Needed the back and front of my 10XR fixed and they did it with no problem. It’s like I have a brand new phone! One of the men working stayed open late for me to get it fixed and I thought that was great customer service. A few days later I needed my SIM reader fixed and they did it for no charge. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who needs phone repair. They also have a large selection of accessories and phone cases for less than the usual value! Thank you so much

Took my OnePlus 6 in for what I assumed was a damaged charging port (it wouldn't rapid charge unless on a very specific angle). Gentleman behind the desk took the time to inspect the phone and just clean out the port. Turns out it was just packed full of debris and stopped the charger from making proper contact. Instead of selling me on parts and labour, he did me a solid and spent his time to clean out the port, free of charge. Phone works flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. Will bring all future issues to them.

This was my first visit to PhonoRx. I had 2 iPhones at home that I wanted to replace the batteries and give them to friends. I was treated by very friendly staff who not only fulfilled my order but also did diagnostics checks on both phones to make sure everything was working. I also added screen protectors which were installed flawlessly. Everything was done in less than 24 hours. Amazing! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Okay, this review is well overdue. Several months ago I went in to ask for help with my Garmin smart watch. I had a screen protector on the watch which I had damaged. I had a replacement protector and since they did such a great job with my I Phone previously I wanted them to install the new cover on my watch. No surprise that it was installed better than my original. Best service in town! Thanks again

Jay and Ardip were at this store to help me with my tablet. They both came out and took the time in order to detect and solve the problems i had regarding storing my pictures and video's. I felt important, looked after, time was not an issue. Have only experienced this outlet as a drop shipping pickup point for items bought online from wish.ca. I have no basis on which to comment on their abilities to fix mobile phones. Unimpressed with the Wish pickup experience. There seems to be a lack of inventory control of those items; all shipped in black plastic bags, and looking like a disorganized heap, visible from the vestibule. On two occasions, I've traveled to pick up shipments said to have arrived which could not be found on my arrival. To be fair, staff quickly refunded the orders but I would recommend someone look at how these shipments are inventoried for retrieval. Staff are doing their best and always pleasant. This is a management issue, in my opinion.

I contacted PhonoRX because my cell phone was locked on emergency calls only and talked to the gentlemen at the location, explain my issue. He mention to bring the unit in and would try to fix the issue. Upon my visit to his store he proceeded to work pp n my cell and in a matter of minutes the issue was fixed. I've asked how much for the repair and the gentleman said no charge. How many times do you find a business owner that would your cell problem for no cost? I had to argue to leave a $20.00 for his services. I also know where my next cell phone will be purchased from "PhonoRX" no doubt. Thank you, Carlos

My iPhone met with an unfortunate accident, the screen shattered and I wasn’t able to use it at all. Some coworkers couldn’t say enough of PhonoRx as the place to go. The young man was so helpful and fixed my phone within a half an hour. The cost was amazing and kept me from having to go to an Apple store.
