Tech Genius is a rare breed of business. I went into this location after shopping around and after talking to the owner he wasn't the cheapest option but he was the friendliest. For a difference of $20 I was treated like a human and I was given a deal on additional accessories as a bonus to thank me. I walked in with a broken phone and in under two hours it was fixed, they have loaners on site if required but I simply dropped it off and came back at the specified time and his technician had finished early. The thing that separates Tech Genius from other businesses in the same industry is their honesty, so many businesses you'd go to they will lie to your face in order to sell products to you. When I was in this location not only did I hear their representative talk to a customer, it was very clear what they wanted wasn't going to be offered by the product that they were looking at and rather than lie and tell the customer that they would definitely be able to get X, Y and Z from the product they were looking at they instead offered to shop around and call the customer back if / when they found the option that best suited them. Tech Genius is definitely the friendliest and honest business I have seen in Burlington, the staff is really what makes it so while their prices might be a little bit more at the end of the day you vote with your dollar and I chose to pay a little bit more for a much better customer service experience.

The guy was very honest and fair, I had a problem with my front camera and he told me that it probably can’t be repaired, still he opened and cleaned it up and gave it back to me. When asked for charge, he told me, your phone wasn’t fixed, there are no charges. Definitely recommend.

Took my 2 year old S6 in, it worked fine just was slow charging. Was sold a new charger but it still wouldn't fast charge. Was then sold a new charging port and a new battery. After a week it would not fast charge and when finally charged would run out in minutes. Now it goes from 69% to 0% instantly and switches itself off constantly. I am completely dissatisfied with this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 21st June 2017. Phone completely died. Took it to my local repair store and was told that the "new" battery was totally dead. Terrible experience with Tech Genius Burlington. Very poor.

I went in to Tech Genius today to see about a used iPhone for my son. I work at a school and I'd had some experience repairing computers with the previous company that was in this location so when Tech Genius took over I went in to see if they would be able to do the same kinds of repairs (cracked iPad screens etc. ) and I noticed they sold used phones. My visit today was the best experience in customer service I have had in a long time. My 11 year old son was using his own money to buy a used iPhone to basically use as an iPod. The best part was that Jamal, the gentleman at the counter took the time to speak to both of us as real people. He asked questions, he explained options, he gave us good advice and then let us decide what we wanted to do. He was also very honest with his opinions about products and made the experience feel like an old-fashioned customer experience for my son and I. (Not something that is easy to feel nowadays) If you have an organisation that has repair needs or product needs or you are just the average Joe looking for some honest information and service I would highly recommend going to Tech Genius. I brought my iPhone 6s in to be repaired and it was done in under 24 hours — the only reason I didn’t get the phone the day it was serviced was because I had to make it to my work for an afternoon shift (3-11pm)... great timely service and I would go back there in a second for any major or minor repairs. My iPhone screen shattered VERY badly- I attended Core 1 who advised me I needed to buy a new phone because it appeared as if there was too much damage and my phone appeared "bent". Luckily, I didn't spend $800+ and instead, I was referred to Tech Genius- dropped my phone off at 11:30am and got it back by 2:00pm. Sobi was extremely helpful and the service was conducted so quickly and efficiently. They must not use a good unlocking provider and overcharge by about 70% for what others have charged before. They did refund the money they had charged. They never told me the phone was under contract and blacklisted during the week they had it. They just said they were unable to get any response at all from the service they used. Must be sour grapes saying now that it could be stolen (see their response below). So I spent a couple of hours later on a Saturday and unlocked the phone myself online for free. Turns out it was not black listed or stolen. Update, Jamal is very polite and smooth but has been pestering my son about this review as my sons phone was the contact number.

I don't usually give online reviews but these guys deserve it! I broke my screen 2 times so far this year. Both times on cement. The first time it happened I got a quote from Apple for 180$ plus tax.. I was told that I should try Tech Genius and I'm so glad I did! Not only was it almost half the price of Apple, there's no long line ups and better service in general. The second time I smashed my screen it was a no brainer I went straight there. They fixed it in an hour, and even waited to close the store so I could pick my phone up that night. Because I'm so accident prone they stuck on a new glass screen protector on my phone for free! Thank you so much guys! You have a forever customer!

Brought in my Halo XBox One, was diagnosed as a hard drive problem, agreed to the replacement. Had to come back as it was still not working. They credited it to a hardware and software glitch. They managed to fix it and go above and beyond, and repeat the processor with new thermal paste, clean the inside fans and etc. They basically made everything as clean or as new as possible. And then changed the HDD again, and since then I have had a working XBox One again. Thank you for your patience with me, and I thank you for getting part of my livelihood working again!

In all honesty I have never had such an amazing customer service. By far the best customer service I experienced. I called them to get my iphone x back glass replaced. The person on the phone was so polite, so kind. Nobody was willing to do it. Apple charges 549 plus tax and needed 2 weeks. This guys got me and out less than 2 hours. Any iphones, ipads, macbook and iMac. I am going to them. Highly recommended
