Not Happy at all. They used a cheap, defective replacement screen that started acting funny almost right away. It would constantly start pushing buttons and opening apps on its own. I brought it back twice and was told that nothing was wrong. It finally became unusable and I took it to a reputable shop. It was diagnosed to be a defective replacement screen, barely 30 days old. I can genuinely say that I 100% satisfied with the result as well as the customer service. It was fast and professional. My HTC a9 (phone) had a damaged screen up to the point of not working properly, other repair shops refused to repair or charged an insane amount of money, however this was not the case.
