I contacted them multiple times and specifically told them what data I needed and the format. Sinan told me he would try on his phone and if he was able to do so, he would let me know. I never got a call back from him when he said he would call back later that day. I contacted them the next business day and the receptionist told me he was out and she would leave a message and he would call me back later that day. I did not receive a call back at all once again. I called the next day and once again spoke to the receptionist and told her I never received a call back. I then got a call from Sinan later that afternoon and was told he was able to do it and I would just need to bring in my laptop and phone and he was able to achieve what I was asking for. I went in and spent an hour to sit there and have him tell me he wasn't able to do it AND still charged me $42 to tell me he wasn't able to do it. He suggested me pay him 1.5 hours of work which would be $80/hour to see if he can find a google play app and still wouldn't be able to promise me he could do it or not. I felt completely scammed. obviously I didn't go back for the work he suggested. I would not recommend wasting your time or money

Prior to making my purchase with Burl-Oak Systems I was assured that I would be satisfied with the service. However, it was quite the opposite. The system kept shutting down in the middle of busy work days which is extremely inconvenient and also embarrassing in front of customers. The system is very slow but that wasn't even the worst part. My screen layout was always distorted and the system options on my screen would randomly disappear off of the screen. I am extremely disappointed in this service and would never recommend it to anyone. I only gave it one undeserving star. Terrible. Don't waste your time and money.

Brought in my 2012 MacBook Pro due to water damage. I explained that another repair shop ran a diagnostic and quoted me $600 to solder a fried circuit on the logic board. Burloak assured me that price was way too much and they could locate the problem and possibly fix it for less. I paid the $42 diagnostic fee and left it with them. Got a call back and was told, "Your logic board is fried. Not repairable." I told the tech I was well aware of the problem, that's why I brought it in, that's why I paid the diagnostic fee. I asked why he couldnt fix it. He said they don't repair MacBook circuit boards, only replace. I asked if he could at least tell me where the problem was specifically. He said no, just that the entire board wasnt working. Lovely. I paid over $40 to be told something I already know. These guys are great with PCs, but don't bring your Apple products here.
