Friendly, understanding, helpful and honest, these guys are great. Businesses thrive on word of mouth and in happy to report they will be my go to again should I ever need another repair. Saved me thousands, and saved the environment at the same time by helping fix my note10! They are why right to repair legislation is important. Samsung wants me to buy a new phone right, but fox has your interests in mind. You are their customer and they help you! They've saved me grief and thousands, thank you guys!

Alex is awesome. I took my Galaxy S9 in yesterday because charging had become highly unreliable. He said 24 hours, which is very reasonable, and stuck to exactly that. While he was at it, Alex very kindly fixed my headset jack by cleaning it and removing a problematic gasket - and he didn't charge anything extra for it! The phone charging port feels crisp and new, with a satisfying solid click when connecting the charger. I am going back to Alex some time around the New Year to have my battery replaced as well - at that point it'll practically feel like a new phone! Highly recommended. Personable, honest, very fair prices, does what he promises - and, if you're nice to him, may even go beyond. Love this shop.

Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind! I went there a few months ago (been meaning to write a review) with my macbook pro that was JUST over 2 years old. The screen had stopped working. Apple wanted almost $800 to fix it, so I brought it to this shop. After taking a quick look, Alex told me that he would be able to fix it IF he could find the part, but that for some reason the part was sold out EVERYWHERE he tried. So, he said to take my laptop back home and he would call me if anything came up. He called me a few days later and told me to research online about this petition that all the macbooks made when mine was made were having the very same issue. So to go back to Apple and ask for it for free. Well after MANY chats with Apple, that didn't work, and I ended up paying. BUT THEN.... about a month or 5 weeks after that... Alex called me and told me that he saw online that they offered an official recall, that they would fix this for free. He told me to call Apple and ask for a refund. BECAUSE he had told me to ask before, on record at Apple it showed that I knew about this problem before I paid to have it fixed. I had a refund within 48 hours!!! There was no reason for him to call me and tell me about this, as I had already taken it elsewhere - but it just shows how much he cares about good service, and making sure his customers get their issues fixed (at good prices) even if he isn't the one who can do it for them!! i ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. This level of customer service will NOT be forgotten, and I just wish I had have left this review sooner. Great place!

I called the shop as the charging port on my pixel 2 stopped working. I've had connection issues for a year and a half and had been cleaning it out regularly. I thought I needed a new charging port, which would easily have cost over $100. Upon arrival the gentleman took my phone to the back and within 5 minutes came back and said it just needed a really good cleaning. He could have charged me to replace the port, but instead was extremely honest and did not charge me at all to clean it out. The charging port is now like new and connects perfectly to my charger. Honesty and integrity are tough qualities to find in a business. I will definitely be back should I run into any issues with my cell phone or laptop and would highly recommend Cell Phone Fox to anyone.

It may be called Cellphone Fox but they also do PlayStation4 repairs. I brought in my PS4 on a Thursday with a faulty disc drive and it was ready for pickup Monday morning, now it reads discs fine. This came with no surprises in price plus the gentleman who served me was kind to boot.

My wifes laptop would not charge so I took it Alex to have a look.He determined that the charger inlet was damaged.He said that there was an alternate way to charge it at a much lower cost than replacing the damaged inlet.He ordered the new charger and I got it the next day.Problem solved quickly and at minimal cost.I would recomend this service to anyone with a computer, tablet or cell phone issue.

Very honest and professional service. I took my phone in for a screen replacement because it stopped working after it was dropped, but the technician called me about 20 minutes later telling me it was just a disconnected cable! He could have replaced the screen anyways and I would never have known, but the technician was honest with me and let me know I didn't even have to pay for a screen replacement. Definitely one of my best experiences with cell phone repair businesses!

I went there today to get my charging port replaced in my phone as I thought it was broken. Instead the gentleman cleaned up the port and had it working in 5min. He could have taken my phone and replaced the part / he could have just claimed to do it as well. Instead he demonstrated how trustworthy and professional he is. I even offered to pay him a little for fixing it, but he wouldn’t accept any money. We need more places that offer this level of customer service. Thanks again!
