USELESS. Would give 0.05 stars if I could. Completely clueless. 1 week with my PC and I get no calls. I call and get told "It's being difficult". Care to elaborate what that means? "It's being tough". Oh cool that cleared it up. In the end tells me to buy a new PC because of a fixable issue. They just didn't bother to price out fixing it. Went to take my tower back to take to somewhere who isn't clueless. I get called 10 mins later to be told "we forgot to give you your harddrive, if you want it comeback". Why wasn't it in the tower when I called in advance to say never mind, I'll take it somewhere else? Maybe they're good with cell phone repairs BUT NOT PC. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I went to CompuMobile because of the reviews. Had work done on my phone. Had to return several times because of poor quality parts they used. Because of that I would not return. With that being said, service was good with regards to them not giving me a hard time in exchanging the parts. Just wish they used good quality parts right from the start. Also note that they give free screen protectors for good google reviews according to their instore sign... which may be the reason for their 4 star+ reviews. Overall... nice people, good customer service, variety of accessories available including used laptops.

I bought an android TV from another store. They sold me a crap android box. I took it to CompuMobile in Burlington and they went above an beyond. Updated it, added all the apps i wanted and they even recommended apps i had no idea existed and cant live without! Prices are very reasonable and they took no time to fix it! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable- i am never going anywhere else! #1 place in The GTA!

Worst experience ever. Took my phone to them that was water damaged. Took about 2 weeks to tell me the cost of repairs to start with. I got back to them within 2 days asking them to go ahead with the repairs. No response, no communication or updates after that. Finally after a month and a half I went to pickup my phone and they said the phone is not ready. One technician repaired it half way and then didn't finish the job. Told me it will be ready within 2 days. Got a call and went to pickup the phone and they said the phone can't be fixed. This whole process took 2 months. Absolutely no concept of customer service. Didn't even feel the need to say "Sorry" for the absolutely horrendous service I received + no fix on the phone. Avoid.

Pretty great place to fix your phone! My brother got his screen fixed at the Burlington location, and I at this one. Ended up having some issues with button sensitivity, which they fixed with under a 3 month warranty. Otherwise I'm not sure what people are posting here, this place should be your first stop when fixing a mobile device.

Hello, just recently went to get my phone screen replaced and went back shocked. Their customer service was great, kind friendly and helping staff all around, most importantly their services were unbelievable, after replacing my phone screen my phone has never looked better! PLACE IS A BIG RIP OFF. They scam you hardcore watch out!!! Been there 3 times to fix one phone first time they said they changed the battery but then took it to apple still and mentioned I had it changed and they said okay lets take a look. And noticed it was the same serial # as the phone. Then took it to compumobile again to bring it up and they said they take a look and I don't know what they did but I know it wasn't what they were supposed to but now my screen is messed. Thinks I'm touching the screen when I'm not

Brought my husband's computer in to be diagnosed. We got an estimate to replace the harddrive. My husband was asked if he wanted things saved and my husband told him not much, just the photos. It was promised two days, and it was longer. That was okay, it was time of Covid-19, we waited patiently even with a couple of calls to see how things were going. Finally got the laptop, there were no photos, the computer's operating system was not re-installed and my husband has had nothing but grief (slow or stopping/rebooting, not opening/launching, crashing)...a complete mess for $180 repair. we called two days later, they said there was warranty so to bring it in. We went mid afternoon, they were closed and there is no ability to leave messages on VM. we keep calling and nothing... Update: They have blocked my husband's phone number so any warrenty would not be honoured!! Be very careful!!!

I would not normally write a negative review, the service I received has left me with a metal piece of trash. I took my computer to get the screen repaired. Not only did it take WEEKS to repair (without any proper updates) but I received the computer back with a used, scratched and not properly closing screen, and a non-functioning computer. I took it back since apps stopped opening, I was receiving error after error, the internet would not connect, updates wouldn't work and I kept having to manually shut down the computer (aka hold the power button down) because the force shut down wouldn't even work. Supposedly they re-assessed and repaired these. I received the computer back and STILL nothing works. Pretty angry as my computer was at least working before. My computer might as well be garbage now.

