Between my husband and I, and our awful luck with computers, we are probably in here every six months. Fried hard drives, unseated ram, broken wireless cards, we've seen it all, and they've fixed it all. They're always kind and honest and will occasionally wave our money away, probably because they know we'll be there again in a couple months anyway. I feel like I should be sending them holiday cards. A great place for the neighbourhood and I recommend anyone who has computer issues to them.

I had a computer laptop here that was slow and I ended up buying a new one but after giving the old computer to them it works better than the new one now. Don't know what they did but it worked! I also took another friend whose computer screen was broken and she was very satisfied.

Dropped my laptop off for repair two weeks ago and was told they would give me a quote in a couple of days. They never called me so I called them to see what was going on after one week and left a message. They never called me back. I have been calling for last two days to see if I can get my laptop back or get a quote but their mailbox is full and no one picks up the phone. Not sure if this is a legit company or if my laptop just got stolen...

These guys are the best! A few weeks ago, I stopped in to ask about purchasing a rebuilt laptop to replace my older Dell that wasn't working too great (spilled some liquid on the keyboard). They set me up with an excellent refurbished HP ProBook (and cloned my files, etc.) that is working like a charm. Cost was $300 all in...can't be beat!

The best store in the city for used computers. I bought 2 computers from them at different times and they always had the best deals. These guys will never charge you more than it's worth, unlike some College&Spadina outlets that sell exactly the same refurb. systems for double or triple the price. Look at their prices, Computation basically "gives away" computers. Highly recommended if you want a used computer at a great price. Thank you Computation!

My laptop stopped working, and within the day they told me what hey thought was wrong as well as gave me an estimate for what the cost of repair would me. Diagnosing was free, even though I was sending my computer to ththe manufacturer to be repaired. Great service!

Been here twice now for different devices. They took them immediately, had a look at them and recognized both were pretty much past the point of no return(my fault entirely). They gave me an honest recommendation to not proceed with further work and didn’t charge me a cent either time. Needed two commercial printers set up at home. Called Computation on Monday evening, by Tuesday I had an appointment for the same day. They were in and out in less than an hour. Everything works great. They charge a flat rate for 1.5 hrs. Rates are reasonable. Excellent professional service!

Came in for the first time and asked for a simple coaxial cable and he looked confused, specified the size I needed and he still did not really look like he knew what I needed/ wanted to serve me. Eventually the man who I am assuming owned the shop went downstairs for roughly ten minutes. When he came back, he had a hastily bundled coil of cable approximately 15' shorter than what I needed. He tossed it on the table, and when I asked how much it was, he shrugged, told me two bucks, and then leaned against a desk waiting for my response. I thanked the man for his dismal performance, and left. I went down the road to the Source, and got what I needed. While the whole ordeal wasn't unbearable, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. Take your chances elsewhere, or buy online if you can.

My mac was not booting up and had the VDH002 error. I coul not install the Mac OS software. Problem was with SSD cable. They fix it in a day. Cost was fair too! Very happy with the service.

Nice place to buy good used computers, I have gone back to buy more computers as needed and they all work good. Once I had a problem so I returned the computer (within warranty) and they replaced it with no hassle! They always sell me exactly what I need to get the job done and go above and beyond to make sure they have satisfied customers. Good work guys! Also I was able to bring in my old scrap computers for re-cycling to sum it all up... The staff were not so very helpful at all. I ordered a macbook pro and it should be delivered on the 15th of april but since then no update. The package did't move. I undersand that they already shipped it and its not in their hands anymore but when you call them if they could even just call post canada on their part they will just tell you ts not on their part anymore. What I'm asking is a little help on their end. Worst experience.... I don't recommend buying this seller on ebay or whatever platform they are selling....

I was honestly prepared to buy a new lap top but the quality of work was excellent and i feel i have a better screen than i had before again for you doubters i am not a bot

got a free consultation and they said nothing was wrong, as soon as I got home my power supply shorted and my pc doesn’t turn on anymore. I assume they messed up with putting the pieces of the pc back into place or tampered with it.

Very reasonable rates. 6 months ago I bought a refurbished laptop from them at a fraction of what it costs new. They installed my software and for less than $300 I was all set up. Went in today to get a used PC. The guy working there (had glasses, didn't get his name) was very helpful. Was able to find a computer without an operating system already which was great since I was looking to install Linux. Got a PC with entry-midrange specs, along w keyboard mouse and monitor all for under $200! The guy forgot the power cable for the monitor but no big deal had one laying around. Overall, great experience, definitely worth it

I have been to Computation a few times over the last few years. The latest visit was to have them try to retrieve the data on an external hard drive that by all accounts was empty. They got everything back. Each time I have been there they were friendly, gave good advice, and did exactly what they said they would do. This last time, not only did they get my data back, but then they charged me so little that I gave them a big tip. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants some good old fashioned "get what you paid for" service.

The place looks a bit creepy. It's not a fancy repair shop where where you can sit on a couch and get a glass of water. But the staff is super professional and friendly. The prices are more than reasonable. I would say this is the best repair not just in the area, but probably, in the entire city, comparing prices and quality.

I found out about this place a few months back. They have been really helpful and have great deals on refurbished products. I've been in about 4 times so far and had a good experience. Even when i bought a monitor that I didn't like they allowed me to exchange to take another without any problems. They have good deals on refurbished laptops, monitors desktops and other items. John was great, in less than two hours on a Sunday when I dropped it off they we able to run a diagnostic and identify that it was a slowly failing Hdrive. I had taken it to another place which did not find the core issue which had cost me a lot of time and money doing software updates. Thanks for the great service.
