At first I thought I had a great experience. Interestingly enough I find another reviewer is having the same problem as me. I asked for system restore and install windows. They gave me window enterprise instead of home version. 6 months later my computer is telling me i need a windows activation key. I contacted the owner Mirza by email as they were closed during covid and he basically told me that without a receipt they have no liability. I paid cash so did not get a receipt. I went in to detail about the services he rendered. I have phone logs from our conversations regarding the repair and waiting on parts. I even sent him a picture of the laptop battery which still has the sticker he placed on it for identification in his own handwriting. He still said he does not remember me and cannot do anything without a receipt and also accused me of trying to further upgrade my windows illegally. I took the laptop down the road to a more long standing repair shop and the owner told me that I was given an unauthorized version of windows and he would have to reinstall it. I said I would wait until digitronic reopened so I could see if I could get this sorted in person. Anyway, it appears they have closed up shop as it is empty inside.

Repaired my laptop and installed a new operating system at a very reasonable price. Very nice guy to deal with very pleasant and prompt.Took the time to explain anything I was unsure of. Update: Paid $140.00 for Windows 8.1 and another $40.00 for Microsoft Office. After 6 months I am being prompted to activate Windows 8.1 and it will not accept the product key that eas installed. Warning do not buy any software here unless it is in a new sealed package. Owner will not fix situation as I cannot locate receipt. I have learned thst this is not the type of business I would recomend!
