replacing it. We then took it to Amit who explained thoroughly the different steps and costs that may be necessary to repair it if it was even possible. With years and years of pictures and videos on the Mac we were uncertain if we would ever see them again. Within less than 24 hours the laptop was fixed, and for only a few hundred dollars. I was one of Mission's first customers! I brought several laptops to be fixed and/or backed up onto portable hard drives and I asked for them to retrieve information off my laptops that other repair services said could not be retrieved. Well Mission Repair Centre proved the others wrong. They are a really great team to work with and I will be very happy to return with more work for them in the near future. Next they are going to digitize my old 8mm family videos! Yay!

I do not live in Winnipeg and had to get the HDD replaced on an older iMac, which is no simple task. I contacted Mission Repair, explained what I needed, and they were able to install a SDD and upgrade the RAM all in an afternoon. They knew I was driving in from out of town and made the effort to get the job complete within a small time frame. The service was excellent and prices were fair. Highly recommend.

BE AWARE! I went to this place because it has a higher review wanting to get an estimate on how much it is to get a battery replacement, the technian took 5 minutes to examine it, and told me the price is higher cause it's alienware and the battery is hard to took out, I want to take some time to decide so I took it home, and when I took it out at home there it is, 3 scratches on the top of my laptop, and that's probably why the guy hand it back to me with the laptop facing down. Call them on the phone they won't admit it and suggested that it is scratched in my backpack, because you know, the fabric in a backpack can scratch a laptop so hard, and they hung up on me.Yep, there it goes, I end up with 3 scratches on my Alienware I took great care of for 2 years. I am outraged. Seriously, if they didn't scratch my laptop, then probably the aliens did. If you value your stuff, don't go there, if you wanna go there, be sure to record everything when you stepped into the store, cause they won't admit anything if they scratched your device. Respond to the Store Owner's Reply: Ok first thanks for your respond, I did wipe the lid and keyboard before I went to the store and I’m 100% sure when I hand it to you at the store there is no such marks on it, the problem is you hand it back to me with the laptop facing DOWN, anyone with experience would have know don’t put a $2000 laptop lids down against the table just in case there are something small on the table that might damage the surface, but you put it facing down the entire time talking to me, that is definitely not “take a great deal of care”. Seems to me you are covering for something. When I called you on the phone, I ask that you speak to the technician to see if he knows anything, you immediately said we have nothing to do with this, without even asking. I’m sorry but your behaviour and response does not convince me. END Respond to the Store Owner's Second Reply: Check your surveillance camera in the front desk and tell me again that you did not put the laptop upside down on the table. If you can send me the record that confirmed what you are saying, I'll be more than happy to change the review.

Brought in my son's xbox 360, with a "red ring of death". The gentleman who checked me in seemed professional, noted the time the item was taken and explained it likely be one of three issues and that turnaround would probably be about 24 hours. Three days later, it was explained to me that it was a failure on the motherboard. Which was what he said it could be, however there was not time of service noted. It was never mentioned that any other systems were in the cue ahead of mine, and no repair time was recorded. So three days wasted and a $64 diagnostic fee for a system that would likely take another two weeks and $200 to repair. Avoid this store, seek out any other option. If I could give this zero stars I would. They're diagnostic fee is more that a physician makes in a hour, how is this justified when they claimed at drop off it would be one of three things.

They charge you 67.00 when you bring your computer in. You have to tell them what is wrong. They tell you it will take 5 days and it should be ready. After 5 days you call them and they haven't even looked at it. Then they say we will call you in 1 hour, they call back and say, something totally different then what you brought it in for, and give you a price of over 200.00 to reinstall your program that you have in your computer. I would not recommend these guys. When you talk on the phone can't understand them. So find a different shop that knows what they are doing.