I had my phone screen repaired because it was cracked in several places. I picked it on April 23, 2020. I called them the last week of that month telling them two cracks appeared oh the screen, I was told they don't accept responsibility as I could have done it myself. I'm a senior and the phone was not damaged the second time by me was caused by faulty repair work. Owner was very rude and hung up on me. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I brought in my phone to be unlocked. They had my phone for 4 weeks, I called twice and both time they said they were working on it and would call back. Third call they tell me there is a delay in unlocking phones....not once did they call me to update. I am now leaving on vacation in a week and need this phone. I will NEVER use them again. If you do take your electronics there, keep on top of them if you want it done. Very poor service.

These guys may know what their doing for phones, but I would not be comfortable going back to them for computer help. They kept saying I would get an update that day or the next, and time and time again I would hear nothing. In the end they couldn't fix the problem. I went to pick it up 10 minutes to closing and they asked me to come back the next day to get it, when it only takes 30 seconds to put a side panel back on. Which it did. I ended up taking it somewhere else, who reported that the solution to the problem was a actually quite simple.

Replaced lightning connector/headphone jack for my iPhone 6 Plus in this shop and my battery was getting worse day after day until it can't hold charge for even 5 minutes. I carry 20,000 mAh external battery with me all the time thanks to the junk quality part they installed to my phone. On a positive note, I changed the home button flex cable for the same phone and it's working well so far

The staff are very down to earth, friendly, and easy going. They helped me with my laptop and my iPhone. Overall, I don't have much to compare to. However, they have a good sense of serving their customers quickly and efficiently. I would love to see more guidance and education in the way they interact with people, as that's probably the missing component - people and technology for me are an interesting experience to observe - as I waited for my repairs I was able to observe how they handled other people. There are a variety of ways that they could improve the way they speak and interact with customers. My overall experiences have been pleasant and I am likely to come back in the future. Thanks guys!

They repaired our charge/data port on Samsung Tab 4 for just $50. When it stopped working properly again (had to hold the charger a certain way to make it work) I returned it and they promptly fixed it again at no charge. One solder point didn't quite hold up. They back up their work and they're good at what they do.

Left a Lg G6 for repair and it took 5 days. When I picked it up the back was damaged from opening it up. When I questioned the girl at the cash she said we don't know what kind of condition the phone was in. It was like new and was never serviced before. Before you bring a phone here I would suggest you take a photo of it to make sure it comes back the same condition when you drop it off. They throw all the repaired phones in a container at the front, they at least wrap them up in a plastic bag. Poor customer service!

I went in so they could take a look at my laptop to see if it could be fixed. They told me that they would call me the next day to tell me if they could fix it or not. So I waited until the next day, then 3pm rolls around and they didn't call me so I called them to ask about it. They said that they took a look at it but couldn't fix it. They could've at least called me like they said they would. When I went in to pick it up they didn't tell me any details about why they couldn't do anything they just handed it to me and that was it. I wasnt upset because they couldn't fix it, I was annoyed because they weren't helpful at all. I ended up going to geek squad after and they were very helpful.

I had an LG G4 smartphone with a badly broken screen that i brought in to them to have repaired. I had already gotten an online price quote for the repair, which seemed like a very fair price. I brought the phone in at 11:45 in the morning and had it back at 1:30, looking and working as good as new. The staff was terrific, very friendly and professional. Need to understand how they can react or with customer. Business owner is very rude even though they are providing good service they are not the cheapest and many competitors are available in Burlington. After paying to fix my PS3 entire console it stopped working. I would not suggest this location to anybody unless somebody would like to waste their money and time. I would rather pay more and not to deal with business who don't respect customer. Free screen protector for good google reviews may not get more customers.

