Dropped off my PlayStation 4 to them because it would not start up properly. I payed an initial price of $48 for them to diagnose the issue. Within a week I had it back and it has been working great. No additional cost than the diagnostic charge.

No follow or updates after secondary number was provided to be updated. Screen works however left side is popped out. Waited a week when it was completed in 3 days. They attempted to call the number of the actual cell phone after I advised and provided a secondary. Staff is polite and courteous. Seems more of a one off perhaps?
