It's great that this place is just across the street. Believe me, I got better customer experience here than geek squad of Best Buy. My laptop is now working awesome fast and no freezing at all. Same problem happened a year ago, and went to Best Buy geek squad because I still had my subscription. After that, my laptop was still slow and installing updates of my exam software was a pain. Last week it happened again, laptop cant load and I could not be restored so I brought my laptop to Labtop after doing research online of repair shop. They fixed my laptop just for 2 hours,. Now my laptop performs as if it is brand new!! Owners are awesome too.

I wanted to know if they could install a power supply from ncix, or they could give me one They seem a bit busy. Got told they don't have the size I want. I just said...um ok thanks I guess I would've got them to install the one that I buy but after that not sure I'd bring my rig there. Doesn't sound like great service. 2 stars giving them benefit of the doubt. Maybe just a bad day.

I took my gaming PC tower in because it had died, wasn’t sure what was wrong with it, Joe was able to test the motherboard and figured that it had died. He was able to find a motherboard that he had on hand and offered to transfer all my components onto the new motherboard. After only 2.5 hours he called to let me know everything was working. Joe saved me a lot of money on buying a new rig seeing as there’s a shortage of gpu right now. 10/10 god service would come back for any computer problems.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My laptop wouldn't boot because the hard drive failed. Got upgraded to solid state memory and Joe managed to back up my files from my old hard drive within a few hours. I'll be coming back to upgrade my graphics card and RAM here. Very reasonable prices and nice, friendly owners who clearly know what they're doing.

I had dropped my wallet with all my credit cards, drivers license and cash in it near his store, and he looked me up and called me to tell me he had found my wallet. Very helpful. Gave me advice and better ways of fixing my computer than repairing like buying external stuff. They could have told me to get it fixed by them but instead told me cheaper and better solutions. Went to them with my business opposed to other places that charge initial fees to get your stuff even checked out.

Joe and Sheila have been building our boxes for about 15 years. Does all our onsite servicing, back up, updates for us every month also. Super service and someone is always there to take our call. Recently purchased a new laptop from them also. Pricing always seems fair, but it is not always about price. When I purchased my new laptop, it was all set up on my home screen with all the useful items I needed. The reason I would always purchase from Labtop is because of the after sales service. I took my new laptop up the Coast and was having difficulty streaming sound to my TV. Saturday morning..........a quick call Sheila and I was up and running. You would not get that kind of service and help from the big box stores. This is really important for a non technical person like me. Al D. New Westminster

I visited LabTop Computers because my sister used them and they are just up the street from me. They had me sorted out and back in business in no time. They were friendly, helpful and outgoing. My Laptop would not power on. I took it to the closest repair shop and they told me it needed a new mother board. When I asked for a price they said about $300. They said they would need to source the part and get back to me. They did not call. I called them and they said the tech was sick. I went and picked up my laptop and called Sheila at Laptop Computers. Sheila answered the phone and she said bring it in and we will look at it. When I arrived Sheila helped me right away and quickly diagnosed a faulty charger. Joe checked the charger with a meter and confirmed it was faulty. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with a new charger for $43 . Sheila and Joe are super friendly and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY Recommend this business

Doing nothing and getting 60 dollars. They did exactly nothing. Just said your system has hardware problem. That was what I knew before. I asked them first to let me know about the approximate cost just for checking the laptop, they didn't tell me and the day after, charged me such an amount. If I knew I would go to London Drogs to find the issue about my system. At least, there I can know how much will be the probable cost and decide if I want or not.

Went there reading google reviews and truly speaking their services are excellent. I was looking for my HP laptop power adapter and went there taking my old one. The owner checked my existing adapter and confirmed that adapter was okay but the plug had problem. I bought only the plug from them with very good price. They save my money.
