Horrible experience! Brought my Blackberry Keyone because it's screen was starting to unglue and wanted a professional repair...only to get a call back 2 hours later telling me that my screen wouldn't turn on... No wonder when you rip the ribbon by an inexperienced tech. Never again. Bring your phone for a 20$ repair and they fixed it so it would cost me $160 to change the screen. What a scam!! They break it, and they still charged me! As per your response, I did not drop my Blackberry. It is an issue many owners face and Blackberry is addressing the issue. I brought my phone working and gently lifted the screen to show the counter girl which see pointed out that they haven't seen a Blackberry before...that should have been a red flag. Now I know why you charge up front!! You break it and you still make money...scam artist IMHO!

J’ai voulu me faire rembourser mon 75$ du ‘’Pas de service’’ reçu par CellZone, mais le Gérant n’a rien voulu entendre et n’a pas voulu me rembourser. Il prétextait que les images prise par le cell de mon amie qui était avec moi lors de mon passage chez le second expert étaient fausse! Bref, ils m’ont dépouillé de 75$ pour un service qui n’a pas été effectué correctement. Aller ailleurs je vous en conjure.

Bref il me vend le cellulaire $329 plus taxes et il m'affirme que c'est un très bon prix, comme j'ai été référé par une personne dans mon entourage , je me dis arrête d'être méfiante et achète. Mais en faisant des recherches quelques jours plus tard sur le net , je découvre que le cellulaire vaut entre $244 et $277 neuf certains avec le bloc et le fils dans une boite. J' en ai même vu a $239. Moi j'ai payé $329 pas de boite, pas de bloc et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un fil a part gratuit !!!!!! Je suis même pas certaine qu'il était neuf. En plus le lendemain mon cell a moi était complètement déchargé alors je m'essai un autre fois de le chargé et ca fonctionné et il n'y avais plus de message de charge inversée donc je doute aussi de la compétence pour l'essai pour la réparation. Finalement j'ai mon cell a moi qui fonctionne (pas grâce a Cellzone) et j'ai un téléphone presque neuf que j'ai payé trop cher......Donc non je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite !!!! Mais je vais finir sur une note plus positive, l'employé a été patient et m'a aidé a remettre l'application pour mon travail. Suivi téléphonique: La personne qui m'a téléphoné n'a pas été désolée du tout , je même trouvé que c'était sur un ton arrogant. Elle a dit que l'employé ne peut pas avoir dit que c'était probablement un neuf car le plastique d'origine était encore dessus. J'ai bien des défauts comme tout le monde mais l'honnêteté est une valeur super importante pour moi. Et il n'y a pas le mot reconditionné sur ma facture, si international veux dire reconditionné bien excusez-moi mais moi je ne le savais pas. Il m'a dit que personne ne m'avait forcé a acheter le téléphone , non mais j'ai été mal informé !!!!!!
