Hi, i came there to make my computer. due to my pc was causing a black screen. it took him 1 week to repair it. Guess what happen? NOTHING! CHARGE ME EXPENSIVE. and still happen the problem. For me it was a ripped off. Then he told me to wait for 2 months cuz it was the update. but still nothing happens. i sent him a message regarding about that and he's not responding. im very upset and disappointed. Its a ripped off.

OBD Computer Tech saved the day for me yesterday. My computer crashed and it looked like I wouldn't be able to get my reports done on time, but one quick call to OBD Computer solved everything. A technician was sent out within a couple of hours of my call and he fixed everything as quick as could be. You guys were so professional, punctual, so reasonable and not at all what I was expecting. My laptop is very slow and I was fed up by my computer then I search on to find a computer shop in Calgary luckily I found these guys obd computers near me and I told them all my problems and they explain me first what was the problem in my system and then they not only fix it they make it very fast in affordable price... Contractor cut our fiber optic cable, and we called PC world All Voice And Data, hoping that they can fix it. Not only Vitaly offered us different splicing options, he came onsite within 2 hours and all repair was done within 25 minutes. These guys are good.

My laptop kept flashing on and off with error that had something to do with memory. My laptop warranty got expired and it was only a year old laptop. I did my research to find a decent store and most of the places were very expensive. But I found OBD computers and got the quote that was almost half price as compared to others. Excellent place! I’ve been here 2 times to have my dell laptop repaired. First time for the power jack issue and second time for the motherboard issue . These guys are very good and cheap. They provided with the best quotes while others were charging much higher to fix. Furthermore, did not have to wait long for them to fix. They fixed the computer in just 1 day. Nice and efficient service. The staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful experience coming here for my laptop repair. My laptop had a broken hard drive with viruses effected, to just learning information, i went to get without a hassle here at this location. In reasonable price and also I have never had to wait longer than 48 hours to get my laptop back. Do not go here! This guy has had my laptop for 6 months and had the gumption to ask for $250 to return it unrepaired (he is currently holding it for ransom). I have asked for invoices on the parts ordered, which I would gladly pay but he has not responded. I have involved the police. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very professional service I went there to increase mine laptop hard drive to ssd he first told me to buy myself new ssd I went to get it from staples and he just installed it within 45 mins with all my hard drive clonned and charge me only $50 with very quick service. He also cleaned my dirty fan in same price. Really appreciate his effort. ???? Percent recommended. My friend Kiran reffered me to this place and it's worth me a lot.

Best Computer repair shop in the town I bought my computer from BestBuy and after 8 months its keeps freezing on me then I went to best buy that its not working I thought this it cover under warranty but they told me around $300 expense I searched google and obd computer tech name came up at first place so I went for fix and they provide me exceptional service I love how they treated me and price difference is almost 50% less what I have to paid on the other shops so thank you so much my computer is working very well and I recommend this place to everyone who looking for a great service and best price!!!!!!!!

I went to OBD to fix a booting problem which my laptop had. I had gone to another repair shop and they could not fix this error. But within one minute of arriving at OBD the tech guys were able to figure the problem and fixed it quickly...I would recommend this shop for any laptop problems

Aman answered the phone promptly. Asked me what model the computer was. Quoted me right there $135 plus gst. No signs outside the building but address was correct. Aman was pleasant and polite in person. Took 3 days to get the part and fix. No issues. Full repair of broken screen. Would recommend to friends and will use again if necessary. I hope I don’t break it again.

After seeing an ad for $20/hour labour cost, we delivered my son's laptop in May 2020. Laptop part required could needed to come from China and was 'lost'. Communication is limited and unprofessional. My husband feels they blocked our calls after a bit. My family ordered the part personally, delivered the part and waited for the repair. $190 plus GST, we received the laptop back last week (July). There is no $20/hour labour cost here. We were given the wrong charger cord that does not work, is in very poor condition. It is $89 for us to order a new cord as the business does not have our property. Stay away. Unprofessional. Get a quote in advance. Positive reviews posted are very likely FAKE, they are family (Minhas Traffic Tickets located in same business gives positive review.)This business does not deserve your money or support, go somewhere reputable.

I called the day before I went in explaining what the issue was with my brother’s laptop and asked if I needed to come in. He said yes to come in so he can take a look. We come in a day later and when my brother explains the issue, he says that he can’t help him so he should go somewhere else. When I confronted him about not taking a look at the laptop to address the issue and backtracking what he told him on the phone, he tried to say that I was lying, then said that he didn’t understand the issue on the phone. If you didn’t understand the issue, then why did you tell me to show up? It took us over an hour to come in, for a 2 minute consultation. Bad service, very unprofessional and seemed to not be sympathetic. Will definitely not be coming back.
