Looked around to get my lap top fixed and I got a faster and better response with Dan. We both had to wait for my part to come and he gave me a call to updated me on the tracking. When the part came in, he worked around my schedule again to do the install. My laptop has a fresh new keyboard and everything is back to normal. Had a great experience and will stay here if I run into any other issues. I will recommend this place to everyone.
