Complete fraud. This guy knows computers as much as I do. Came over in order to look at my 2015 iMac and he told me to close the other programs that were running in the background (mail& chrome) if I want a faster computer. Then went online and downloaded some Mac malware from some website. Really? You can find more complicated stuff than this on YouTube. Couldn’t answer questions in relation to air time capsule or iMac. Maybe he knows more about PCs but he has as much knowledge as I have on Apple products. So no help at all for me! Complete waste of time and $40! First of all this is not a fake review! Yes you came to my home don’t really expect I’m going to post my address here do you? You really don’t have to educate me better educate yourself and getting more knowledge about how Apple products work. I’m not trying to slander your business I’m just telling the truth here. This is the impression that you left me with when I asked you dozens of questions you did not and you didn’t have an answer for me. All you said is to run one program at the time and close any program that runs in the background. You don’t even have to watch a YouTube video to know this. Oh and btw you have to do a much better job of looking technical on your replies. From reading the reviews it seems you’re doing a great job setting up things for beginners (plugging in printers and connect an USB to the computer). Because backing up over Wi-Fi might be a little difficult ...
