I had a 5/5 experience reaching out to Cliff for a tricky repair of my Dell laptop. It had a manufacturing issue that required it to need most exterior parts replaced and a charging issue fixed. Other shops were hesitant to do this lengthy repair, but Cliff started right away and texted me with his plan within only hours after dropping off my laptop. The repair was done faster than I could have imagined and my laptop was returned to me bright and shiny! My computer had a keyboard problem: the space bar and several letters were malfunctioning. I took the laptop to cp-pc-fix and requested service. The service didn't take long at all. I dropped off the computer at 9 on a Saturday morning and it was repaired by Tuesday evening at 6, which was very impressive because a new keyboard had to be sourced and installed. I received a receipt and all-around prompt, friendly customer service and a very fair price in this experience. I will definitely return when I need additional repair help.

At the end is all done well. I was charged for material plus work plus tax, but when paying did not received a receipt. I was told to ask over text message and it will be send to me. From my own experience I know that receipt on paper is genuine proof of payment and digitally can be "remastered anything". One star out. Second goes because I had to give laptop back because after I received it part of keyboard was not working (after change of motherboard done by can PC fix). It was not checked properly before returning for ports, keyboard, etc. I do suggest to use this service but with caution.

The best service I have ever received. My macbook completely shut down on my and the keyboard and power button weren't working AT ALL. I went to the apple store where they quoted me the price of a brand new laptop + the chance of it never being repaired. On top of that, they told me I had to pay extra to back up or save any of my data and that I would have to send my laptop to California at my own cost. I came to Ca-Pc-Fix Computer Repair and Service and he fixed everything at such a reasonable cost and within a timely manner! My mac looks and feels brand new and I am so happy I went with his services! I would 10000000% recommend him for all computer needs!!!!

Built a PC 2 years ago, it started running slow all of a sudden. I spent probably about 10 frustrated hours trying to figure out what was wrong. He managed to figure it out and replace the faulty part, as well as fixing the improperly installed RAM. My PC literally runs better than it did new, all for a pretty reasonable price. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I really liked the service over here. My HP Laptop was so much in critical condition that the back frame and front frame were so difficult that there was a gap which showing up and that thing could have damaged my laptop so badly. And since 6 to 7 months I was not able to fold my laptop and it became so delicate that a small movement could have damaged the whole thing. And even I tried to show this laptop almost in 20 to 25 places but didn't got the positive response. My hope for getting my laptop fixing was getting lower.
