After inquiring on Facebook I went in today to get my laptop battery replaced (wasn't able to hold a charge longer than an hour). He also showed me my previous battery (damaged). The person I dealt with through the computer and in person was really nice and knowledgable! Responses were fast and I plan on going back to this place if I happen to have any electronic issues in the future! The pricing is really fair too :)

I walked in to buy a new battery for my galaxy s6. They charged me $62 for what they said was a brand new Samsung brand battery. When I got to my car i noticed that the battery had marks on it from them taking it out of another phone. When I confronted the guy he just put his head down and gave me my money back. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!

I've had my cell phone repaired three times at this location and it's always been a great experience and my phone has always been repaired effectively. I was in there last week where I had slight water damage to my LGG5. I wasn't sure if the motherboard was damaged, or if it was the screen and I asked if they could check it out and let me know what was wrong before going ahead with the repair. (I didn't want to replace the screen and then have it be the motherboard that was damaged). I was told it would probably get done within the next 24 hours, so I went home and a few hours later received a call saying it was the screen and power button needing replaced. I said to go ahead with the repair and it was ready to pickup in just over an hour. After receiving the phone I noticed a day or so later the screen hadn't adhered properly (something went wrong with the epoxy that holds it down - may have been the heat). I brought it back and it was fixed right away! Couldn't be happier with this service. I've taken three of my phones there now and will continue to do so and tell others as well. Thanks!

Amazing! Only place in Burlington that is open Sundays (according to Google). Such fast service and so friendly. Got my charging port fixed in the matter of an hour and he even threw in a new screen protector and it was fully charged by the time I got it back. I feel like I have a brand new phone. Im so happy!

He's either a wizard or a phone surgeon. I had a disaster of a day when my phone's screen cracked and was submerged in water. Apple store tried to sell me a new phone before they even took a look at it. They (pretended?) to open it and look at it and said nothing could be done. Mr. Kanda took a few hours and with a water treatment and new screen it is working. He warned it may not work forever, but long enough to back it up and use it for a bit longer.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I am extremely disappointed with the service from Burlington Cell Phone Repairs. I called ahead, asking if they can replace the charging port on my phone as it isn't a very common model. I was told that they had never worked on my phone but that they could definitely do the job, they had the part in stock and to bring it in. I took my phone in and was told they would call tomorrow when it was ready. After not hearing anything all day, I called to check on progress. At this point, I was told that 'the boss' didn't realize it was a certain type of port and couldn't do the work. They didn't want to order a part and I was told to pick up my phone. When I arrived at the store, the employee, not the boss, told me that they refused the work because they had never worked on that phone before and they wouldn't even look at the inside to see if they could do anything. Further, when I was handed my phone, the backing was half popped off. I asked why the backing was off if they wouldn't even look inside and was told "I don't know, I didn't do the work". At my request as I didn't want my phone in pieces, the employee attempted to super glue the backing on, with no luck. Now I am left with a backing that has two corners popped out, super glue all over and the damaged charging port. It is very frustrating to not be able to speak to the person who 'did the work', to get mixed responses as to why they couldn't do anything, and be left with a damaged phone that was in PERFECT condition when it was handed to them. BEWARE!

I came into the store with a broken iPhone screen and it got fixed SAME DAY! In about 45 minutes actually! Most places you go they will hold your phone for a few days but I got mine completely repaired with a brand new screen in under an hour! Life changing! I dropped off a new laptop and power adapter for a screen repair, they performed the repair in twice the time they said it would take, I was understanding in the delay. I was then returned the laptop with an adapter which was not mine, the owners proceeded to tell me I was the one who had made the mistake and not them and were completely unwilling to help in any way to replace the adapter which they had lost. (Close to $200 out of my pocket) If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of and deal with people with no accountability whatsoever, please, by all means use this shop. I'll never make the mistake of bringing any piece of technology into this store again. p.s. They're once again lying in their reply, claiming they haven't made a mistake. And by the way, look up the P52 laptop specs, it requires a 170w adapter which I gave you, you did not give me the same adapter back, its 90w, end of story.

Sketchy. I broke my screen and called a variety of shops to figure out my options and get some pricing. This shop, tried to scare me into a $300+ job. I asked about solutions other shops had given me, and was told that everything besides paying the price he was quoting would cause my phone to get worse and then he would have to charge me even more. Steer clear, the rest of the shops were honest, clear and didn't try to scare me into spending with them. Update: I was able to take my phone into another shop in Burlington, they were able to place tempered glass on top of the cracked screen to stop it from getting worse and it only cost me $15 (and magically, no air bubbles)

I needed an iPad repaired for a charging problem and Burlington Cell Phone Repairs Inc. gave me a flat rate of $100 before they even got into it. On top of a new charging port they replaced the screen because it cracked when they opened it, a typical problem with ultra thin devices. They didn’t ask for more money and assumed that risk within the $100 flat fee which involved soldering work. That shows integrity. They saved me around $300 plus tax in comparison to buying a new iPad! Turnaround was just over 24 hours! Well done.

This shop has helped us out a few times and done a fantastic job. When my husband went in to get his phone’s speaker fixed or replaced, they were very honest and told him about the water damage in the phone and explained that the repair would not likely be worth it. Didn’t try to sell him anything or do unnecessary work. This shop has been quick doing repairs and are very reasonably priced. I recommend them.

I had the screen replaced on my iPhone 7+ here about a year ago and the service was excellent and honest. I went with the more expensive screen option (OEM screen I think??) and after the first time it was done I started having screen problems. I took it back two weeks later after making sure it wasn't just me and the screen was replaced again with no questions asked. It has been working perfectly now for about a year.

Outrageous. I walked in to get my phone checked out because something had got stuck in the volume button not allowing it to click. I walked in and expected that they would take the phone apart, clean the button, and charge for labor time. However I walked in and talked to the person working inside and he pointed out that this problem could be because my phone is refurbished and that it would cost 70 dollars to fix the volume button. I was surprised. I am now writing this review because the volume button has fixed itself and whatever was inside blocking the button is now gone and works perfectly fine. They tried to rip me off without examining my phone. Do not recommend. UPDATE: Their response says what I would have liked to have happened but didn’t. There was no review of my phone or charge for labour or anything. They guy said 70 dollars to fix the button, and gave me an almost yeah no thanks face.

So happy with these guys. got my phone repaired a few months ago and the screen started to come up a bit but they gladly fixed it free of charge! most other places would never still do that after the fact.