I waited a few months before I wrote this review. They are great people standing behind their service. After they fixed daughter's expensive MotoX screen it's sensors were not working. They immediately took the phone in for service without argument and gave a loaner phone for use. They fixed the problem and probably they had to spend more from their pocket to fix the issues without any extra charge to me. Made the phone almost brand new again. I strongly recommend this store to anyone. Great commitments. Alex is a good and honest man.

I am as mad as Hell and I am not going to take it anymore!!! Ahem... sorry. to the "Network" fans out there. Anyway. If I could give this store less than one star I would. How do they stay in business? All the positive reviews must have been written by friends or relatives, this place is dreadful.I should have clued in to all the people lined up at the counter with complaints, and ran out the door. Anyway I dropped off my laptop for an drive format and new OS install and asked for a quote before work commenced. After a week, I stopped by to see what was happening as i had not heard from them at all. I was told the old laptop was toast (really?) and not worth fixing. In it's place they sold me a so called refurbished replacement with a 60 day warranty. OK, this was not what I expected but what the Hell, it was not bad money so I was alright with that. Get it home and find there is no charger and the battery is flat, not a great start. Back to the store, get the charger and find out the battery is defective and won't take a charge. This should have been caught before delivery but mistakes happen, so I waited a week for a replacement. No word from the store after a extended period so I go back again, Get the battery and after 15 minutes of use, the machine crashes. Reboot, crash, repeat. Back to the store, wait another week and return home with it. Alright, seems OK then after an hour, same thing. Back to the store, drop it off, wait a week, No word from them, go there,get it back, same thing. Back again, wait, pick it up and after an hour complete shutdown, with no way to reboot. OK, that is enough, I have had it with this place, they have a complete air of indifference and narcissism about them that is just grating, I have never seen such bad counter service. When I got the laptop back each time it was covered in service stickers which took ages to remove the glue on the lid, bad shop practice! I took it to another shop for repairs and I will be interested to see what tale of woe I get from them, and you can be sure I will post the results, stay tuned.... OK, took my computer to a reputable shop and they told me it will need a new hard drive, plus upgrades to the ram which was far below minimums. He also informed me that he had to clean quite a large amount of dust from the innards which makes me suspicious that the damn thing was ever serviced in the first place! So some $300 dollars worth of repairs later i should have a reliable laptop, i hope! Fingers crossed, and the raspberry reserved for Compumobile. Never again, and I will advise my customers to avoid them like poison.

learned my lesson. Found Fix My Phone on Yelp, bused over, spent 15 minutes watching magic before my eyes! Paid $50 for the 3G and walked away with a perfect screen. Was even given a 60 days warranted which I doubt I'll need. THANK YOU for your timely, straight forward, mimic-free business! So glad to have my screen back!

Great service. I was having issues with my monitor and thought it might have been the DVI to VGA converter, so I went here and picked on up. Had trouble with the one I bought (or so I thought). I went back and the guy running the place gave me two from his back room to make sure I could determine it was the adapter that caused the issue. Didn't ask for any extra money. Great guy.

I just took both of my iPhone 5’s to CompuMobile to repair the on/off button on one and the charge port on the other. Originally I had taken them to Apple where the tech said my phone would need to be replaced at $250 since I did not have Apple Care and the other would need a new charge cord. I tried the new charge cord and at first it worked, but after a few weeks the phone once again would not recognize the device. Luckily we heard from someone that CompuMobile fixed phones with issues like ours. So we went in and spoke with a gentleman named Alex. He did an excellent job on fixing our phones and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with phone problems, as they took care of ours in under an hour. Also, I had contacted other places and their prices were really good.

One used computer I purchased wasn't working properly, they tried to fix it, and when they couldn't, they gave me another one, no hesitation, which I really appreciated. Edited: Had a bad S7 screen repair done here that broke again after a little over a week of very careful use, likely due to a lower quality screen being used or a bad install. At first I was told that they would not fix it without additional cost but after bringing the phone in for them to inspect they were willing to honor the work and replaced the faulty screen for free. I'm happy to say that they stood by the quality of their work and made the bad repair right.
