Have called on William a couple of times over the past years to fix problems with my desktop Mac. Came to the house and replaced my hard drive, cleaned up the computer, and installed an exterior back up. This week he solved an issue with my HP printer not connecting to the Mac. Due Covid he connected remotely while I watched him do his magic and had me back up and running in a short time. Also downloaded an Anti-virus programme for me for peace of mind. William responded to my request for help in a timely manner and was most helpful and patient in answering all my tech ignorant queries. Will certainly be calling on him again with any future computer issues and would highly recommend his expertise. This is A Plus service for sure!

It is not usually easy to find a good and honest computer repair shop nowadays. You don't know when it's not your area of expertise. I thought my computer was not even fixable due to so many issues.
