Best cell phone repair place I've ever been to.

These guys are amazing. Went in ready to drop a bunch of cash to have my phone repaired, it wasn't charging. The guys behind the counter took the phone, fiddled with it for 5 minutes at the repair desk and came back with the thing plugged in and charging. Total repair cost...$0. Turns out stupid me had accumulated a whack of pocket lint in the charging port. I can imagine a lot of places taking the phone for a day, cleaning out the lint while I was gone and charging me $100 for the repair. Not the Tech Emporium guys, they are honest and friendly. I won't be going anywhere else for tech servicing ever again and will suggest the same to all of my friends.

Tech Emporium was recommended to me by a friend. I had an issue with my laptop not charging properly. With a quick cleaning and getting something out that was jammed in the charging port, they were able to get my laptop charging and there was no charge. I had another issue with a laptop and Abdul originally told me the repair would be $90.00 and it would take a few days to order the part. I was ok with that. The next day they called me to say that they found another solution and the repair was not necessary. When I asked around to many other cell phone repair shops, I was told that they would not be able to do the fix, however Abdul was able to fix it quickly, and with no problems. Just had my cell phone(iPhone SE) quickly repaired here. It was not charging. The gentleman quickly cleaned it out and inspected it. All it needed was a thorough cleaning. It was a nominal charge for the quick, efficient service. I was extremely grateful that they were able to diagnosis and give a quick fix without trying to add anything. Highly recommend and I would definitely return if I ever have cell phone or other tech issues.

They never try to upsell, and they straight up tell you whether or not your device can be fixed. There prices are reasonable. After having my own devices repaired here and recommending their services for years to family and friends I am completely dissapointed with my most recent experience. Based on my recommendation, my girlfriend brought her Samsung A50 here to have the screen replaced. When she dropped it off she was told she would be contacted when it was ready to be picked up. Three days later she called to enquire and was informed that the phone had been ready but no one decided to call and let her know. She then paid and picked up the phone with the new screen and promptly put it in a case upon arriving home. A few week later my girlfriend, laying in bed, attempts to check the time and the screen is now flashing white and unresponsive, having worked fine shortly before. Upon bringing the phone back in the employee insisted it had been dropped, despite the fact that it was not and there is no damage to the phone that would indicate it had been dropped. Rather then addressing an issue with the screen only a few weeks after it was replaced, the worker insisted it was dropped, even if it was "hard to believe" which it was not. Completely dissapointed and I will be looking elsewhere in the future as its unrealistic to expect someone to replace their screen twice within a few weeks, even with a "discount" when there was no damage done to the phone after the repair.

These guys are great. I had them replace a cracked screen from my teenagers phone. Great service and great price. Then my iPhone had some issues with losing the signal and they gave me a great "work-around" solution. That worked for a little while, but eventually that quit too as the problem worsened. They wouldn't accept any money for the advice and ideas they provided. They just provide great service. Definitely now my go-to place for any future issues!

Today I went in with a shattered screen on my IPhone but had to be at work in two hrs so I asked if they could have it done for then... they had it finished and waiting for me within 45 mins! The guys were great to work with! I had a phone take severe water damage and had nothing backed up on the cloud. They were able to retrieve all the information , reboot the phone and save all of my sensitive information. If you have any issues at all I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. The owner/ repair tecnician Abdul really knows what he's doing with 11+ years in the trade. He had a look at my samsung s5 phone and diagnosed the issue without any cost then was able to offer me 1 business day service on a Friday night! As someone who uses my phone for work this was very appreciated. Great place to go to for a phone repair. My wife has used them several times in the past, I have always been fortunate enough to have never cracked my phone screen. Today I stopped by on my way home from work with a broken screen, they were able to help me out with a Very reasonable price, and I left the phone for a couple hours for the repair. Hopefully I don't need to return, but if I ever have another need for a phone screen repair I know this is the place I will be returning to. Definatly recommend.

Saved me $600.00! Can't say enough good things about Abdul and Mike. Took my broken I pad to the Genius Techs at Apple who told me mechanical failure unrepairable buy a new one! Which I did! Then I found Tech Emporium after about 5 min. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it as new for $45. Abdul suggested I return the new one which I did!
