This Place is GREAT!! When I called, I was put on the line very quickly, and the woman who I talked to was very kind and helpful. When I set up an appointment, I was expecting to drop my PC off for the whole day, however when I arrived, they helped me right away and I was out in about 20 minutes! Being as we are located in Pittsburgh and have dental offices all over the country, we require local technicians to work with us and fix any issues that arise. He took my desktop to the shop for overnight repair. It was fixed the next day as promised and I picked it up. Adam even carried it to the car for me. The final cost was less than the estimate. Their location is convenient, clean, and comfortable. I ohope my computer doesn’t need any repairs in the future, but if it does, Clark’s will be who I call.

I have not been able to retrieve any of the past excel files. 2. I had to buy the latest version of Quicken in order for that program to run. 3. None of the pictures I had saved from a trip to New Zealand have been found. 4. The excel files are the most critical at this point. I had expressed my concern about all of the above before the reinstall took place but still not successful. I like working with you all but this has been a very frustrating journey. I am pretty much computer illiterate. On my first visit to Clark Computer, inc. two technicians spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix my broken I-pad. Once they decided it was beyond repair they suggested I purchase a new one, and did not charge me for their time. When I purchased a new I-pad I returned to Clark Computer, Inc. to have all the information on the broken I-pad transferred to the new one. Michelle worked to accomplish that task over a period of several days. When all the information was transferred, Michelle spent at least an hour answering my questions and explaining options. She was exceptionally patient and helpful. Every employee, including the owner, that assisted me at Clark Computer, Inc. made a broken I-pad (and the fear of lost information) seem like a pleasant experience. Not only was I able to drop it off and get out quickly, but I was even offered a very fair and flexible plan for repair and payment.
