I had 3 issues with my computer, he didn't seem to fix a single one of them. I paid $25 for a diagnosis, and was told my audio issues were a motherboard problem. Turns out it was a misdiagnosis, because I found it to be a loose wiring issue that I resolved myself. I find their work to be amateurish, and I will go so far to say that I know more about computers than they seem to.

Our Windows 10 computer became inoperable because the keyboard and mouse did not work after the 13 February Windows 10 update. We did not succeed in getting into Safe mode using the triple startup procedure of Windows 10, so called North York computers Saturday morning. and took the computer in that day. He discovered that our backup USB drive was kaput so we said sell us a new one. On Tuesday he called to tell us he had backed up the entire computer to the new drive and installed Windows 7. Brought it home and it worked fine, even had most emails and contacts recovered. All in all, great service.

My Windows 10 system crashed after an update. Was able to contact Tauqeer after an internet search and he was able to restore and get it working again. MS Office came installed from Dell and there was no way to get that back since they never sent me any authentication key. M was able to install MS Word for my own use, not tied to the Dell setup and now I am back in business. My brother in law (the semi pro) and I (an illiterate as far as computers go) had quite a few questions and concerns, and M was very friendly and patient in addressing all our concerns. In the end, he even delivered the machine to my apartment - in-home service you can't find anywhere else. I would recommend Tauqeer to anyone who needs help with their computers. Thank you Muhammad.
