Prompt, professional and super easy to work with!! I will be a repeat customer and tell my friends!! I was having PC boot-up problems and the solution only took a couple of hours and surprisingly little hardware. I was to the point of shopping for a new computer when I found CloudCraft's site. Sure glad I called them. Now my workstation is better than ever since Jim installed a solid-state drive as part of the fix. Awesome professionalism! Jim was able to take an old hard-drive running an old program, on an older windows platform and give it new life! We were worried that we were on borrowed time and would be in trouble if and when it died. Jim cleaned it out and gave it a new solid state hard-drive.
