Unprofessional. Unreliable. Performed a service call for our company but showed up onsite without a mouse and keyboard to service a stand alone digital signage system. After calling our office and realising he didn't have the most basic of IT service tools - he took a fit, blamed us for not explicitly telling him he needed them, and then refused to perform the service call, even when offered an extra hour billable to make up for the "inconvenience". He even refused to borrow a keyboard from the site telling us it would be unprofessional to borrow one. It seemed a touch more unprofessional to show up without one in the first place. We deal with dozens of techs every year and this is the first time in 5 years we have come across anyone so thoroughly unprofessional. Please Avoid.

This is the second time I have had Tim Collings of Colltech Computers work on my machines and, should I need computer support in the future, I will make it a third time, as well. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He is very familiar with both desktop and laptop systems and has the 'right' tools and parts to fix my computer issues. The first job was to rescue the data from a desktop corrupted SSB drive, which he did brilliantly. The most recent work was replacing an 18" laptop screen that had cracked across its entire surface. I was fortunate to be able to acquire the correct part from overseas and Tim disassembled the laptop, removed the damaged part, replaced the unit, and tested the system all within an hour! His price was also fantastic. I expected a much larger bill, but the invoice was more than reasonable. Thank You, Tim!

Asked a few questions and he gave me super great quotes. Bought right away and he left them out for me and had a chat at a distance.
