This place and the one in kitchener are extremely unreliable, it was very frustrating dealing with these guys, i dont recommend it, they need better comunicasion skills with their costumers maybe even with each other. they charge way to much take way to long in the end nothing was accomplished only a big waste of time thats all im saying they can reply all they want but is no point very disappointed.

I wish i could give a 1 star review for this guys my friend was telling me not to go to them but i was fulled by the fake reviews they have on Google and went there and they charged me 120 dollar to change a charging port for an old phone and gave me the phone charged but by the time the charge is low i couldn't charge it properly because the put the wrong charging port on my phone and when i talk to them they will not even check it wt a waste of money and very rude customer service i have never seen in canada

Messed up my troubleshooting and thought my PS4 needed a new HDMI port. The guys here let me know right away that the PS4 tested just fine and it was either my cable or the TV. They were right, it was the cable. Really appreciated their honesty and prompt service, and will certainly return in the future.

Spent 200 for screen change. They are very nice, but now I have a screen with a tint and messed up at night. To be honest I haven't given them a chance to fix the problem, I will change the rating once I see how they respond.

Was yelled at by their customer service representative. Told me that they would have my computer ready Thursdays or next week on a Monday. Then come to find out it is a holiday and nobody was in as I called on Monday to check on my computer. I Called the following day and was told I was never told that and I was making him upset. I have already paid for my product which was the computer to be fixed and it has been Weeks now!

I bought a Android box off of these guys and I paid a little more than usual but the guy said any issues to come back and he would fix it even the apps if they crash. Well today I went in and they no longer help out with the Android boxes, basically they just told me that to make the sale. I really liked this place and now I feel cheated so be very cautious when buying something from these guys because they do not stand behind there products.

I was served by a guy named "sakir". He definitely doesn't know how to talk to the customers. I dropped my laptop 2 weeks ago, mentioned that it's got the liquid damage. He told me the exact same thing after 2 weeks and said, it's gonna be $225 but doesn't know what else is damaged so the cost will go up.( after he diagnosed it). He is definitely not a technician. Would never recommend this place.

Had heard good things about this business via Kijiji and since I was looking for something to replace my rogers tv service I dropped by one of there stores and ended up getting an IPTV box and six months subscription for a fair price. My first box ended up having problems so they replaced it for me no questions asked. After a few weeks I was having some other issues with the software and they hooked me up with tech support which did a remote upgrade of the troublesome software. Yeah I had a few glitches but we are talking about technology and software so issues happen. Very helpful owner who tries to make your experience a positive one. If you have questions or issues they always stress to call them to see if they can correct any problems via phone, if not, bring it into the Cambridge store and they will take care of you. Thumbs up for owner and staff at KW Cellular.

Was asking some info about an iPhone with the guy who answered. What an ass. He got pissed off on me because I was confirminng some info from an add they posted. Sorry buddy but I am not buying a 1000 dollar phone without confirming details. Completely rude. No customer service. Will never do any business with these shady people. Not sure who deals with this kind of attitude.

After experiencing problems with my Galaxy Note 8 that could not turned on and seemed hopeless, KW Cellular restored the phone to brand new and allowed me to save on a new phone. Stay away from trying to sell a used cellphone to this guy. He will low ball you and refuse to pick up you have to go to him and he doesn't offer any compensation for going out of your way to him, just too low ball you again because there was a tiny scratch barely noticeable. Complete waste of time, At first he didn't even come out from the back room he had an associate deal with us and they wouldn't speak English in front of us which I think is extremely rude. Stay away from this man!
