My laptop wasn't getting AC power and I wasn't sure if it was the adapter or the input jack so I took it to PC medic. He tested it right in front of me and found that it was the adapter. Didn't have the one I needed in stock so he told me where I could buy one and didn't charge me anything. Great, friendly, competent service! Highly recommended.

Had a problem Christmas Day, He was the only person to respond, He really put the Customer first and was able to Fix my pc and get it running again. The whole time sending me information about how my computer was doing what kind of updates were needed and eventually, replacing my broken SSD and giving me back my computer before the day was over. He works fast and Honest. I truly appreciate this Christmas miracle! 10/5 stars

Disappointed. Nice person, tested right in front of me. Said it's dead. Said that if I give him my laptop he pays me $20. I went to get a second opinion. My laptop is alive. Disappointed. It was my charger that didn't work.

Lets just say that using a piece of cardboard to fix the conexion of the keyboard that he messed up in the first place (I brought it in for a clean up) didnt do the trick. Less than 6 months later my computer stoped working. Do not recommend

Excellent service. Just went in for some help with a non-functioning USB hub. He found the problem with the hub (loose connection inside the wire) and also sped up my machine a lot with various cleanup utilities and showed me how to keep it running fast. I had also phoned him and left a message a few days prior because my computer wouldn't start. He called back a few minutes later and helped me out over the phone. Was so impressed by this that I decided to take my computer to him for repair rather than go to another computer shop nearby. Very good service and also very knowledgeable.

Many years ago my computer stopped accessing files on my hard drive. I took it to one of the big box stores and was told that it needed costly repairs. I decided to get a second opinion and shopped around a bit, and stumbled upon Mark and Calgary PC Medic. I described the problem to Mark and he knew right away what it was, and showed me how to contact the Hard Drive manufacturer who had a fix for free. Everything worked great after that and it didn't cost me anything. From then on, I was sold on taking my computers to Mark for repairs when needed. He has always been great to work with, takes the time to explain what is needed and answer my questions, is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, very fair in his pricing, and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Really great communication and education from the rep (I think Mark). Dropped my laptop off late Monday, and he gave me a solid breakdown of what he thought the issue was, and on Tuesday he called to say that although the repairs were complete, he had an unexpected emergency. I really thought the call was above and beyond, as initially he had said the repair should take until Wednesday anyways. When I got my laptop back he took me through what he did, and asked all the questions I had with great patience. Will go back to this place when I need it. Thanks for the help.

Expert knowledge of computers and excellent quality of service. My computer was shutting down randomly and dust was not the problem because I cleaned it carefully on the inside. Marco was able to diagnose the problem easily and make the proper fixes and adjustments and now my PC runs the way it was intended. I'm really happy that I decided to go to Marco for my computer. I recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with their PC or laptop or if you just need a simple tune up so that your system runs more optimally. He is very knowledgeable and is great also at explaining what the issues are and how to fix them.
