Worst place ever. Brought a laptop to replace a CPU fan and when I got to the store the laptop was connected to a monitor and was told that I could use it with the monitor but the screen was no longer working... the guy insisted that it was still working... with the monitor ... so the laptop becomes a desktop? According to Andrew there was a problem with the cable connecting the screen... got home, opened the case myself and the faulty cable was twisted. Worst place ever!

Andrew has been here for what seems like forever. A very bare-bones show floor is trumped significantly by his honest and quick work. I've come to him for several problems with my computers and each time he's fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I have no need to go anywhere else.

My laptop's charge port was broken. I took it to Computer Express because he said he had to analyze it, he couldnt just order the part. He examined it and told me there was a short on the motherboard and my charge cable needed to be replaced. I told him that the only problem was the broken charge port and he argued about it with me. I found a suitable replacement charge port online and ordered it. I replaced it myself. The laptop works fine and is now charging properly again. Thanks for nothing. You wasted my time, did nothing to help, and tried to convince me that the motherboard was fried. The short was IN THE CHARGE PORT! Will never return.

Honest, reliable and outstanding service. I spilled water and lemon on my MacBook Pro laptop, which damaged the motherboard and the keyboard. I took it to the Apple store, they said it could not be fixed. I took it to an independent repair shop and was told that the motherboard needed to be replaced. The cost $1100. When I brought the laptop to Computer express, Andrew fixed it for $500. Thank you Andrew. I will never go anywhere else for computer repair. Again superb service.

Have dealt with Andrew on a few occasions. Always polite and knowledgeable. I took my MacBook air to the Apple Store. They diagnosed it and wanted $650 for a repair and parts. Andrew had it up and running within minutes. No new parts, $30. If I could give more stars, I would.
