Dont waste your time here. Horrible attitude!
Incident: I had a liquid damage for my iphone 7. I thought the phone was ok after I dried it myself, but 2 hours after I found the screen start to change colour and volume was adjusted by itself. It could not be turned on after I turned if off. So I decided to ask for professional help. The owner is incapable of diagnosing my phone.
Diagnose: Told me the screen was fine, (which I was surprised as the screen was changing colour when I was using it), but my motherboard was broken and it could not be fixed. I paid $20+hst for service in a devastated mood.
Another repair store: I went for a second opinion. A friendly young lady helped me. Diagnosed that my screen had water, which I assumed it did as the screen changed the colour. She simply changed a new screen and put my phone back to life, in another word, my motherboard was fine. Plus, she did a deep cleaning to my phone to ensure no dust.
Result: I went back to Future Tech, telling the owner about his wrong diagnose. But he was insist that my screen was fine but it was broken by the 2nd repair store. Ok, lets assume my screen was fine. How could he explain my "broken" motherboard was fine? It got fixed by itself or it was because he was just incapable to tell a good motherboard from a bad one? He returned my money back in a horrible attitude and putting me down, saying "if you just want money, just say it. stop saying I broke your screen." (whole logic problem with this guy! 1, i never accused him broken my screen, it was damaged before I found to him. 2. I was telling him he fail to diagnose the root issue, which was the screen, not the motherboard. but he kept looping around never answer that question)
btw, he refund my money by throwing on the ground. Dear customers, you go figure.
