I always have the most pleasant and professional experience at the store both with Elena and Ian. Elena is ready to answer any complicated question you might have. And Ian was amazingly helpful last time I visited the store. I thought I would have to go all the way to Manchester to fix my old iPad that all of a sudden stopped working. That would have been a long ride to fix one issue. On my way there I decided to try my luck at Lakes Region Computer store first. Ian was super helpful and after 30-40 minutes to my great surprise he fixed all the issues I had. He invested his time even after working hours to get my problem resolved. Years later I switched to a Windows-based PC, because I was told most serious business applications were built for the Windows OS. Eventually I trashed my Windows-based PC and returned to Apple. I haven't looked back and Lakes Region Computer has been with me every step of the way in equipment sales and service. I am a Mac user exclusively, including iPhone and iPad. In my view, Elena and others on the sales floor are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful people one could hope to find - no better, perhaps, than the staff of Apple Stores, but every bit as good. And, and LRC is local. Plus, the LRC tech team has solved every problem I've ever encountered, which, by the way, haven't been many. I support local business whose owners and employees value my patronage and deliver the timely results I require. I am happy that Lakes Region Computer makes it easy for me to give it high marks on any consumer satisfaction scale.

I just want to give some recognition to Ian Davis. Last weekend he helped me upgrade my iPhone SE to the newer edition and, as always, he was very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was in the store by himself and found that he had more than a few customers at once. I called Lakes Region Computer (LRC) after struggling with molasses slow and often nonexistent wi-fi for three years (this while trying to run business in home that was totally dependent on wireless, right down to the constantly-dropped and failed conference Skypes). Dan returned my call within 48 hours, asked me a few questions and knew immediately what to bring with him on the service call. Two days later he arrived with everything he needed, and less than three hours after that, we had a complete and flawlessly functioning wireless mesh system delivering the fastest internet speeds we'd ever seen, in every room of the house including the basement, AND all the way out to the garage and the back yard. Dan stayed until he checked that everything was working and installed on every device the way it should be, completed numerous speed tests, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and provided all this in a single service call and at a price that was fair and honest. This marks the third time I've turned to LRC: I officially will not go anywhere else. Amazing, courteous, reliable, professional, prompt... the way business should be done. Thank you Dan, and thank you LRC, for getting us up and running again! Highly recommended.

We're fortunate to have an Authorized Apple Repair Service in the Lakes Region. These folks do quality work and go out of their way to assist. I recently had to bring my MacBook Pro in for a battery recall. Although they had to order the replacement battery, the computer was back in my hands in 36 hours. There's no need to drive all the way to Manchester, when you have Apple experts right here in the Lakes Region. I called a Verizon person, not a professional, to ask for help with uploading all of my wife's data into her new phone. He asked where I got the phone I responded that I got it from the insurance coverage I had on my Verizon phone. He summarily dismissed me and had an unprofessional attitude and tone, immediately hung up the phone. Makes me want to go to a different provider. PS. I could not post this review unless I rated it with at least one star. The experience was not worth a star but a minus star.

I purchased my new I phone from her this year and she was so very helpful in helping me chose data storage and plan and with the smooth transfer of all to the new phone. Yes it spilled on the old MacBook Pro and we worked with Elena and with the Tech to figure out what to do. We bought 2 new Macbook laptops and throughout the process, Elena was there for us. I have found all of the IT people at Lakes Region Computer to be top notch - I know absolutely nothing about computers and have called multiple times for help with the computers that we recently purchased from them., not because there is anything wrong with the computers but because I KNOW NOTHING about computers :))))) Isaac, Tom and Dan are definitely earning their keep with this sale!!!! They are all kind and understanding and actually answer all of my questions with patience and good humor. They have been a pleasure to deal with and have made the transition from a nine year old computer as painless as possible. - Do not hesitate to work with them! We are a customer for life!!

I don’t live in the area I just happened to be down there and saw the Verizon store and decided to go in to see about a problem I was having with my phone that started almost a week ago. I have been without my phone since Monday. I explained the problem that I was having to Elena, and they were lots of loops and hoops to jump through but she never gave up and she fixed a problem that I was told could take up to 5 to 7 days before I would get my phone back. She went above and beyond for my son and myself and I can’t thank her enough. Like I said we don’t live in the area we live about an hour north but I would definitely come back here if and when I ever have problems again or I will reach out to her to see if she can help me if I have to come in I will make that trip. This place is awesome! A couple of years ago, they had repaired my iPhone in record time, replacing a screen that was no longer responsive to touch. This time, they replaced the keyboard in my MacBook Air laptop; these particular keyboards are known to be faulty and I had already had to have it replaced once before, at the Apple Store. Last time, the Apple Store had my computer for almost a week which is a real problem if you rely so heavily on your computer as I do. Lakes Region Computer in contrast replaced the keyboard in.....two hours!!!! Amazing! They managed to get the necessary parts within two days after I first contacted them. They provide great service, seem extremely well organized, and have really nice and knowledgeable employees. I'll bypass the Apple Store and come here from now on.

This is not your ordinary Verizon or computer store. Went there recently with a Google Pixel that had a fried operating system. Nothing I did worked........I was without a phone. I brought it in to LRC, and Elena new just what to do. She wiped the phone clean, restored all of my data, and I walked out happy as a clam. All done in the most pleasant and upbeat environment. I will not take my phone or computer anywhere else.
